Guests spend hours on our balcony with room for everyone. The balcony includes nice, composite furnishings and side tables for viewing the beautiful emerald coast. The kitchen is fully equipped for those that enjoy preparing meals and includes stainless appliances. Kitchen includes refrigerator with in-door, filtered, water and ice dispenser, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and sink garbage disposal. A convenient, separate laundry room with washer/dryer is also included.

The master bedroom adjoins the balcony and includes wonderful gulf views! Sleep to the sound of the waves. A private master bathroom includes double vanity and combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom includes one queen bed and one twin. Private access to the guest bathroom is included. The guest bath includes a combination shower/tub and single vanity.

Ocean Reef features 330 feet of linear beach, heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi/hot tub, steam room, sauna, and cardio fitness room. The pools are heated as needed to provide comfortable swimming and fun.

Ocean Reef is conveniently located. Beach-Front Restaurants, Mini-Golf, Go-Cart Track, Coffee and Donut Shop, and Gift Shops are all easily within walking distance of the building.

NOTE: Ocean Reef is a NON-SMOKING building and property. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony nor anywhere else on property. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, then do not book this unit. NON-SMOKING is strictly enforced. Evening QUIET HOURS are also strictly enforced. Party gatherings are not allowed. OCCUPANCY LIMIT is 5 people. No air mattresses allowed. This is not to be exceeded at any time and is also strictly enforced. Guests are expected to abide by the Ocean Reef Rules. Ocean Reef Security and the Property Management Company are on-site. The property has one reserved parking space which is conveniently located under the building and close to the elevators. Please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible.
