Step Right in the Sand, UNIT 109, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We had such a wonderful time at your condo. It is so beautiful here of course outside with the beach and the ocean but also inside with all the beach decor.  Everything was perfect. We had such a peaceful and relaxing time. It is a vacation our family will remember a lifetime! We are so thankful for the blessing of this time here as a family.  May God bless you.

I knew that JL’s place would be great from the pics, but I was still blown away when I opened the front door and saw the view straight through the patio doors to the gulf. I literally gasped. It is worth every penny to be BEACHfront and literally walk out your back door directly onto the sand. To be able to walk back and forth to the beach throughout the day to make lunch, go to the bathroom, grab more beers, or whatever…it is SO nice. We already dream of going back.

This unit was absolutely perfect! It is decorated beautifully. You park right at the front door and literally step in the sand right off the back covered patio. And what amazing views! Pride of ownership is evident here. Very clean, one of the absolute cleanest I've ever rented. Beds were comfortable and towels were thick and fluffy! I can not say enough good things about this place. We will definitely make this our "go to" rental.

What a FANTASTIC and BEAUTIFUL place. The pictures doesn't do justice for all beautiful this condo is. It w was s very clean, quite and sand at my back door. I can't a say enough about the location. It's far away from all the chaos and traffic but close enough to do the local activities after a long day at the beach. Oh did I mention, the SUNSETS doesn't get any better. As far as the hostess, very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and made my stay very comfortable...Thank You. We will definitely be back next year if not sooner.

We rent this unit every winter , everything about it is perfect ! Wonderful remodel job , beautiful and comfortable furnishings, everything you need !! And of course …The view and beach access is impeccable! We walk in the unit every year and totally exhale ! If you get a chance to vacation here your very Lucky !

Such a lovely unit -- very clean and updated. Literally you step right into the sand. The beach is not crowded. We love it and have stayed there many times. John always checks in to make sure all is good. Definitely earns a five star rating.

This condo I have stayed in for years the easiest people I have ever dealt with and the decor and everything h inside is so nice and so comfortable and all you have to do is walk out the door take Like 25 steps into the water.This place is the closest you will ever be to the water and you will always wanna go back at least I have for like 12 years now you will never be disappointed

The Howells have really spoiled the Atkinson family with their beach rental. This beautiful townhome is at the far west end of 98 just minutes from 30A. We discovered this rental through a friend of ours a couple of years ago and we refuse to stay anywhere else. It is peaceful, quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle that is PCB. There are no elevators to wait on or parking decks to navigate. You just pull right up in front of the unit and walk right in with your luggage. Can I get a “thank you, Jesus” for that?! We are a family of 6 and we fit very comfortably in the townhome. The decor is up to date and beautiful. It is a VERY CLEAN rental It is located across the street from Winn Dixie and CVS which makes the last minute run to the grocery store for a forgotten item manageable. The Howell’s are a friendly couple and always responsive with any concerns or questions that may arise. You will regret not booking this rental. We are ready to be back at the beach. June cannot get here fast enough!

We have been coming to stay at the Howell's pretty much every year for 10 years now. Once you stay here, you will not want to consider going anywhere else. The beach is literally in the backdoor, just yards away from the porch that steps right into the sand. No high rises, no elevators, no over- crowded beach with chairs crammed together, no traffic. It's just on the edge of PCB, where you are still close to the amenities you need but you can enjoy the uncrowded beach. You are just a short 5 min drive in either direction if you want to venture out to Pier Park or Seagrove/Seaside. We are a family of five, with three kids ranging from 5 to 14 years old. They love coming back here every year where there's always other kids around. They boogie board and build castles all day, spend sunset evenings playing wiffle ball in the sand, and go crabbing at night. Meanwhile mom and dad relax on the beach, or watch from the porch because it's that close. These are the summer memories that we've been coming back for every year. Mr. Howell has been a great host over the years. He always calls to make sure everything with check-in was up to par and is responsive to any questions I may have. Our family of 5 fits comfortably here. The townhome is decorated quite tastefully and is very clean. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, and may even find yourself coming back for years to come.

When we first stumbled upon this townhome over 14 years ago it seemed almost too good to be true! It is located on the quiet west end of the beach and is family friendly! The statement “Right on the Sand” is the understatement of the year! You literally step off the back porch into the sand! Our children and now our grandchildren have traveled with us and the memories made are priceless. The décor is so beautiful, it is perfect in every way imaginable! This is the PERFECT place for enjoying the beach! J.L. and Sandy have always been the most gracious host! We can’t wait to come back every summer!

This place has spoiled us and we will not stay anywhere else! Everything about it is PERFECT! Quiet and private beach. Plenty on beach space and no need to get up early and rush out to get a spot. You park at the front door and unload right inside. You step out the back door and the beautiful white sands and clear water await you. The unit is updated and looks like something out of a magazine. Several Grocery stores near by and plenty of good restaurants. And if Pier Park is your thing it is only 7-10 minutes away. Mr Howell is always available if needed. We wish we had found this unit when our kids were little. It would have made our beach trips so much more enjoyable.

We have been coming here for the past few years, and it is by far my favorite place to stay. You walk in to the villa and have a beautiful view of the ocean out the back door. This has been our home away from home since 2017. We always look forward to our stay each summer. J.L. is a pleasure to work with and is accommodating and welcoming. Improvements and upgrades are performed regularly, keeping this home fresh, modern, and comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is away from the crowds but a convenient drive to all the action. We love the private space on the beach and the effortless transition from living room to relaxing by the ocean. Can't wait to visit again this Summer!

We came back from our vacation a few days ago and we are are already wishing that we were back! We have stayed at Splash in PCB, and several places in Gulf Shores including The Lighthouse and this was, by far, our best beach vacation yet! You ARE literally steps from the sand. In a high rise, going down to the water with young kids in such a commitment. Not here! We were back and forth all day long. Also, our family has special dietary needs, so running back and forth to the grocery store was no big deal as parking is so convenient! When everything is so easy, it becomes a true vacation. This townhome was clean, comfy and a real home away from home. I am counting down the days until we can go back. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your fabulous home!
