We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pirates Cove. Kim's condo is the perfect location with steps onto the beach. Panama City beach is a wonderful place to escape the grind and bustle of daily life. It is a great place to breathe in some salt air and enjoy the sun and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. When we arrived the condo we noticed how clean and spotless everything was. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We're definitely going to make plans to rent this condo again next year.

We absolutely loved staying in unit 107! The decor was tasteful and updated, the sofa was cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view of the water and the easy access to the beach. It was incredible to walk out the door and be steps away from the water. We also enjoyed the ease of parking with a space directly in front of the unit with additional parking spaces close. Not having to deal with a parking garage was a dream! All the little extra things around the condo really did make our stay feel like home. We will absolutely be back the next time we visit PBC!

Kim is so responsive and access could not be any easier! Beds are super comfy, a/c works great and the patio’s water makes it quick and easy to hose off the sand. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pirates Cove. My husband and I celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary and my son and his wife and our three year old grandson joined us. It was a great week! The unit was very the best! We loved being able to walk directly onto the beach!

Looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet and right on the beach. What more could you ask for!! Great grocery store less than a block away. House was stocked with everything you need. Washer and dryer was super handy too. Also, I can’t say enough how great Kim was too. Great communication and so helpful. We will definitely stay at Pirate Cove again.

This place was perfect for our family of three! We had so much fun on the beach with our 3 y.o. daughter, and being able to walk right out in the beach made beach time with our little one so much more enjoyable! We had one thing break while we were there, and the communication and response time to fix it was so quick and easy! It’s also located so close to grocery stores and a short drive to Rosemary beach restaurant options. But we actually did a lot of cooking in the rental and found the kitchen well-stocked. Beds were also so comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more!!

As good as it gets - Easy access to the beach, easy parking (right out front) and beautiful views. We enjoyed going to the beach during the day and sitting outside on the back porch in the mornings and evenings. The kids had a blast flying kites and playing in the sand before bedtime. The beds were comfy, and the setup easily accommodated our family of 4 (with room for more people if needed). We had an incredible week making memories with our family and hope to be back very soon!

It was tastefully decorated, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that instantly made us feel at home. We were mere steps away from paradise, and we made the most of it. The pristine, sandy beach stretched out before us, inviting us to swim, sunbathe, and take long walks along the shore. It was incredibly convenient to be able to retreat to the condo for a quick snack or to grab a forgotten item without having to trek a long distance. We will be back!

Rentals are weekly; checking in on Saturday at 4 pm CST and checking out Saturday at 10 am CST. Snow bird rates listed for winter months.
Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach.
You pull up directly to your front door with zero steps to climb to get inside!. A second parking spot is also availble for each unit.
The unit has high speed internet and Xfinity on the Smart TVs and come with your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus etc.
The master bedroom has a plush King Bed with an on suite master bath. There is private balcony off the master for you to enjoy your morning coffee or your late night wind down. The sound of the waves is there to lull you to sleep!
The guest bedroom has 2 beds and a full en suite bathroom, complete with a shower/ tub combo.
You will find a full set of linens in each bathroom.
The kitchen is fully appointed for anything you may want to cook up with new cookware.
