Gregg was very easy to deal with. The condo met all our needs. The balcony seating was great for spending time on with the family. It met all of our needs.

Aside from the cool weather, the parking was our only complaint.. The underground parking was difficult for van to enter and exit (space too small) Our other car kept looking for a home. We were told to park in unassigned sport, but those were usually taken and we had to park in paid city parking a couple of times.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very roomy and was very well kept. We enjoyed sitting out on the spacious balcony looking at the water, on several occasions we saw the dolphins swimming. The only draw back on this entire experience was the parking, it was a very tight area to park.

Our room was great clean spacious. 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. But parking is something else if you driving big SUV or pick up truck good luck, specially if your parking is underground.

We booked a last-minute rental for a week over the Labor Day holiday. We loved the fact that it was a 4 bedroom 4 bath and that everybody had their own area. The living and kitchen were central in the unit and a massive, expansive outside covered porch was impressive. The beach was pristine. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
