Princess Condominiums Unit 601, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We loved this Property. It was very clean and perfect for me and my wife's stay in PCB. Jennifer and Donna were fantastic in communicating and taking care of our needs. I would highly recommend using them and this property. We plan too!!!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this condo. Even though it’s winter, the kids loved being there for New Years. The condo was clean, had nice furniture, and just felt like something I’d hope to own one day. The property at the Princess looked as good as ever. They do such a nice job keeping this place manicured. Thanks again!

We wanted to take our 7 and 5 year old grandsons to the beach for the first time. The condo was perfect. We prepared every meal there. The beds were very cozy. We all witnessed our first water spout together. Great memories were made.

Great location in Panama City Beach. The building is well maintained and kept clean. The specific unit that I stayed in was well taken care of. Had a call for maintenance that was taken care of very quickly. Great experience!

We loved the property! The spacious balcony was wonderful! St Andrews Park and the marina were nearby. We enjoyed trying restaurants suggested in the helpful guide. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was beautiful! Perfect location, beach wasn't over crowded. Condo was very spacious. Pools were clean. Very short walk to beach and even had a ramp available to take our wagon on beach. Kids had the best time and so did we. Saw dolphins and sting rays from balcony almost every day. Highly recommend ! Owners/managers were available 24/7 and extremely accommodating and super nice.

I cannot say enough about this condo. From the minute you walk in it is perfect. There is nothing you could possibly need that is not provided. Everything about this place is absolutely perfect. Beautiful beach, great pool and outdoor spaces, and easy access. Unit 601 is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has a well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there with family and friends!!!!

This is perhaps the nicest condo I have ever rented. Great location on Thomas Drive, property managers were great, parking and keypad access to the property were good. Grounds, elevators, etc. were spotless. Most of all, the condo was beautifully decorated, spotless, and maintained perfectly. Rent it!!!! You will not regret it.

We have been vacationing in PC for over 30 years. This was our first stay at The Princess. Over the years we have stayed in many units, but unit 601 was, by far, the nicest and most spacious of all. We especially enjoyed the large balcony and close distance to the beach. W

This was my first time renting through VRBO and I am very pleased. We have loved staying at The Princess before but were very pleased with this rental.

We loved the clean, safe environment for our family Spring Break. Having a set of beach chairs for the week was a bonus. We loved that everything was keyless entry. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely return.

This was an updated, well decorated property. It was very clean, checkin was easy and on site help was available for any potential needs. I would recommend this property.

All around perfect Condo for a vacation. We have stayed at the Princess before and love the location and amenities it has to offer. This condo on the 6th floor was the perfect height from the beach and noise below, easily accessible, is a corner condo so it feels private, very clean, beautifully decorated with furniture that feels like home. The owners/managers provided everything we needed right up front and even sent TXT letting us know when the Condo was ready for our arrival. We could easily send a quick txt back and forth if I had any questions. Great people to deal with. We would definitely like to stay here again. The only suggestion I would have to the owners to make this condo “Perfect”....is that the beds need to be lowered...my granddaughter (6) and my wife who is short and has some medical issues..had a really hard time getting on the beds. But, thanks for everything...all around 5 Stars!
