The condo has been updated with new cabinets, new furniture, new mattresses, new appliances, new bathroom cabinets, sinks, toilets, new flooring, new linens and towels, new silverware and dishes, new pots and pans, new coffee maker, and a new Keurig coffee maker. The Master bedroom has a king bed & the bunkroom has a twin over a full size bed. This condo is complete with everything you'll need! We also have a beach wagon and 2 chairs for your use. We use Gulf Coast Laundry for 100% Sanitized Linens and Towels!

The marina blue pool area has tropical palm trees, greenery and flowers. Comfortable deck loungers surround the pool. There is a zero entry side of the pool as well as steps. Beyond the pool, a walkway leads to the beautiful sugar white sand beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
