This place was perfect for the 3 of us. The views from all the rooms are amazing. Great communication and easy to work with! Loved walking to lake. Easy access in and out of gated community.

I booked this condo to take my two daughters on vacation. A friend ended up going as well. It was the perfect size for us. The entry into the complex with all the beautiful homes was amazing. I loved the location. It was close enough to be near the action but far enough away to be away from the crowds. We will definitely be staying here again! This was the best vacation I've had in years.

This was our second stay at A918– perfect both times! Although it’s one bedroom, the pull out sofa bed is plenty big enough for our two children to share. The environment is family-oriented which we love! There was an outdoor movie night by the pool that our children enjoyed. My husband enjoyed lots of fishing at the beach and Lake Powell as well! The views from the room are phenomenal!! Mr. John is so easy to communicate with. We look forward to going again!

This was our second time staying in this unit. Everything was just as great as it was the first time! John is quick to respond to any questions. The entire property is well maintained and clean. There is very little wait time for elevators and parking near the building was always available. The unit is exactly as described and has everything you would need for a week at the beach. We hope to return again!

Had a GREAT time for our 9 nights staying here! The layout of the condo took us a minute to get used to, but beautiful view from the dining table and bedroom! Pinn Port is a very nice well kept complex and the grounds are beautiful with the lake, It made beautiful pictures! John (owner) was FANTASTIC! Replied right away every time, kept us up to date on everything and returned our deposit faster than any other person we have rented from! Only recommendation would be maybe put a bar height table and chairs so you can see the ocean better while eating dinner! Thanks for a fabulous stay! Cant wait to return!!1

A918 at Pinnacle Port is a great condo! My husband and I vacationed here for a wee bit more than three months (part of Dec.2021/Jan./Feb./Mar. 2022) and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo is very well equipped and well maintained. It has everything you should need. The king-size bed is comfy, too! Pinnacle Port is located in a gated, quiet community with easy access to the spectacular beach and is only a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We had great fun using the Shuffleboard and Bocce Ball courts. We were lucky enough to meet John and Michelle during our stay. They are a wonderful couple and are very accommodating. If you have an issue, you can be assured that it will be dealt with promptly. You will especially enjoy the beautiful, white sandy beach and the absolutely gorgeous sunsets. Another great stay at Pinnacle Port. This condo has multi-millionaire views of the amazing Emerald Coast white sand beaches. If you don’t happen to be on the beach at sunset, no worries. You have a front row seat to it every evening. You will find the condo is very clean, comfortable, and quiet, The building and grounds are very well maintained and secure. John the owner is great to work with and very responsive. You definitely can’t go wrong booking this place. We can’t wait to come back.

Great unit! We had a great week. So much to do when you stay here. The condo was clean and laid out very well. I liked that there where two bathrooms one upstairs and downstairs. I also love that this Condo is in an area that is private and safely patrolled and offers TONS of parking. We hope to stay again very soon.

We spent the month of February at this condo at Pinnacle Port. This is the second time we have stayed here. John (the owner) is great to work with. The condo meets our every need. It is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Very comfortable King size bed. Most important to us however, is everywhere you look out, whether it be in the kitchen/dining room, living room, or bedroom there is a great view of the emerald beach. The complex has a nice heated indoor/outdoor pool that we used quite often. The location is perfect. Centrally located so you can easily get to the hub of PCB or down 30A Highway toward Destin through beautiful beach communities. We are already booked for another stay.

We had the best time this past weekend. The condo was clean, well stocked, had amazing views and easy access to the beach. We will return to this beautiful slice of heaven.

We visit PCB often and this was our first time staying at Pinnacle Port. We absolutely loved it! It seems so private, especially at the beach, while at the same time being just a short drive from so many restaurants and attractions. The room was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners are quick to respond and booking is easy and efficient. We hated to leave and hope to return again soon! If you have an opportunity to stay here you won’t regret it!

This was our first time at Pinnacle Port and we have been renting various condo units in the Panama City Beach area for years for our annual family summer vacations. We have stayed everywhere from high rises on the busy strip to smaller condo buildings on the west end. I have paid varying weekly rates and have dealt with many condo owners. With that being said I can honestly say that renting this condo from John was by far the easiest experience I have ever had. I still can not believe you get this amazing oceanfront condo for this low a price. I can tell you that you will not find anything better for this price and location! The condo unit itself is a townhouse style, immediately when you walk in there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. The windows above the bed have an oceanfront view. The master has complete privacy from the upstairs. Up the stairs is the dining room with an amazing oceanfront view also, then a long hall with the kitchen coming off it, a half bath, laundry room and a living room at the end. The living room has a couch with a queen pull out bed. So with the living room being at the end of the hallway it allows for some privacy too if you have to use the bed, and there is still ample space with another couch and recliner chair. The balcony is off the living room with a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo unit is on the 9th floor and you never waited for elevators. They had plenty of luggage carts/shopping carts to help unload the car and bring in the groceries. There is a Seaside Snacks grill at the pool where you can get simple lunch/dinner food and snacks. They also sell ice bags there, which is helpful. There is a private beach service with umbrellas and chairs you can rent. Pinnacle Port and Carillon Beach Resort was simply amazing and I would highly recommend it and unit 918 for anyone looking for a great vacation!

We recently spend 4 nights in John and Michelle's condo in Pinnacle Port. Everything was exactly as described and it was awesome. The views from the dining area and the balcony are beautiful. There are 2 grocery stores just down the street and everything was just a short drive away. It was very peaceful and relaxing. John and Michelle responded promptly and answered all of my questions. The price was very reasonable and the return on the security deposit was very quick. I recommended anyone to stay here they will not be disappointed.

I spent a fantastic 2 months in unit 918 In pinnacle port. John was very easy to rent from and communicating with him was a breeze. The condo is in a very secure community with a gated entrance. The security, patrol the area so you feel very safe . The condo has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped . The living room is nice and cozy and the king bed is soo comfortable. The unit is very clean. The dining room and bedroom overlook the ocean and the balcony off the living room has a gorgeous ocean view. The beautiful beach is just an elevator ride down and a few steps to the water. (Loved it). Speaking of water the large heated pool was awesome. There is also a nice sauna. If you like to be active there are lots of activities you can do Tennis, bocce ball,and shuffle board to name a few...excercise room and pool table. The condo is a short drive to pier park and many restaurants..If your looking for a condo that is in a quiet area, very well maintained and a short drive to the action I recommend unit 918. I loved it so much I am returning next year..Thank you John for allowing me to stay In your little piece of heaven..... P.S One more thing that is a bonus are the carts you can use to bring your suitcases and supplies up to the ninth floor in one trip..they are a lifesaver.

Clean and cozy 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo just steps away from the beach! Location is perfect for a quiet getaway and close enough to all the action you can have the best of both worlds! The bedroom is clean and cozy with an attached bath. The kitchen has everything you need but food and a nice dining area overlooking the gulf. This isn't our first stay and won't be our last. Everything is so convenient here.

Our family had a great time at Pinnacle Port. The property was secluded, the unit was great and had everything that we needed. Every window had a breathtaking view and the balcony was great! Everything was convenient from parking, to getting down to the beach, and the pool. People were extremely friendly in the building. John was wonderful to work with and so helpful. My husband and I just returned from a 9 night stay in unit 918. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and plan to do so again on our next trip to the beach.

The condo was very clean and has been recently updated. All of the furniture was comfortable, especially the nice king size bed. We spent most of our days on the beach and relaxed inside most evenings.

The listing description was exactly as stated as well as the pictures of the unit. This condo exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it! John and Michelle were available to answer questions and also recommended some wonderful restaurants and attractions.

This was our first time to visit Pinnacle Port. Two of my girlfriends and I arrived on a Friday to spend Labor Day weekend. The condo was nicely furnished, clean and cozy and has a great view from each room. The king size bed in the master room is extremely comfortable and with a few blankets on the pull out sofa bed, it isn't bad either. Parking got a little crazy at times but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Security is fantastic, even making a trip all the way to our room to let us know one of us had left an interior light on in our car. With the many activities on site and nearby it was impossible not to have a great time. I would definitely recommend this property and we will absolutely be back again next year!!

The condo is on the quiet end of Panama city. We have stayed in other PCB locations and this is now our favorite. Great location, less crowds and no wait on elevators! The owners were perfect to work with and made everything fabulous for our week. Pinnacle Port offers many amenities for families and is walking distance to grocery stores. It was everything we asked for.

My family and I had the BEST time here! We usually stay in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores but wanted to try somewhere different this year, and I am so glad we did. We have two young children and this atmosphere is very family oriented and a ton of fun! It's a quiet location which we really enjoyed but everything is within minutes drive. The ocean view and lake view are beautiful. The beach was nice and clean. The owners were so helpful and friendly! The condo was well furnished. We'll definitely be back!

Great updated Condo, we loved every second of the vacation. The condo itself has a large comfortable living room and bedroom. Very easy to relax in between going to the beach and out for dinners. We've vacationed at Pinnacle Port on numerous occasions and my wife and I agree that this is our favorite unit to date. The condo is nicely furnished and well equipped. The the bedroom has a king sized bed which is extremely comfortable and affords a quiet night's sleep. Finally, John and Michelle are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Great way to spend Christmas or any holiday. Location was ideal close to everything, yet not in the chaos. Safe and secure in the lovely gated community. View of the ocean amazing, access to beach easy, walking delightful through the community or on the beach. Liked the bedroom down, and the space it afforded to the living are upstairs. Kitchen small but efficient. Tile floors easy, furniture comfortable, including the bed. Renovated master bath clean. NO complaints from us on the location, accommodations, price, and it was easy to book.

Of the condos that I have stayed in, this location has to be my favorite. The unit was very clean and extremely well maintained, with new tile flooring and beautiful amenities. The unique split-level design allows one to sleep in without being bothered by others that may be up already. The bedroom features a king bed that is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I wish I could have taken the bed back home with me! The kitchen was maintained with all of the appliances and accessories that you would need to be able to prepare meals in the condo, with grocery shopping located just a block away. The view from the dining table was simply amazing, looking out over the blue water of the Gulf. The community itself is beautiful and secure, with the main entrance being gated with a security checkpoint, and roving security patrols on the grounds. You are within walking distance of Camp Helen State Park, and one of the most unique sites that I have seen in PCB...Powell Lake flowing back out into the Gulf. It is almost like a small river flowing from the inland lake, cutting right through the beach and crashing into the incoming waves from the Gulf. The abundance of shells and sand dollars in this area alone was amazing. The owners were very pleasant to work with and always prompt with their responses. When you compare pricing with what you get in return, this unit has to be one of the best deals in Panama City Beach!

We found it to be beautifully decorated, clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed for a week at the beach. We loved being on the 9th floor and having amazing views from all of the windows and the balcony. We will definitely be visiting this condo again next year. This was our 3rd year staying at Pinnacle Port on vacation at PCB. However, it was our first year staying in the tower( we had previously stayed in one of the mid rise buildings) and in John and Michelle's condo. The views were spectacular! We enjoyed being able to see the ocean no matter what room we were in. We liked having an extra bathroom even though it was only my husband and I . It made cleaning up a little easier after a long day at the beach. Despite being in a big complex like the tower, it was very quiet and made for a relaxing time. We spent most days at the beach but did take off one day to historic St. Andrew's. They have a lovely marina there and lots of unique artsy stores. The weather was gorgeous and it did rain a couple of times but didn't last long. If you're looking for a place to have fun in the sun-this is it!

My wife and I go to P CB every year to celebrate our anniversary. Until this year we've always stayed at motels. This year we found John and Michelle's condo at Pinnacle Port and were extremely surprised . This condo is very nicely decorated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. It's on the 9th and 10th floors and the view is spectacular from the balcony and from the kitchen and bedroom windows. The king sized bed is very comfortable and we both slept like babies. It's very peaceful and quiet with no disturbances at all. Very tranquil. It's in a gated community and the security guards patrol regularly and we felt very safe here. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to renting from John and Michelle in the fall possibly. They were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful with nearby restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definately recommend you stay here.

My wife and I have stayed in a plethora of units throughout Pinnacle Port thru the years. John and Michelle's condo is at the top of our list. They are most accommodating, a pleasure to deal with. The unit has all the amenities one could ask for. The pics are accurately representative of the unit. Especially love the king bed which is always important on vacation. Property is very clean, well maintained and appointed. Property allows you to be somewhat insulated from the bustle of panama city beach while being literally merely minutes from being in the middle of it if you so desire. All attractions are local. We just absolutely love it, will always return, and would highly recommend it to couples or couples with 1 or 2 children. We very much enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. It is a very comfortable and well equipped condo with a pleasant beach decor. This condo is equipped with Tv's, wi fi, laundry, and all the electronics one could possible need. We used many of the facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, fitness center, bocce ball courts, shuffle board courts, and of course walked the beautiful beaches looking for sea shells and spotting dolphins. We also had fun shopping the wonderful stores at Pier Park and visiting the many, many fun restaurants. What a great vacation and we look forward to doing it again!!!!

The condo was very clean and well decorated,the bath and 1/2 was such a luxury even though it was only my husband and myself it made getting ready to go out so easy. We were very impressed with the shower and how much hot water and water pressure we had, we could take back to back showers with no problem. The location was wonderful the beaches and water were so clean and not in the busy "strip" location, with many wonderful well priced restaurants in the immediate area. John and Michelle were great to work with,not only were we lucky enough to have won this week stay from a very generous donation on their part (an auction to support a local wounded soldier) they sent us links to various web sites to review before we left, it made our stay much more enjoyable and user friendly. We received our deposit check back within the week we returned home and were amazed at how quickly that happened. There is so much to do right on the property you would not have to leave during your stay except to go to the nearby grocery stores or pharmacy to pick up any items you may have left behind. The condo is on the 9th floor but there are carts/grocery carts to make the transfer of luggage and other items quick and easy. I have already recommended this property to friends and family and would like to return in the future. Thank you John and Michelle for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo.
