Emerald, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We had an awesome time!!! 1 setback…we could not get in after a 15 hour drive. The lock was broken but the manager Zorra was very helpful and got a locksmith out there. Stressful with dogs but she took care of us as quickly as she could

The view was spectacular. The property needs some paint and the floors need a deep clean but to be expected with such a tourist area . Would stay again!!!

Plenty of room. Many stairs so be aware if you have someone that struggles with stairs. We did not so it was fine for us. We needed the workout…:)

The beach access was across the street which was easy to get to. Plus the palm trees in front of the beach made for sunset watching and Ocean watching spectacular! 2 balconies…very nice!!!

I can’t say enough about our stay! The property was great and exactly as posted! The host was absolutely amazing! I had to make some changes to my reservations and they were very responsive and super nice about everything! I will definitely be staying again!

I searched and searched for a property that had everything we were use to during our previous stays AND who would let us bring our large fur baby and small one…AND FINALLY I came across THIS listing. Let me begin by saying thank you for allowing the doggies to come with us regardless of their size and weight. Now days fur babies are apart of the family, so thank you for accepting them. Now, on to the property and the owner/manager. The unit was very clean. It was the perfect setup for our family. It was very roomy and was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The walk to the beach was a short distance. Even though you were across the street it was comparable to staying at the condos on the beach side when you have to walk across the resort and then wait in long lines for the elevator. It actually took less time getting to and from the beach even though we were across the street. The beach access is really only steps from the front door. As far as the owner/manager (Zohra) I can’t say enough good things about her. Her response to my many emails were almost immediate. She was very receptive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay. My ONLY suggestion would be better patio furniture on main level such as a high tabletop bistro set where you could enjoy your breakfast and coffee and dinner meals but other than that EVERYTHING was great! Thank you

The location was great and convenient to everything. The views of the ocean were beautiful! I loved that I did not have to park in a parking garage. I had covered parking just outside my door. This condo had a lot of space which made it great for our large group!

This house actually looked more bigger and better in person. It is also very close to the beach and convenient store. We loved it there and would like to rent again some time.
