Princess Condominiums Unit 801, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Awesome location, beautiful beach, perfect weather, no crowds. The condo is well maintained, comfortable and nicely furnished. Our hosts couldn't have been better with communications and furnishing valuable information on local restaurants and attractions. Booking, detailed info and instructions couldn't have been any easier or better. The amenities are outstanding. Clean, heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness facility, etc. All very clean and well maintained. Digital door key and secured gated parking is a big plus. We highly recommend this condo for an awesome beach vacation.

It was very nice, everything was perfect, the condo was decorated nicely. Loved everything from the front door 🚪 to the balcony 🏝️ would love to rent again next year!

Perfect place to stay if you want a clean condo with great appliances, well decorated, comfy furniture, and with a beautiful view of the beach! Jennifer and Donna made sure we were well informed prior to our trip and made themselves available should we need anything during our stay. We have rented through VRBO many times but this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Communication was amazing and the condo was just as described and absolutely beautiful . We will definitely be back!

This is one of the best places to stay in Panama City. we have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Our weather was a little rainy this year, but we made the best of it and loved it as usual. We got to enjoy family time together.

The location is great. Not right in all the commotion but close enough to get there quickly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The complex had plenty of amenities and we are excited about our next vacation.

Me and my family stayed at The Princess and it was the best. Very spacious rooms and on the quiet side of town with security. Loved the beach!!! Debbie and Jen was on top of things and check in and out was very nice. They continue to check on us throughout the week which was impressive. We will be back!

Check in was easy. Access to the pools, beach and gym were easy. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The managers were a pleasure to communicate with. We highly recommend this rental.

Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The sunsets from the balcony were absolutely amazing, and we were able to watch dolphins from the balcony one morning. I can't say enough good things about this condo and the hosts. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The whole experience was wonderful. Look forward to staying her again very soon.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The management team was easy to work with and checked in with me before, during, and after we left. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! We were able to see dolphins, manta rays, and a sea turtle. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that the condo provided. We definitely will be returning.

Such a nice condo, everything was as pictured. The beds were comfy and the couches cozy. The patio furniture is well taken care of. Jennifer and Donna are amazing to work with and have earned lifetime clients out of us!

We had such a great family vacation! This condo has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The condo is much larger than it appears in photos which was a nice surprise. The view from the balcony is amazing and being an end unit you get the perfect breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with any baking/cooking supplies you might need! We will definitely return to this unit for our family vacation and highly recommend to others as well. The ladies at VIP properties made the entire process very easy and we're a pleasure to work with.

The place is clean and spacious. The pools were small, but clean. Manager was nice, very professional. Would definitely recommended

This is the first time I've stayed in a smaller condo complex. The Princess was awesome and condo 801 was perfect for our family. Cleanliness is number one with me, and this place was great no problems. The only suggestion I would have is plastic glasses for children and some bowls for storage and mixing things. I would highly recommend this condo complex and 801. Hope to be back soon. Thank you VIP Resort Properties, LLC, Jennifer and Donna you both made our stay great. 

Great stay as always. This is the 10th year or more to enjoy Princess Condominiums and the beautiful beaches. What is really great is the VIP Resort Properties staff who takes care of EVERYTHING small or large. The ease of booking, accessing the condo on arrival day and anything else needed during the stay is exceptional service from Donna and Jennifer. Will see you again for my next vacation.

We had a great week staying in this condo. We have been vacationing in Panama City since I was a little girl and we have stayed in a lot of different condos. This one still remains my favorite, it's our 3rd stay here. It's away from all the hectic and having small children it is perfect for us. The ladies at VIP were a great help in finding us what we needed. We will be back soon!

The staff rendered phenomenal service to us from beginning to end . They made absolute sure we received our welcome package to easily access the gate. Our condo was perfectly cleaned , stocked , so welcoming. The balconys were directly over the sugary white sands PANAMA CITY BEACH has to offer . Such a hidden gem ! It is now my favorite property, our home away from home .

We had a wonderful stay in this large clean condo. The balcony was huge and had a great view. Pools and outdoor areas clean. Great location on a quiet beach.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It is spacious & well furnished. Jennifer & Donna are very nice and respond quickly to any questions/concerns. Since a hurricane was blowing onto short just a couple hours west while we were there, they even stopped in to make sure everything was okay. We would stay here again.

We loved the location , not to busy and still close to things to do . We just relaxed in the beach and enjoyed every minute of it . Would highly recommend Princess 801 We were last minute booking and it was simple and quick to do . Thanks VIP RESORT

Nice place to stay on the beach. All the comforts of home and fast wifi. Quiet, friendly and safe community. Close to best dining spots and Walmart. Take the elevator down and you are a few steps from the beach! We have stayed here twice and plan on returning.
