Welcome to Ocean's Edge at Pinnacle Port Resort!  If you don't know Pinnacle Port, you are in for a real treat for your beach vacation.  Pinnacle Port is the last development before you turn onto 30A, which leads West to Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Grayton Beach, etc.  Because of our location, you can walk to these communities and enjoy the fine dining, ice cream shops, and retail establishments in close proximity to these upscale beach communities. 
Arriving at our resort, you will drive through the residential gate of Carillon Community, an idyllic beach cottage community  with its own wine and coffee shop, pizza place, hair salon,  gift shop, workout facility, cafe, etc.  Once inside the gate, you can enjoy all of Carillon and Pinnacle Port, and it is a fun neighborhood to check out by bicycle or by foot:)

Pinnacle Port has two pools; one that is indoor-outdoor (indoor in winter), and another pool steps away that is a little quieter if you want to have a break from all the action.
Our resort has an indoor fitness center, men and womens saunas, a billiard room (pool table),  and various sitting ares on the first floor, perfect for a cup of coffee or card games with friends,  We also have a small but robust library!


Our condo is on the top floor of the Pinnacle Port Tower, so our views are stunning and expansive.  Our balcony on floor one faces slightly east, so you can see the sunrise from the bedroom and balcony, and the sunset from the upper balcony on the second floor: just perfect.  If you are a couple enjoying our ocean-front condo, everything you need will be on the first floor, so it is an ideal layout for snowbirds, or guests who would prefer one level living.   If you are a small party and only need the first floor, we can give you an additional discount off season, to enjoy our comfortable penthouse 1 BR 1 BA.  

The condo sets up well for a group, as you really have a measure of privacy that is absent when everyone stays on the same floor.  The second balcony upstairs gives additional guests an relaxing location for coffee or reading, or just having a space of their own.  We have a second coffee/beverage area in the upstairs master ensuite.
Camp Helen State Park is steps away, and this park is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts.  Lake Powell sits behind our ocean front resort, providing additional recreation  for anglers, paddleboarders, hikers, and shell seekers.  Walking to the Philips Inlet where Lake Powell meets the Ocean is an incredible sight to see, and the walk there is about 1/3 mile, easy walk.  Swimming or walking across the inlet is the route to walk to Inlet and Rosemary Beach (we walk there regularly), and it is so fun to take this route for a Rosemary Beach lunch (or you can go beyond this destination to the other 30 A Beaches).
If you really want to make a memory, you can inquire with one of the bonfire beach services, who will set up your bonfire and disassemble it for you as well.  Its something you won't forget!

Our condo:
Ocean front condominium , 3 BR, 3 BA with master on main with ocean-front balcony and sweeping gulf views.  Second and third bathrooms on second floor, with additional ocean-view balcony.  The emerald water is steps away, as Pinnacle Port's location is sublime, proximity to the beach so close to the condo.  The views are breath-taking!  Property has pack and play, high chair, smart TV's in each room, two balconies.

Two balconies make this perfect for adult friends.  Sunrise on front balcony, sunset on second balcony!

Kitchen is equipped and well stocked for anything you might need;  blender, crock pot, pots and pans, coffee pot (Keurig and regular), baking sheets, premium cookware and premium dishes, any utensil the cook needs.  Laundry room off kitchen with additional storage.    Wifi and cable tv included .  Smart TV's to watch your favorite movies.
Our condo is fabulous as you are steps away from the sand and the surf.  Pinnacle Port has  two pristeen swimming pools:  one converts to an indoor lap pool in winter.  Amenties include pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, charcoal grills, fitness room and dry saunas in our building.  Lots of places on main floor for kids to congregate and hang out or for mom to have a space to look at the ocean and read a book .

This property is newer to us, but has had spectacular reviews over the past three years, and was recently renovated.  Our condo is furnished for ultimate comfort:  This is not a "bare necessity" kind of accomodation.  We want our guests to expect and experience the same level of comfort enjoyed at home:  comfort.
