This was our families first time staying in Calypso (1409E) as well as using Kim with White Sand Rental’s. In short we received A+ service from start to finish and would definitely book with them again! Condo was as described in photos/website and the views, location and resort were simply amazing. AC, utensils, mattress, linens were all in excellent condition. The parking spot was perfect and really an added bonus that we didn’t expect to be so convenient. The beach chairs were also a wonderful touch and saved us some $ as well. To answer a few concerns from previous posts we saw before the trip....1) pool security - security doesn’t want you drinking anything in the pool or throwing balls, but this wasn’t an issue for us and probably makes for a safer environment. 2) Elevators - during our entire stay we never waited more than 2 minutes at any given time and they were clean and fast. Owners were very responsive & couldn’t have been more accommodating to our family. I strongly suggest you give Kim and her team a look the next time you rent in this area. As for myself and our family this could not have been a better vacation experience!

We stayed in several condos in Panama City, but this one is a keeper! The beds were comfortable (I usually don't say that about any bed except my sleep number), the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, the view was fabulous, & close to shopping. Having a parking space and beach chairs were an added bonus. We will defiantly keep this condo bookmarked to book again!

This condo is amazing! The views are perfect, everything is clean and well taken care of, and there is plenty of space. I love the decor and was comfortable throughout our stay. Kim, Jan, and Dave were so helpful and accommodating. White Sand was truly a dream to work with. I love that they give so much information to help plan. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice condo. We enjoyed the large kitchen, large balcony, and all of the windows with a view. The unit is at the end of the hall, so it’s a little more quiet. The free parking in the lower garage was the cherry on top!!

Beautiful decor, very clean, bed was very comfortable. We had a great time doing my two favorite things, walking the beach and shopping. The view from the balcony was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rent again. We wished we could have stayed longer this time.

We have stayed at the Calypso for several years, this was by far our favorite condo. It is beautifully decorated and stocked real well. Added bonus was the wrap around balcony with an excellent breeze. The VIP parking was great. We will certainly rent this condo again.

I found this rental company from a google search and I must say that the entire experience was awesome. Kim was awesome to work with, we were given a great rate and loved the condo! We are already looking forward to booking our next trip. I also love the fact that if you rent through this company, you don’t have to pay all of those ridiculous VRBO fees!

This condo had everything we were looking for. The location, close to Pier Park was excellent. Private parking in close proximity to the elevator is a huge bonus. (especially on arrival and departure dates) This unit is very tastefully decorated, first class all the way. The bed slept great, the wrap around balcony, which provides a beautiful view up and down the beach, is a nice plus, as is the included beach service. I would highly recommend this condo, and I most definitely plan to stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation in PCB. The condo was absolutely amazing. Please let the owner know how much we adore her taste in decorations. She has done a fabulous job. The condo was clean, very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. This was our 10th year and I can honestly say that this condo is by far my favorite.
