Aqua #510, 5th Floor, Beach Chairs Included, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We recently stayed in Unit 510 this past week and we have no complaints. The condo was beautiful. Not as big as we are used to, but still perfect. Bunk room was good size for the kids, and master was perfect. I saw previous comments about the mattress, and I have no complaints on the master mattress. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially for a lower floor condo. The condo was equipped with all dishes and cookware you could need. Elevators were super fast! No standing around longer than 30 sec-1min waiting for it. The pool wasn't freezing, it felt amazing. The beach hut guys were super nice and helpful too! We will be back to Aqua and would stay in this unit again. Highly Recommend.

The unit was clean as expected, however, the master bedroom mattress definitely need to be changed. We both ended up with serious back issues after sleeping on it for a week. It hasn't been changed in a past few years that we have stayed there and it is definitely time for an upgrade. Otherwise, we were happy with everything else in this unit.

We could go on and on but .. cut to the chase .... the condo is beautiful, kitchen very well equipped, king size bed is very comfortable, the rain shower head is wonderful, the view is amazing and the property indoor pool and jacuzzi ROCK!

Condo was exactly as described. The check-in was easy and the condo is beautiful. We have stayed at many condos in the area and this was top notch.

This was my wife's second stay at this condo and we could not have enjoyed our stay any more!! This condo is so comfortable and homey.It is so convenient to everything(grocery stores,restaurants, Wal-Mart,Pier park) you can't go wrong with this location!! We will be staying here twice in 2017 and can't wait! The fifth floor is perfect for listening to the waves and beautiful sunsets. Thanks Jackie and Steve

My wife and I stayed here in may 2015 and it was fabulous, The condo was very nicely furnished and very clean..There were starter products to get you started paper towels, toilet paper etc. The balcony was huge and we sat out there every evening listening to the waves and watching the sunset..The pools were very nice and quite and we enjoyed them several times. This was our first time at the Aqua but we will be back very soon.I would recommend this condo to all my friends. Jackie and Steve the owners were a pleasure to work with.

This was great for us and our children 10 and 12. Condo was absolutely the best we thought. We were here with 10 other families and got to see most of their condos and we'd still pick this one in a heart beat. The updated beachy decor was just our style. Location on end and 5th floor was perfect - private balcony was nice. We used the beach chairs every day. We walked to pier park and to gulf world and down to Sharkeys. Walmart being close by was nice too for quick shopping needs.

I'm late writing this review but anyways.. My sister and I stayed here last year for spring break and we loved it! The room is decorated beautiful and located on the perfect floor. The only issue we had was with the washing machine having mildew and a moldy smell in it so we didn't want to wash anything in it. I informed the owner after our stay & she told me they were already planning on replacing them later in the year. She emailed a few months later letting me know they had replaced the washing machine. So if I ever need a 1 bedroom again I will definitely bring staying in this unit! Aqua is the only place I've been staying for the past 5 years, it's the best! Another plus for this unit is having nice and helpful owners!
 

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. It felt so "homey". We actually liked the carpet because we didn't feel the grit from the sand on our feet!! I guess the only thing that was a little aggravating was the long code to get in the unit....alot to remember but after a few days it wasn't a problem.... We would definitely love to stay in this unit again.

Perfect for our family of five. The unit is precisely as pictured and described. We easily walked to Pier Park (with three young kids in tow) for shopping/evening meals. The beach chairs and umbrella were fabulous and very convenient. We especially loved that this property was in a quieter section of PCB and conveniently close (15 minute drive) to Rosemary Beach and all of its restaurants and shops.

We had a great time back at the Aqua. This was our second stay here, but the first in this unit. The reservations were very easy to make. Check in and check out was very fast. The 5th floor is a great location being just high enough to block out noise. This is also an end unit which we loved! Since we were here for spring break, the water was still cold in the pool, but my little boy loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We love this area and this condo. I am sure we will be back again soon.

Great unit, nice building, beautiful beach, conveniently located.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! Everything about it was perfect- from the location, to the view, to the cleanliness, to the beach toys, to the décor- EVERYTHING. The kitchen was well equipped and the blender was definitely put to good use. :) We were a family of 2 adults, 2 nineteen year olds, a 15 year old and a 14 year old, and it was still roomy enough for dinners together and balcony time. We loved that it was located on the quieter end of the beach, but was still close to a ton of things to do. Pier Park is right down the street and we all enjoyed an afternoon at Tootsies listening to a band. I also recommend Schuckums, which is in walking distance from the condo. They have delicious shrimp po boys and Karaoke almost every night! This unit, in the condo, is one of the best we have ever stayed in, and we will definitely be staying again!! Thank you for helping to make our trip so GREAT!!

Jackie and Steve were a pleasure to work with. Questions were answered quickly. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped. 10 minute walk to Pier Park with lots of stores, restaurants and a 16 movie theatre. Super store WMart was also within walking distance. Also North Pier Park is opening soon with big box stores. I would highly recommend this condo. We have booked it again for next year.

Beautiful condo. Perfect location. Clean and comfy. Fantastic bed. Washer/dryer are great to have. Kitchen is well equipped if you don't cook much. Quite possibly the best two bath condo on any beach.

My husband and I checked in after a long, exhausting, drive from Texas. We were very eager to see the condo.The unit looks exactly like it does in the pictures, but even better in person. The condo was very clean and the views were breathtaking. It was amazing waking up every morning to views of the gulf from the bedroom and also eating breakfast every morning on the balcony. If I could change anything, I would've stayed an extra day! The two chaise loungers on the balcony were also a nice touch. The owners were also a pleasure to work with. The location of the condo is great. It is only a short walk from Pier Park, which took about 10 minutes. We were also able to rent jet skis, and scheduled a banana boat ride on the beach right outside of the condo. I am looking forward to booking this condo again and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Our family traveled from Niagara Falls Ontario to PCB and were very anxious to see our unit and the beach. Unit 510 was absolutely perfect!! Our girls loved the bunk beds and my husband and I loved the huge bedroom with king bed which you could see the ocean from....breath taking. Our bedroom had an equally large bathroom with tub, shower and two double sinks. The kitchen was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. Wifi was set up for us when we got there and was super fast. I loved being on the 5th floor...not too high and we had an amazing view. Beach was clean and ocean was gorgeous and very warm. Pier park was in walking distance and so much fun!! Tons of resteraunts,shops and carnival for kids. Good way to spend an evening out. Steve and Jackie were so friendly and kind. They got back to me very quickly and even kept in touch while we were on the road. Overall our vacation was 10/10 and we will definately go back to this unit in the future. We really enjoyed Aqua and our room. The room was very clean, very comfortable and had a great view of the beach. Very impressed with the room. The room rental included two beach chair rentals - what a great deal! The one downer was that the room did not have a wireless router. I had to buy one from Walmart so my kids could enjoy their Ipads while in the room. Aqua condo was top notch. Very clean and well kept. Located right on the beach, very close to the Pier and the Gulf World Marine Park. We have stayed in the panhandle for the last 6-7 years. Where we used to stay, you had to drive to do any extra activities (parasailing, jet skis, etc). At Aqua, you had parasailing, jet skis, and banana boat rides right on the beach. When we went to the beach, we signed up at their little shack for parasailing. They told us they would come to us with the banana boat to take us to the parasailing boat. It was awesome. No waiting around on a dock. I would definately stay here again, but will bring my new router along with me.

Thanks for the feedback. There has been a project going on for some time to get the entire building enabled for wireless. That project was just completed yesterday at 2:00 PM. Our sincere apologies that this was not completed prior to your stay, but all of Aqua is now wireless-enabled.
 

Thanks J. & S., Thank you for sharing your condo with us to make new memories that will last a lifetime. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. This condo is very beautiful and has amazing views of the gulf and the pier at Pier Park. This was my girlfriends first visit to see the gulf/ocean and it's couldn't have been any better. The weather was wonderful. Aqua is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Everyone there was so nice and the beach chairs were great. We will definitely be coming back.

This was my first trip to PCB and I can honestly say, we will be coming back again!! Everyone kept telling me to book in Destin, and after many days of research, this particular unit caught my eye. I do prefer to stay somewhere that I feel has my same taste in style...Jackie and Steve have done an outstanding job with this unit! I would also like to mention that Jackie was extremely prompt with her response about my inquiry and gave me the BEST rate of anyone else!!!! The unit and resort were top notch and I have already referred friends to this resort. We loved getting up every morning and sitting out on the balcony while listening the the waves sipping on mimosas and coffee... such the life! The beach attendants were very friendly and kept coming by to make sure all the guests were comfortable. We are already planning for our next visit!!!

Bottom line, the owners were as great as the condo! This was a special trip for me, and this beautiful unit made it all the better. The furnishings exceeded our expectations, and the condo was very clean and well cared for. I checked in to the condo on Fri 3/1 with my girlfriend, and checked out Monday 3/4 with my fiance. This condo will hold a special place in our hearts forever, and we'll be staying here again very soon! Thanks again and God bless you and your family

We stayed at this condo for the month of February 2013. The condo is in good condition, and has a well equipped kitchen. Both the listing description and pictures accurately reflect the unit. Thank you Steve and Jackie for allowing us to rent your lovely unit. The owners participate in the maintenance program at the property, and we did have a couple of very minor things that needed to be looked after. We reported them and both were dealt with in a very timely and efficient manner. The only negative comment I would have on this property would be regarding the pool. They do not heat the outdoor portion of the pool, so the only area you can swim in is all indoor. This of course has nothing to do with the owner of the unit. It is a resort issue. We found the smell of chlorine to be very bad upon our first visit to the pool area. It was so strong I could not stay there. Don't get me wrong, I am glad they use it obviously, but if the partition between the indoor and outdoor sections of the pool were open, this would not be an issue. Overall the condo unit itself is very nice and I would recommend it to others looking for a nice unit in PCB. Thanks again Jackie and Steve for the use of your great unit.

very relaxing, beautiful view. Near Pier Park. Cycling and hiking is great with both Frank Brown Park and Conservation Park. They both need more publicity!!

Very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Our 2 daughters (ages 11 and 7) LOVED the room with the bunk beds. Aqua was conviently located to the Pier Park, restaurants, and shops. We couldn't have asked for more on our first trip to Panama City. We hated to leave and will definitely return.

This condo is very nicely decorated and was very clean and neat. Our view from the balcony was great as well. Aqua was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it and Room #510!

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the views of the ocean/pier from the balcony. Our kids (5) and (3) loved the bunk bed room....the television and dvd player in the room was a nice feature as well. We hope to return to the same condo next year. We also loved that the condo was conveniently located near Pier Park/Target.

We had a terrific time at the Aqua room #510. The room was very well appointed with decorations. The bonus room beds were surprising large enough for two teenage girls. Will look to rent this room again in the future.

We loved our stay at 510! The condo is exactly as described on vrbo. It is a cozy place with all of the amenities of home. The West end location provided a beautiful view of the pier and sunsets. We go to the PCB area 1-2 times per year and we've stayed in multiple condos. Aqua is a great place to stay and the location can't be beat. We were able to walk most everywhere. It's a short walk to nearby Pier Park. The owners are very friendly and easy to contact, they made things very easy for us. The 5th floor was perfect for us, just high enough to see everything in the Gulf, but not too high. We enjoyed several meals on the balcony. The king size bed in the master is really comfortable and our 3 year old absolutely loved the built-in bunk beds. I would recommend this condo to anyone! We will go back!

We could not have stayed at a better place! Everything was so beautiful and CLEAN! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed and more! Great location. We even walked to pier park. My children had a blast here and so did we :) Will stay here from now on for sure! Thanks so much for sharing your place and making our vaycation wonderful!
