Pirate Cove Villa Unit #110 – 2BR 2.5BA, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is a beautiful unit, completely updated and full of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this villa. You walk in the front door and walk straight out the back doors onto sand! It's awesome, this time of year is perfect. We stayed on the beach six days absolutely gorgeous views of the gulf. This is a very relaxing place to rent, it's close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment but far enough away to have a peaceful vacation. Steve was great to work with and is very accommodating. He called as soon as we got settled and wanted to know if we needed anything. It's an upper scale unit and location. You can't go wrong with renting unit 110, we've been going to PC beach for over 30 years, it's the best place for us. We can't wait to go back. This was a great deal for fall rates! We've stayed in Sunnyside several times and it's a great beach if you prefer quiet and waaayyy less crowded than say 30A or PCB. First, Steve and Lori are outstanding hosts. The unit is, as they say and you see in pictures, literally walk out the door onto the beach close. It's extremely well-appointed with higher end furnishings. The beds were very comfortable , linens were plentiful and the kitchen was more than fully stocked. I especially like the dual HVAC (one for each floor) which I can imagine is a huge difference come summer. It's a well kept complex not near public access which is great. Loved our stay, would return again and recommend highly if traveling as a couple or small family.

Wow! Of all the years me and my family have been coming to the beach, we’ve never had a better place to stay. We go to PCB at least twice a year and have stayed in nearly every major condo on front beach. My good friend owns two homes a couple blocks away that are less then two years old. We have spent time there. This is better than them all. Affordable, updated furnishings, master and living room views of the beach, and ground level. The best part for us was how close the beach is. It’s literally a few feet away from the back door. Being kinda towards the first part of front beach, it’s not crowded. The big condos aren’t close. We were able to stay in the same spot on the beach every day for a week straight. Our check in was at 3 which is earlier than most places which are usually 4-6 pm. Lori called us and said the cleaning crew had wrapped up early and we could go ahead and go by if we wanted to. It was 10am. That’s never happened. We usually have to find a public area to change clothes and then park and spend a few hours on the beach waiting for the check in. This has never happened where we got to go early. This was the best stay, and the most pleasant people to work with. I’m going to reserve our spot next year! Me and my family could not have asked for a better experience than what we got with Steve & Lori!

Finally found it! We have searched for years to find a place perfect for a single family. If your a single family, you know how hard it is to find the perfect rental with all the amenities and location. This unit checks every box! Literally, 4 steps from the sand. A beautiful view of the water from the entire down stairs, and a private master balcony with a morning view that pairs excellently with any morning regimen. Extremely clean inside and out, kitchen full of every utensil you could need, premium linens, bedding, pillows, and premium towels! Towels galore! (Including nice beach towels) very comfortable beds. A great community! It’s not a private beach, but you could have fooled us. Multiple units were not rentals and were privately owned. A very secluded vibe, as most of the buildings in the vicinity have a lower number of units, so no over crowded beaches like you would get in a condo tower. We literally set in the same spot and the kids built a sand castle city, just continued on each day. If you’ve read this far let me give you some personal insight. We travel to the beach 3-4 times a year, mostly with groups of families. We generally stay in higher end, gated communities like Destiny by the Sea, and split the cost with the families making it affordable to all involved. However, when we travel with just our family. (family of 3) we struggle to find a nicer rental that doesn’t ring in a price range matching the higher end of luxury facilities. Steve and Lori have blown every other property owners we’ve dealt with out of the waters very open, honest, and accommodating. Multiple suggestions on restaurants and services in the area, and clearly care about their customers stay and experience. They have gone above and beyond with this unit, and I feel I can not rave enough. Thank you guys again for the excellent experience!

Our family had a great stay on the Emerald Coast at the Pirate Cove Villa. The villa was very recently remodeled and looked brand new. The home was decorated in a fun relaxing beach theme!! The air conditioners worked better than any Florida home we have rented (>10) which was so refreshing!! The full size washer and dryer were also very helpful in keeping up with all the laundry our kids make! The beach was literally a step out the back door — not even a sidewalk or boardwalk to get to the beach! It was so nice to enjoy morning coffee on the back patio while our kids played on the secluded beach a few feet away. And we could also enjoy the beautiful Gulf sunsets from our private oasis. Pirate Cove is perfectly located a few miles outside Panama City Beach, so it was convenient for hitting up the tourist shops and the famous PCB beaches and restaurants, yet was perfect for getting away from people and traffic to enjoy some peace as well. Steve, the owner, was very kind and responsive, before, during and after our stay. He called during our stay just to see if we needed anything, or if he could give us some itinerary advice since this was our family’s first time in the FL panhandle. He also asked at the end of our stay what would’ve made our stay better. First class service all the way! We’ve already recommended this villa to others who have booked, and we will definitely call Steve when we come back to the PCB area.

We have stayed in many high rise condos. This place is a piece a heaven when you are ready to go to the beach! No packed elevators and no waiting for an elevator. You simply open your door and you are ON the beach. Even our 4 year old grandchild is begging to go back to the "place close to the water". It is such an easy task to make trips back and forth with our little ones to get a sandwich or snack in the condo. One word - convenient!! The condo was so nice and stocked with our our needs. You can't beat working with Steve and Lori. They were awesome and we will be going back this summer. Such a wonderful place. I can't say enough good things about the condo, the location, and the owners. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Thank you both!!

Future visitors - this listing is only 2 weeks new to ECBYO so you will find no or few reviews for this property.
We are getting numberous queries about our beach home and have heard from a few about why no reviews.
We have just recently been updating this property including a new master bedroom suit just this week.
