Sea Forever and Amazing Sunsets!
The recently updated condo offers plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, dining area and a wet bar. It includes floor to ceiling windows allowing you to soak up the view of the beautiful Gulf and beaches. You can start your day on the balcony with your morning coffee or end it in the evening with a cocktail and the best sunsets.
Our full-size kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room complete with a large deep sink and full-size washer/dryer.
The oceanfront Master bedroom features a king-size bed, Flat screen TV and direct access to the huge balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a deep Jacuzzi tub with separate walk-in shower and toilet room. Additionally there is a large walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom includes 2 queen-size beds, closet and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The living room area includes a Flat screen TV offering cable and a DVD player. The shades and sheers are custom made to help keep out the light and heat when needed.
Besides offering stunning views of the ocean, the large balcony includes 4 chaise loungers with side tables and 4 seat dining table for your enjoyment.
And best of all....the Beach Chair Service is included with your booking from March 1 - October 31st. You'll have access to two lounge chairs and an umbrella during your stay.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles from May 1st to Labor Day of each year.
Princess amenities include 2 outdoor seasonally heated pools, an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness room, game room and tennis/pickle ball court. And it goes without mentioning the short distance access to the beautiful beach and ocean just waiting for your arrival.
