I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mimi’s Haven Beach Condo, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning views and the pristine condition of the condo. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf every day. We also loved the close proximity to local restaurants and shops. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals, and the balcony provided a peaceful spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the ocean views. Suzanne, the Guest Experience Coordinator, was an exceptional host, responsive and attentive to any questions we had. Her attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. If you're looking for a relaxing, hassle-free beach getaway, Mimi’s Haven is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

We have stayed at Moonspinner for many years and Mimi’s Haven is the best condo we have found! The condo was immaculate, the decor was beautiful and working with Suzanne and the owner was delightful! They were both very helpful and I appreciated their customer service. I would recommend them to everyone!

My family has enjoyed two wonderful stays at Mimi’s Mimi's Haven at Panama City Beach! The location at PCB is wonderful - near the state park and out of the chaos of the rest of the area. The amenities of the condo and area are amazing. The condo and complex are impeccable in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The beach is amazing and the beach set up - chairs and umbrella - are perfect. We will be back and highly recommend!

Our first time staying at Moonspinner & Mimi's Haven and it was great. The condo was perfect for our Ladies Getaway! The accommodations at MiMi's are spot on & it is furnished and decorated just beautifully. MiMi's adds such a special touch that your don't feel like just another renter. And Suzanne - she is THE BEST to work with! The owners & Suzanne do everything ro make you feel at home! The Moonspinner property was very nice as well. I highly recommend this unit.

Sense of fairness and Justice will prevail. My husband and I stayed at Mimi's in May and we're very happy with our stay. We enjoyed the beach setup everyday! The condo was in immaculate condition! We needed a couple little things taken care of such as batteries for the TV remote and The brand new coffee maker quit working and people were sent over that day to take care of the issues. We loved the comfort of the beds, better than our home! Being on the 8th floor with the view was amazing! We could not have had a better stay!

First timers to Mimi’s Haven and we could not have asked for a better week! The room was just perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. We had everything we needed and more- I was grateful for the added touches like having a laundry basket! ?? The communication, service and care from Suzanne was above and beyond! We’re already crossing our fingers that we can come back next year! Thank you for everything!

Mimi’s Haven was perfect! The condo was like brand new from top to bottom. Beautifully decorated, spacious and uncluttered. So clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The Moonspinners is freshly updated with new exterior paint and new tile in exterior elevator areas.so fresh! Fast elevators. Things I love about Moonspinners - very broad beachfront so not crowded, next to State Park also prevents crowding and allows beach strolls along a near empty beach, very short stroll to the pier and jetties, landscaped lawn between the building and the beach, lots of decking between pool and beach, hot tub, quiet and family friendly, easy access to everything without all the traffic, 24-hour manned security gate, tennis and shuffle board, plenty of close parking with space to bring and park your boat. Mimi’s had beach chairs and umbrellas set up included! The towels were super soft and fluffy! One thing that really stood out to me were the beds! Sooo comfy, I wish my bed at home was that comfy, I didn’t want to get out of it. There is a large balcony with access from both the master bedroom and den. Lots of storage, walk in closets, and large pantry so you’re not tripping over suitcases, that was really a plus. We found the big wall in closets handy to use as private dressing rooms as everyone tries to get ready at the same time. Huge TV in master! All the paid tv channels Included. Booking was a breeze and very friendly and prompt. Thank you Mimi for sharing your haven, we truly loved it and had a wonderful time! The water was crystal clear blue, amazing! We could see fish, stingrays and dolphins swimming from the balcony! Oh, and I like this particular unit because the 8th floor is not too high, not too low for a perfect view and the only things between your balcony and the ocean are grass, sea oats, and sand! You don’t have to overlook the pool or any people, it’s just so peaceful, we also appreciate pet-free.

TV access is not my strength so it might have been someone else's access. However, there is a Roku and a TV in each room so you will be able to access any of your apps to watch your favorite shows.

I’ve been to PCB probably 40 times over the years and have stayed in various condos at the Moonspinner! Most of them I would rate 4 out of 5 because there were always some type of issue that required attention but all in all it’s a great place to spend your vacation! When we walked into Mimi’s Haven after the long drive, I thought I had died and went to Heaven! Just stepping inside was amazing! It was like what you would expect in a 5 star hotel! It was spotless and so beautiful! The furniture is top of the line and I can’t say enough about how comfortable the beds were! We ate in most of the time and everything was available in the kitchen to prepare meals from breakfast to late night dinner! This was a big group vacation with about 20 different condos rented and it began to feel like an open house for us due to the fabulous condo and everyone wanted to get a peek after the word got out about how wonderful Mimi’s Haven is. It is truly top of the line for a 2 bedroom condo. It was perfect for my husband and I and my adult son! We will definitely return!

I’ve been coming to PCB since I was a little girl! About 20yrs ago we started bringing my oldest child. Needless to say, we’ve stayed in a lot of condos. We’ve always stayed on Front Beach Rd. but after staying at Mimi’s Haven on Thomas Drive, there’s no going back. This rental is AAAMAZING! From the decor, the 8th floor views, the cleanliness and the fact that it’s within walking distance to Saint Andrews park, No elevator wait times, no crowds, Everything that you need in the kitchen, Beach toys and beach chair/umbrella set up. It really doesn’t get any better! When we first pulled up the security guard said “wow, your first time here and you got the best unit there is”. He was not lying! The owner has been wondering! My son lost his airpods while we were there and the cleaning lady found them and will be sending them back to us… made me love them that much more!! I 1000000% recommend this condo!!!

Mimi’s Haven was perfect. We had absolutely everything we needed. The views were spectacular- saw dolphins numerous times! And, a nice walk to St. Andrews- we even saw a few deer roaming the beach! We will definitely book here again!

The host has the guest in mind and is very responsive. The kitchen has all the basics needed and the unit very clean and plenty of room. Luggage carts and elevators make unloading super easy. The beach was easy to access, not crowded and the provided lounge chairs make it a pleasure since I didn’t have to haul things with me. The views are spectacular on the beach or balcony. Park, shopping and restaurants were easy to get to. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

I enjoyed staying here very much and wished I didn't have to leave. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. It has everything you need, including a full size washer and dryer so you can pack less items to wear. The view from the balcony is amazing. Loved being out on the balcony watching and hearing the waves come ashore. It was so relaxing. Book your stay here. You won't regret it. I can't wait to go back and enjoy that view!

Mimi’s Haven is a hidden gem! I had a beyond amazing girl’s trip and the condo’s location is perfect! You’re close to restaurants and stores but you’re at the end of the beach next to the state park so you’re not crammed between condos with hundreds of people! It wasn’t crowded at all and the pier was a short walk away. Mimi’s was quiet, comfy, and spacious. The decor was cute and beachy. The view from the patio was gorgeous and you can see both the sunrise and sunset. The elevators were quick (and there’s carts to use for all of your luggage.) A big plus was having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. I like that you get a code for the door so you don’t have to worry about carrying a key around and losing it. The walk to the beach was super short and there were a ton of shells! Bring your shell bags! The only downside was that I had to leave! Looking forward to going back later this year!

I came for 3 nights with my girls. We loved the condo. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast and it was so clean and gorgeous. Probably the best condo I have stayed in years. The elevators were so fast! And, the communicate was the best!

Mimi's Haven was perfect for our family spring break. Loved the extra beds, very good use of space. The view was amazing and we really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. This was my first trip to PCB- we hit the jackpot with location. Quiet with plenty going on. We loved Schooners, but our favorite meals were the ones prepared in the very well equipped kitchen. Thank you - We made memories that will last a lifetime. Hidden Gem- snorkeling at the state park.....

My husband and I stayed at Mimi's Haven last month. We have rented other places where you can see the Gulf, but not up close like you can in this condo. We enjoyed being able to see it from the living area and master bedroom. We liked that we could be at the beach with a very short walk. The views of both the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. It is very important for me for a place we rent to feel clean and fresh which this place did. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer..

I stayed at Mimi's Haven this past January with a friend and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated, it is very clean and the views are absolutely amazing. It is on the east end where there is lots of privacy, but it is conveniently located near many great restaurants and activities. If you are looking for a place to stay on the Emerald Coast, this place is a "gem".

Waking up to views of the colorful sunrise over the water from the master bedroom and then being able to see the full sunset in the evening was the best.  I was impressed by the activities advertised for guests during the winter.  Normally I am not overly impressed with closet space in rentals but this place has a walk in closet in each bedroom so we could store all of our things out of the way.  It also has a good amount of pantry space and an area on the balcony to put your beach gear.  Great views, well decorated and great storage.

It was the first time staying at Mimi's Haven for us and we couldn't be more impressed! From the communication woth Suzanne and Anna to the breathtaking panoramic view of the gulf, it was an amazing experience for us!! We got married on Moonspinner's beach, and Mimi's Haven was the perfect space to get prepared, as well as return to after our ceremony!! Anna and Suzanne were such gracious and kind hostesses, that they even gave us a wedding card with gift cards in it to have our post-marital dinner on them! We feel blessed and grateful to have spent a week at Mimi's Haven and modt of all, to meet such wonderful people in Anna and Suzanne! ?????? Thank you both for such a memorable experience!!??
