50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

During the months of August and September the check-in and check-out is on Saturday.

This was our first trip to Panama City and we were very happy with our stay. This condo looked exactly like the pics in the listing. The balcony is huge and where we spent every morning and every night when we got in. The only issue was with the elevators. During check-in and check-out, we literally waited 30 minutes to get in an elevator. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Beautiful condo, decorated well and not overly full of large furniture. Host is fabulous! You can sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Close to great restaurants and other activities. Walk right down on the beach. And yes...the water really does look like the pics.

This Condo was everything the reviews said it would be and more. Clean, modern, conveniently located. Near the beach and restaurants. The place was absolutely beautiful, newly renovated. The photos from the website does not do this condo justice. Beds were comfortable, large balcony with a nice view. We will definitely keep this condo in mind on our next trip to PCB..

Owner was very engaged and proactive, and also highly responsive. Staying off season was really nice, always fast to catch the elevator (from 17th floor) and it was very quiet. The ocean ritz is a nice mid level option on PCB, and Sue's remodeled unit was a top option at the Ritz. We could tell from the furniture, building materials and finishes that she did the remodel right vs. cheap. Parking spots are very tight, but overflow available across the street.
