Very comfortable condo. Clean, organized and very cute and calming. Quiet neighborhood the unit felt as comfortable as being at home but instead of hearing the tree frogs we were able to enjoy the calming ocean waves! The patio and chairs were our favorite location to relax and dolphin watch each morning! So happy with condo and cannot wait to come back! Thank-you so much for the hospitality!!

What can I say?! This rental is exactly as shown. The condo was immaculate, decorated so cute and has everything you could possibly need and more! Nothing has been overlooked by these owners. Kelley was amazing and so easy to work with every step of the way. I have been coming to the Emerald coast for many years and this is without a doubt the best condo we have stayed in. The bed was so comfortable and the views are incredible! Thanks for an amazing getaway!!!

I love Panama City/Destin area because of the beautiful water but typically have to deal with larger crowds and busy complexes. Not with this place! It’s on the east side of PCB and definitely more peaceful. Fell in love with the location, number of units in the complex, and especially this beautiful unit! It’s as though the beauty of the beach is continued inside the unit. Beautiful decor, colors, flooring, tile work, granite, artwork, and too many other things to mention. There isn’t a picture that shown the balcony with the upgraded furniture, but it was one of our favorite spots. The high back gliders were so comfortable and such a wonderful place to dolphin watch. Stop looking and book this unit. You will not be disappointed!!

This condo restored my love for PCB. We have loved PCB for years but it's gotten so crowded. This condo is on the east side and it's on the less busy side which we found ideal. There is never a wait for the elevator. The condo in the pictures is beautiful but the condo is even more spectacular in person. The master bedroom's bed is the best bed I've slept in, it is soft but firm and makes the best night rest. The shower has good water pressure and the tile work is lovely. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need for your vacation and my daughter I enjoyed cooking in it together. The bunk room has a double bed with a good sized TV and made the perfect area for my teen. The tall glider Adirondack chairs on the balcony were my favorite place to hang out, eat meals and just enjoy the view. Also this condo is well insulated because we never heard our neighbors at all.The pool was great but we loved the beach it is not crowded and it made for the perfect beach days. Kelley is so easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions quickly. Renting from her was easy and the condo is beautiful and very clean. This is a fabulous condo and I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future.

This condo is everything I expected it to be and more. It is in a great location to everything. The condo is right on the beach, no long walk like other places. Kelley is a gem to work with and I will continue to use her condo in the future. I highly recommend this condo.
