Have istayed in this unt several years now. Have never had issues Usually is family of 10 and Have plenty of space. This past Oct was best weather we have had. Wonderful location and great beaches for walking. Views from balcony are terrific. Unit always clean and well stocked with appliances Returning next year again

Relax and vacation in this interior designed inspired spacious condo on this second floor end unit located centrally in Panama City Beach. MariSol #205 is a unique 2115 sq ft, four-bedroom condominium. Low density only 45 units in entire complex. Enter into the foyer and you'll see on one side is a three-bedroom/two-bathroom unit and the other is a one-bedroom/one full bathroom lock-out with walk in tiled shower and separate tub. This unit is great for in-laws, parents or mischievous grandparents wanting to relive their honeymoon. Main side has King bed, Queen bed, Double bunks (BUILT FROM SCRATCH) and Queen sofa sleeper
Enjoy sunrise or sunset from the spacious unobstructed balcony view of 180* to the east & west. I have tried to think of every comfort that can make your stay memorable including 4 complimentary beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Enjoy either Keurig or good ole fashion drip coffee in the morning. This is a small complex, low density only 45 units. We have two elevators so there is rarely any wait. Security is very important here with a 24/7 locked lobby, self closing exterior doors, security in season, easy parking, as well as private beach walk to beach and back. Beach access either by walking thru pool or outside pathway. Showers located outside gate leading to beach so wash off when you return. High speed WiFi (100MBs), fitness center on site, and 2 parking passes included. If you need a 3rd parking pass it does cost an additional $50.00.
Great for big families, multiple families, reunions, or wedding parties etc. All bedrooms with TV's and wall mounted. Large queen sofa sleeper. Living room and Master Bedroom have direct access to balcony overlooking the pristine waters and sugar white beaches. Superbly maintained and cleaned to the highest standards with a caring owner. You'll be thrilled when you step into this condo and how convenient it is to many excellent restaurants, Pier Park.
