We spent 3 weeks in this Unit and everything everyone has written about this Unit is true. Pete and Chatt were very good to deal with, promptly responding to any questions. Having good internet service was important to us and this Unit did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, it met all our needs and would not hesitate to book again.

We very much enjoyed this condo. We loved the decor, especially the photography and the shell art. Its super clean and has everything we needed. We appreciated the convenience of staying on the ground floor while unpacking and repacking the car and bringing in groceries. We did not miss the elevator. We hope to stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed this condo so much. We loved the first floor access with a great view. It seamed like we saved so much time not having to ride the elevators. The whole condo is nice and clean and the furniture if very comfortable. We also loved the powerful shower. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and I would love to go back and stay myself I’m the future. Thank you so much for the the enjoyable stay. You guys have a beautiful condo

We so enjoyed our weeks stay. Condo is very nice, clean and welcoming. Chatt’s art is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture and bed very comfortable. We spent hours on the patio, which was always shaded, listening to the birds and the ocean. We hope to return soon.

My husband and I had the most relaxing and peaceful week in this cozy condo. It was just the perfect size for us. Everything in the condo was clean, updated, beautifully decorated, and accessible. My husband and I found this condo to exceed expectations in every way ! It was so convenient being on the first floor and accessing the beach quickly . Inside the decorations were very pleasing and the kitchen well equipped . And a very big A plus to the king sized comfy bed ! This is a great place on a number 1 beach ??

Our 10 th year in this unit and this being our 3rd owner We couldn’t get over the improvements like the hugh washer dryer the recliner and the magnificent bed. Also the decor was beautiful. We have already booked for next year the 11th year in this unit and the 21rst at Pinnacle. We love Pinnacle and already developed a great relationship with Pete and Chatt . Thanks again for sharing your beautiful place

Amazing owners and amazing condo! The owners supply you with all of the information you need and are quick to respond with questions. There was information on nearby places to visit and restaurants in the condo, and tons of games to play in the media chest! The condo is the best we've ever rented. Everything you need to cook including nice cookware, nice utensils, nice dishes, and plenty of everything. Upgraded appliances throughout. The whole condo is upgraded and beautiful! You step outside and are a short walk to the beach or the pool! I couldn't believe the beach access just outside the condo. We are excited to return!

My husband and I were in this condo for a week beginning May 7, 2022. It was as well equipped as any unit we have ever been in; better equipped than most all others. There was nothing that we needed during the week that was not in the condo. Communication with the owners was beyond positive beyond expectations. If we have the opportunity, we will certainly return.

Awesome condo accommodations for a home like home get away. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook any size meal and any kind of dishes desired. Everything you need wrapped up in one space. The only thing you need to bring Is bathing suits, food to cook and beverages. The owners response is quick each and every time we book. This is our go to get away for many years for R & R right outside the door, either pool or beach within steps. We have used both the one and 2 bedrooms condo and they are very clean, organized, the tv cable upgrades are big plus to the great experience to curl up with a great show/ movie to end a great day.

Pete/Chatt; we stayed at your unit Jan-mar 2022; we really enjoyed your unit ground floor one bedroom well stocked kitchen new washer/dryer very clean and newly decorated (by and with your lovely wife Chatt phots. Looking forward to the television service upgrade with white sky with our stay next year and lastly the beautiful views of the Gulf Ocean which is right outside our deck.

Pete and Chatt, Your unit was extremely clean and welcoming. We loved that there was very little clutter, yet the unit still felt like a home away from home and cozy. Everything is very well maintained and was perfect for our family to getaway. The kitchen was very well stocked and made eating in very easy. But, I must say what made the biggest impression was your prompt, and always thorough communications. We honestly do not have anything negative to say about the unit, it was perfect for us. The pictures capture the condo perfectly! We are already planning when we can return!

Dear Pete and Chatt, My wife and I have stayed in this unit many, many times over the years. We were proud to be your first guest since your new ownership. We were quite comfortable and felt at home. We love the additions/ subtractions the two of you have made. The addition of the brand new washer/dryer unit is very accommodating. Having one less sofa we thought, really opened up the living area. Chatt's framed pictures of her flowers added to the homeyness. We enjoyed meeting you both and look forward to staying with you again soon.
