Princess Condominiums Unit 204, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We love the princess! We have been renting for 4 years now on all different levels but our favorite is 204. We like being lower because we have grandchildren that we can communicate with if they are on the sand. We love being in the palm trees. We love that it is newly remodeled and everything is comfortable and the kitchen has everything, and we cook and bake a lot during our 6 weeks. Donna and Jennifer quickly meet every need we have. They are truly here to serve.

The condo 204 was more than worth the money! The condo had every convenience of home that you could think of from having a well stocked kitchen with various appliances to pots and pans, silverware. The beach view was amazing to wake up to in the morning from the master bedroom and during the day with the curtains pulled back in the living room. All bedrooms were nice and provided ample room for our family of 9! A great family house! They even stocked various games for families to play. We had zero problems with the condo. We are definitely going to book with Jennifer and Donna again! If you are second guessing your decision to stay or are torn between this condo and another one, STOP! This is the perfect condo! Heated indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool. Beach access. It has everything.

The hospitality was refreshing and the effort to communicate clearly was impressive. This was the cleanest beach condo I have ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything needed to cook all my meals and the extra ice maker and fridge was a nice bonus. The balcony offered privacy on both ends and a spectacular front row view of the beach. We loved the heated pool to enjoy on Christmas day. Our family of seven stayed here and we were comfortable with the space. Our toddler grandson had plenty of okay space as well. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

We love everything about this condo! Spacious, clean, and very accommodating. Jenn is the best to deal with and made our stay the best! This will always be our go to for a beach vacation!

This place was great for us! There were 4 adults and 5 kids and it suited everyone. When we had a small issue Donna was immediately helpful to fix it. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had the best time. This condo was great for our family as we had 6 adults and 3 children, room for everyone. They could use another dresser in bedroom in right for storage.

Excellent stay. Very spacious. Donna was great to work with and highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Only recommendation is to switch to digital lock and some plugs don’t work on top but will not keep from staying here again.

When you walk into this condo you immediately know the owners take very good care of it. It was clean, excellent communication about your visit, coupons to use for the week and an awesome binder with information needed for the week. I loved being on the 2nd floor, but with this place, elevators were not a problem. Plenty of luggage racks to use when checking in and out. I also liked being at this end of the beach strip because there was less traffic to deal with. My only complaint, which the owners have no control over, is all the umbrellas that are put right in front of the rental chairs. You pay to rent the chairs only to have a large group put their chairs and umbrellas right in front of you. I would definitely rent here again.

Perfect location for our family trip. Second floor location made back and forth from the beach a breeze. Excellent care taken by the owners/management; very responsive.

We had such an amazing time! The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was beautiful! Highly recommend and VIP beach rentals were amazing as well!

Working with Jennifer & Donna was wonderful. They were quick to answer my questions prior to my vacation. Donna quickly helped when I needed her after hours at the condo. The condo is beautiful. My family & I would stay there again.

This is the best condo that we have stayed at in PCB, and we vacation here several times a year. The condo is very clean and very spacious and stocked with everything you need and then even more. The Princess grounds are well kept and the beach was not crowded or noisy at all. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we can. Thank you Donna and Jennifer for a great weekend!!!!

Very nice condo, plenty of room for my entire family. Couple of issues we had were taken care of promptly by Donna herself. Having an icemaker in the unit is a very nice feature. Nice, spacious balcony with room for everyone to enjoy the beautiful view. Will very much consider using VIP again. 

Wonderful Place! We had 10 of us and it was very spacious. Convenient to the beach. Condo had every thing to make it home. Easy to get into and out of and management was excellent. Very helpful.

Great condo! Loved the 3 bed, 3 bath. Kitchen very well stocked. Even has a Keurig. So close to the beach. Weather wonderful. Sitting on porch in morning was lovely.

I really liked Unit 204. I loved the granite. I also loved the huge bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. I have been coming to the Princess for many years and though I have tried other condos, I keep coming back to the Princess due to the convenient parking and nice, quiet units. I would highly recommend this unit and the Princess in general.

Loved staying at Princess! Our room was very spacious and stocked well with everything we needed to stay in and cook, allowing us more time on the beach!!!!

This condo was very spacious. Room for the entire family, The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and it wasn't flimsy pots & pans.Loved having a laundry room! Loved having a built in ice maker. I highly recommend this property.

My family chooses to stay in this condo each time we come to Panama City Beach. It is beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the Gulf. Since our family has 2 children, the bedroom with a king size bed plus a trundle bed makes this unit just perfect for us. The kitchen has updated appliances and is fully furnished. Everything we need, parking passes, keys, etc., are waiting for us in our unit when we arrive, eliminating the process of checking in at the office.

Everything from booking to checkout was perfect. I have rented dozens of condos over the years and this was my favorite by far. Very large unit. Clean unit, great on site manager and the Thomas Road area was perfect for us. I will for sure rent from this Owner again. Thank you for providing an excellent product and superior service.

The property was exactly as it was described. A bath with every bedroom was perfect. And oh so clean! We would love to book again!

This vacation was a mom/grandma’s dream come true!! Mom and Dad and our adult children and their family’s had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo and best of all every bedroom had a king bed and en-suite bath so each family had their own space!!! This unit was wonderful for our family of 9! There was plenty of room for all and the location was great; we couldn’t have been any more pleased that what we were! The balcony was large, we had easy access to the beach and our chairs, and plenty of places nearby to go for meals or entertainment. VIP did a great job communicating with me early in our reservation, and making sure the place was clean. Princess Condosis a great place and we’ll be back!

The Condo was terrific. The views could not have been better, the ocean/Gulf was beautiful. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, beds very comfortable , rest to the furniture was very nice. Condo was very clean Extra plus was the indoor pool. Enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back.

When we first arrived the condo was clean and had everything we needed! The property owners/manager were wonderful and very responsive. View was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast on our one week vacation, the condo has everything: full kitchen, towels, great mattress (including the sleeper sofa) A/C unit works really good and many more. Jen was so friendly and she responded immediately every time I needed her. I recommend 100% The Princess 204 for a perfect vacation !

The condo was nice, clean, and well equipped. However, the best part of renting was the service received from the owners. They made sure I didn’t have questions and even called me the day before to be sure I was all set. I will definitely stay with them again!!!

This condo has an amazing view. Loved that there were two heated pools in the exterior and one inside. Great near by restaurants. It is very spacious it fits 10 people perfectly. Everyone got a good night rest. I also felt safe as it is a gated community. We will for sure be returning.
