No reservation is held without 250.00 deposit
All rent is due 30 days prior to check in
Cancellations 30 days prior to check in will not incur any cost and the deposit will be refunded via same manor it was paid.
Once the full rent has been paid and the 30 time frame before check in has past there will ne no refund on rent.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has everything you need. It was clean and spacious. The owner was great to work with. I highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Panama City to stay at this condo!!!

This condo is perfect! It is clean and newly painted. Walking to the beach was so easy and the views from the condo are beautiful. It is situated in wonderful area that was fun to walk and ride bikes. We dined at some fabulous restaurants close by. The owner left suggestions... and every one of them was great food. The owners took care of small details (like a place to charge your phone) that sometimes get overlooked. You will make yourself at home quickly. We did not want to leave!!!

This was the perfect condo and location for our Spring Break. My 3 and 5 year olds loved the beautiful beach and sand which is easily accessible from the condo.The heated indoor/ outdoor pool was a big hit. We had everything that we needed for our stay. Also the proximity of the condo to Rosemary and Alys beach was ideal for our adult night.

My family has been coming to Pinnacle Port for more than 10 years now. We have stayed in a number of units at the resort.
A505 is one of th nicest we've had the pleasure of staying in for vacation & we look forward staying again in the future. Everything we needed was provided for in the kitchen for the nights we stayed in to cook what my son caught out on the peir. Lots of pots and pan,skillet, bowls, and utensils.
We slept well on the beds in the unit. The mattresses were very comfortable.
I also have to say it was a pleasure renting from the host. She was very easy to work with and accommadating. Bonus - The cleaning crew finished up early the day we arrived and Mandy (the host) allowed us in the property early.
We had so much fun & the views are just stunning from the condo.

We have been going to Pinnacle Port for over 18 years, and this is one of our favorite units. It is fully stocked with everything you need and has the best sunsets from the balcony during the summer! Mandy is a wonderful host and has a great response time, if anything is needed. The condo is always clean and our family will continue to stay in this unit for years to come.

Pinnacle Port Unit 505A
Unit A-1 505 is a townhome style 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ocean and lake view condo. We are set up to make one large family or two small families very comfortable. We sleep 6. There is king bed and a smart 65 flat screen TV's in the master bedroom which has its own bathroom and balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd bedroom a new king size bed and new twin over twin bunkbeds for the younger guests. It also has a 55 in TV and windows over looking Lake Powell. The den downstairs has a sleeper sofa with a new foam mattress just replace in the fall of 202 and a 55 smart TV. The kitchen is equipped so you will lack for nothing. This unit is beautiful and you will feel right at home. Note** The upstairs was renovated in the fall of 2021.
