Everything was great. The condo was perfect with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and out into the gulf. The condo is well furnished. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The area has several good restaurants and attractions. The condo's community grilling area was easy to use and there was never a long wait for one to be available. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach to stay here. The owners communication was excellent

Our Family really enjoyed our stay, The condo has a Great view of the pool and Gulf. Parking is close. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. We had a Great a Time.

The condo was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had beach chairs included with our stay and that was a big plus. Access in and out of condo was easy. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We have a dog that goes everywhere with us and the fact that this is a pet friendly place was a big selling point for us. The owner is very accommodating and easy to contact. We wil definitely be back again.

This is such a lovely condo that is huge, clean, well decorated, and super convenient to the beach. We absolutely loved the convenience of the location of the condo in the resort as well as the location of the resort on the beach. Hardly any traffic to worry about. Debra made check in & check out very easy for us to understand and follow as well, which is wonderful - loved the customer service I experienced - we will definitely do this again!!!

Great condo, loved the 3rd floor and balcony! Overlooks pool and ocean. Easy to get to beach. The property overall is well maintained and clean.Darinda was very helpful and easy to work with. Loved that its pet friendly so we could take our small dog. Just an fyi, resort pet fee is $250. Kitchen was well equipped which is appreciated since I've had to go buy kitchen items in the past at other units to be able to cook. Only suggestion would be new pillows for master and possibly a mattress pad for a bit more comfort. I will rent this condo again!

I do have a cancellation policy in place. An initialed and signed rental agreement MUST be returned to WITH picture ID to secure your dates, and affirm you are familiar with the cancelation and resort policies. You may print, initial and sign, and upload to here, or I will sed to you one via email after booking. You have 24 hours to respond or communicate with me.
Payment does not guarantee reservations without it! Non-compliance may result in a cancelation.
Located on the 3rd floor directly over the pool. Balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom w./ exquisite views. New full size W/D; microwave and range with convection oven option if desired. Fully appointed, user friendly kitchen with several small appliances available to make meal prep easy.
New KS mattress in the master bedroom. Oversized master bath with walk in shower, his & her sinks, ample storage and enormous master walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom with queen sized bed, new mattress, and plenty of storage and closet space. Bunk area off of the dining area with bi-fold doors for privacy.
Living room has commercial queen sized sleeper sofa, and ample bedding available.
Living room provides comfortable seating for 6 or so, and bar stools from the breakfast bar are convenient extra living room seats too.
Dining room table seats 6, swivel bar stools for 4 allow plenty of eating in options.
Resort wifi works excellently throughout the unit and the grounds. We've always had excellent reception with our cell phones on the Verizon network, and now Cricket. Designated parking on the 3rd floor eliminate the need for elevators for loading and unloading. Handicap parking is just 50 paces to the condo door! Our unit is ADA accessible and a shower chair is provided if needed.
Pet's are always welcome, though they must be checked in at the front office, and HOA guidelines followed. Pet fees are determined by the HOA, and collected at the front office upon check in. I, as an owner have no say or control over these established fees. Currently $250/pet under 30 pounds limit 1. There is no fee or size restrictions for service dogs. Emotional support pets are subject to the pet fee, and not exempt per the ADA. Must provide vet records of shots etc. and get a pet ID band for yourself and the pet to wear at all times outside the unit.
