Can’t say enough great things about our stay at Mike & Connie’s place!
The unit was incredibly clean, spacious and had everything we could have needed and then some! The decor was lovely and beachy without being over the top. Loved the large & comfy sofa and the huge master shower. Kitchen had all we needed, including a great coffee maker that could brew pots or single serving Keurig. They provided all the basics and then some - sampling of coffees, creamers, basic spices/oils, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc. everything seemed to be thought of!
The view from the balcony was stunning. We stayed in winter so didn’t exactly hang out on the beach but if we had wanted to, the master closet was stocked with all sort of beach gear too!
We are originally from PC and come back each holiday season to see family. Have stayed in several different condos the last few years. Without a doubt will be back to this one if it is available next year when we return!

Everything was perfect at Mike and Connie’s condo! It was very clean and they had everything we needed for a great vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved the chairs out there! Mike and Connie were also very kind when communicating with them. We would love to stay here again!

Where do I even begin? We took our 2 teenage boys for the week and the condo was magical. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, for the beach and even shower amenities. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we even saw dolphins playing by the buoys. No need for binoculars because they have those too! I really could go on and on about how amazing this vacation was. They even had tide pods for laundry! Our family made so many memories and it couldn’t have been possible without Mike and Connie welcoming us into their home away from home. We cannot wait to come back next year!

We had five people staying with us, and it was perfect for the size. We were able to utilize the kitchen with ease and make breakfast to eat on the balcony. It felt just like home. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and had anything you needed additional for your trip. Would definitely book again! ☺ï¸

WOW! Mike and Connie’s condo is amazing! First, the view from the patio was perfect, and loved being able to wake up being greeted by the ocean from the primary bedroom glass door. The condo included every kitchen item you may need during your trip, which came in handy when grilling out on the gas grills provided by the building. This condo was the cleanest I have ever arrived to, and the pictures were completely accurate. The 2 included beach chairs are an awesome perk and the walk to the beach to use them is very short. So if you are bringing any of the floats or other fun beach items they have provided, you are basically just carrying them to “the backyard” since the beach is so close! Beds and couch are comfy, plenty of TV channels, and we were able to catch up on our shows since the TV can connect to any streaming app you may have. Never had trouble finding a parking spot. The water park is within walking distance. There were always carts available for luggage or groceries. A+++!!

The condo was well appointed and very clean and the location was beautiful right on the beach! The building elevators were quite slow, so a bit obnoxious, but overall a great place to stay, wonderful hosts and beautiful location.

We had a wonderful stay. MIke and Connie were very attentive and helpful before, during and after our stay. The unit was roomy and comfortable and the ocean view off the terrace was amazing. Ample parking and convenient to restaurants. I plan stay there again on my next visit to Panama City Beach, Florida.

Gulf Beauty - Beach Service for 2- Owner Managed
When you head to the beach, use your PRE-PAID beach chair service for 2! This is a $50 daily savings to you!
Our 2 bed 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 5 or 6 if using sectional sofa. We also have a blow-up mattress. Pack light because we have a full sized washer/dryer!
The space
The amenities at CJ's Vacation Getaway include Beach Chair and Set up Service for two (March 1-Oct 31). Just check in at the beach hut, give them your condo number and our name, and you are all set! We also have additional beach chairs and umbrella in the master closet and beach toys for the kids!
We offer key-less entry, Free WiFi, Extra large patio with access from the Living Room and Master, Three flat-screen TV's, DVD player, In-ground heated bi-level pool, Fitness center, Sky BBQ terrace, Smoking deck, Covered parking just steps from the elevator and Private beach access.
The Ocean-front Master Bedroom with walk-out balcony features a king-size bed. You can actually lay in bed and watch the sunset and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The attached master bathroom has a new large walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin daybed and just steps away, its own bathroom with tub for the kids.
The livingroom sectional can be used for a child to sleep on or pull out the queen air mattress for another comfortable bed.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal during your stay. For the coffee lovers, there is a traditional drip coffee maker and we also have a K-cup type coffee maker.
Each HD TV is connected to Direct TV with over 100 channels available. If you prefer to stream your own Netflix or other streaming account the livingroomTV is wifi connected. You can also help yourself to our DVD library located in the ottoman.
Whether you are hanging out at the (top pool heated in winter months) pools, lounging at the beach or relaxing on the balcony, we hope you feel your cares, just melt away.
Be sure and keep a look out for dolphins, stingrays, and manatees as you drink your coffee or favorite cocktail on the balcony. There is nothing better than just gazing out at the gulf. The sunsets are simply amazing.
