Beautiful, cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath property! We are currently staying here during the construction. What a great deal! Very minor “inconveniences” from the construction. Not able to use balcony and minor noise. 100% worth it with the available deal! The pool and patios surrounding are impeccably maintained and easy to enjoy. The pool is warm even on crisp mornings. Come take in the gorgeous views with this awesome deal!

We enjoyed our week (Sept 10-17) @ Flip Flops on the Moon! The condo was clean and comfortable. We took it easy this week and cooked in a couple times, the kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils & cookware that we needed, even some seasonings! It was very nice in the evenings to walk a few steps to go to the hot tub or to the walkway to the beach. Kerry was great to work with from the initial booking through the checkout process and very quick to return the deposit!

We're so happy with the condo, we've committed to our sixth year in a row as winter snowbirds! It's clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The sunsets are amazing, and we really enjoy the outside amenities such as the heated pool, hot tub, shuffle board and tennis courts. The proximity to the St. Andrews State Park is awesome. Being an avid beach walker, it's so beautiful to walk the pristine shoreline of the park and enjoy the wildlife in the park such as deer and many species of ducks and native birds. If you're lucky, you may even see an alligator! There are plenty of wining, dining, shopping and fun things to do nearby. We're already looking forward to next year! This is our 3rd year staying at Flip Flops and it was so amazing!! Every year has been wonderful and we booked for next year before this trip was over!! Perfect condo for families with small children or maybe older adults since it is on the first floor!! We love waking up every morning and sitting on the patio watching the waves!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Condo has everything you need for your trip! Still on our way home and can’t wait until next years trip already!

We just returned from a week in PCB and had the BEST time. Part of this was due to the location and amenities of unit 110B. We loved this condo for the convenience to the pool and beach, and simply for it's amenities. We brought so many things (kitchen/laundry items/floats) that we didn't wind up needing because the unit is so well-appointed. We all also enjoyed the decor which was "beachy" but not overdone. The location was fantastic and just what we wanted...close enough to get in the crowds if we wanted, but far enough away to feel pretty private. We are already discussing a return trip next year. The owners are fantastic to work with. You will NOT regret a stay at Moonspinner Unit 110B. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. And I wish I was still there.

We absolutely loved staying at moonspinner 110b. I was skeptical first about staying on the first floor with a pool in front of us, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Easy pool access was amazing, as was the little effort required to run outside to the beach. The place was also well-kept, comfortable and convenient. Clean, plenty of towels, good appliances. Also very safe... we often left the door open to let our toddler in and out and sometimes headed out to the beach with the back door open. Not a thing went missing. Very family oriented environment and friendly folks. Would definitely stay here again

Location right from the start—back up your vehicle and unload thru the front door of the condo! Location as you walk thru the spacious open floor plan of the condo and pass thru glass doors—pool and the Gulf strait ahead!! Location as you feel the need for some great food—5 minute walk to an amazingly fun, great food and drinks local restaurant and bar!!!! Absolutely everything is totally convenient inside the condo and outside regardless of where you like to go or what you like to do while at the beach on vaca. Condo is light and spacious clean and well maintained and Sharon is a great Lady! My husband and I booked for next year at Flip Flops before we even left!!

I have been booking our beach condos since 2006, and have gotten lots of great reviews from many of our wonderful guests, but this one is my favorite.
I do not know Michelle (the guest who sent the following review), and have never met her, I promise!

WE HAVE A NEW FAVORITE!”
We've been coming to PCB forever. Like, FOREVER. And have stayed at nearly every condo between St Andrew's Pier and Carillon Beach. In the past, pretty much any old place would do. But now that we have small children, we have a whole laundry list of preferences/requirements: First floor unit; easy beach access; easy pool access (but not so easy that a determined toddler can make his way in unannounced); washer/dryer in unit; a family-friendly, non-Spring-Breakish atmosphere; super-extra-ultra-mega-clean; and generally a place where we can settle in feel at home.
Flip Flops on the Moon was that, and more. The owners were so nice and accommodating. The unit was tastefully decorated -- which is astonishingly rare in beach condos, for some reason. (No hideous floor-to-ceiling-wall-to-wall mirrors that force you to admire/criticize yourself at all times; thank you for that!) Kitchen was especially lovely. The entire space was well appointed, and not overrun with knick-knacks that would require frantic babyproofing. What else
Convenient baskets for (what else) flip flops minimized sand getting into everything. There were TONS of great beach toys for the kids, as well as books and videos.
Flip Flops on the Moon was immaculate. I was 100% comfortable letting my little ones crawl around, and I never once got the germy heebie-jeebies. (Fellow germophobes, you all know what I'm talking about.)
But the best part
Such close proximity to the beach, and the beach chairs. When you have little kids, theres a lot of frequent schlepping to and from, with lots of stuff. In the past, this was always a sweaty chore that usually meant negotiating lots of steep stairs while balancing beach bags and babies. But at FFotM, it was a breeze! Step off the patio and take an easy stroll down the boardwalk. There you are! We loved being so close to St. Andrews State Park, and -- in the other direction -- our favorite beachside restaurant, Schooners.
To sum up, we have found our beach home in Flip Flops on the Moon. I intend for my family to return as often as possible, and to continue making wonderful memories here. Thank you so much to the owners and managers for their generous hospitality!

$300 Damage Deposit: Your deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check out, provided the condo is maintained in the same condition as it was found, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and no late checkout. Cooking areas shall be left as clean as they were upon arrival, and the floor swept clean of food crumbs. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning or repair charges deducted from your damage deposit. Prior to your possession, we have taken a detailed inventory of the contents of the facility. Lessee agrees to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur.
NO SMOKING, E-CIGARETTES, OR VAPOR PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY. Moonspinner is now no-smoking, except for the designated area in the parking lot.
PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.
AGE: We do not rent to anyone under age 25 without parents or guardian present during the entire stay. Violations will result in forfeiture of the $300 deposit and eviction without refund.
MAINTENANCE – Lessee shall allow maintenance access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. During your stay, promptly report all maintenance items and we will respond to them as soon as possible. Refunds are not made for inclement weather, lack of public utilities, the unavailability of private community amenities, mechanical failures or malfunctioning equipment. There is no guarantee that pool will be heated. These amenities are extras provided in addition to the condominium rental.
CONSTRUCTION – Construction and repair may be adjacent to or near this vacation rental property. You may reserve this property at a time when no construction or repair is nearby, but construction or repair could begin prior to your arrival or during your stay.
SECURITY- Lessor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items left behind. Lock your car doors and keep the condo doors locked when you are away.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation. We will refund any unused portion of your rent from the date that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation, until the order is lifted. If you are scheduled to arrive during a mandatory evacuation, we will refund the unused portion of your rent if you want to shorten your stay and come in after the mandatory evacuation order is lifted. No refunds for dates that there was no mandatory evacuation.
OCCUPANCY: To ensure your safety we cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of more than 8 persons permitted in or about the facility at any time. This includes persons of all ages (babies, children, adults) and visitors. If we determine that the number of permitted guests has been exceeded we will terminate this lease and ask you to leave the premises without refund.
