Princess Condominiums Unit 903, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This property was everything you see listed and so much more! The property managers were just as fantastic! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Check in process was communicated thoroughly. The pictures represent the unit accurately with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 6 children. The beach is ideal and perfect for families with a wide age of children. The beach chairs are nice and located in a comfortable and quiet location on the beach, generally away from college spring breakers.

Jen & Donna made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The Princess Condo was more than we anticipated. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large balcony. We had 2 complimentary parking spaces, complimentary beach chairs, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and it had all the dishes we needed for a large group. We already know where we will be staying next year on our trip, The Princess, if it is available.

Great property. Spacious, immaculate, wonderful views. Everything you could think off to make your stay enjoyable was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Property was well maintained. Easy access and luggage carts and shopping carts to help bring up groceries. Best condo I’ve stayed in yet and I’ve been going to PCB for 10 years.

This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in PCB. Or anywhere else as far as that goes. Management is the best and made everything so easy. I will most definitely be renting from them again.

Our week on the beach was phenomenal!! I’d give this condo 10 stars if I could!! SUPER CLEAN, well stocked kitchen, heavenly beds with super soft linen, able to house 8 people with room to spare ….this place has it all!! The entire process was flawless!! Thank you Jen and Donna!! We definitely will be back!!

Spectacular beachfront views. I've stayed in 1403 and 903 at Princess and I love the layout of them. The bedrooms are in the four corners, each with its own en suite bathroom. They're furnished with all queen and king beds, which is nice for adults. Nobody has to sleep in a bunk bed Looks recently remodeled. The warm color palette is terrific. The property managers are great. Can't recommend enough.

If you are looking for somewhere with a beautiful view and a comfortable place to rest your head this is the perfect place. The pictures online give everything you would expect but to be there in person is another level. I highly recommend this place. The communication was excellent all the rules are straightforward, and check out was simple and easy! 5/5 stars definitely!!

The view is breathtaking! This unit is very well maintained, clean and very spacious. I promise that won't be disappointed. It is so worth the price!

The experience to stay in this property was excellent. The condo has been kept unto date and we did not have any trouble during the stay. Very clean with a very big sea facing balcony. Would like to stay back.

Dream vacation rental. Beautiful view, spacious enough to accomodate up to 12 people without feeling crowded. Interior was beautiful as well. We were guided in the rental procedure as to cost, access to condo and for any questions we might have. The entire stay was enjoyable!

This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in PCB. It was super clean inside and out. The swimming pool areas were amazing. The pool table in the game room was a great addition for he and my son to spend some extra time together. Overall a beautiful property!

This is the second time our family has stayed in a 4BR unit at Princess. The condos are spacious, well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. Everything went very smoothly with our reservation, confirmation, pre-arrival information and parking passes, etc. and we had no issues during our stay. The unit has many of the items we need for our vacation in it, and having two gulfside master bedroom suites is amazing for larger groups as well as a private bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. We appreciate having a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and standalone ice maker.

I love the layout of the Condo that we stayed in. We all appreciated every room having it's own bathroom. Can't wait to come back. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel like family.

Wonderful layout with plenty of room so you don’t feel cramped. Be prepared to bring coffee and extra dishwasher and laundry detergent. Great view from oversized balcony. Overall a great place to stay.

Princess # 903 is an excellent apartment to enjoy with family or friends. Both the checkin and checkout process was very easy. We enjoyed the beach, the pools and the barbecues. Definitely an excellent option in Panama City Beach. VIP Beach Rentals service was very professional and helpful.

10 out of 10. Property was amazing. The views of the beach, the sunsets, and sunrise, just sitting on the deck with a beverage and the sea breeze was very relaxing. A much need trip. WE WILL BE BACK

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this wonderful condo. It has been kept in tip top shape and the beach is amazing! We really enjoyed the beach loungers and umbrellas that were included with the rental. We look forward to visiting again!

We just spent a week at the Princess and it was fabulous. The view was fantastic; the condo was beautifully furnished; and we loved it all. We are shopping today for replacement washer and dryer as the ones in the condo are the best we've used EVER. Thanks to VIP (Jennifer and Donna). We will definitely be back.

Me and my family rented this condo for Thanksgiving weekend and the stay wonderful. Highly recommended if you doing a large family vacation.

The owner/managers were wonderful. Location was in a nice private area, quiet beach. Very secure! The layout of condo was perfect. 4 bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. Large kitchen/dining area and the balcony was huge! Gorgeous view! We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place for us! It was right on the beach and the views from the balcony were great. There were four couples and each having our own bathroom was a great feature and the rooms were nice and private. There were plenty of dishes/cookware in the kitchen and the living area was great for sitting around, relaxing and gabbing. It was SO convenient to get to the beach and we could come and go as we pleased. We liked the security of the gated entrance and coded elevators. It was nice being right across from elevators, too. We also got to use the tennis court for pickleball and really enjoyed that. We also loved having an ice maker. It was one of our best vacations and we will definitely try to go back!

Great location on the beach! Building is well maintained. 3 pools, grilling area, fitness workout room. Great set up for families. Would go back in a heartbeat!!!

Everything was wonderful just wish one of the showers was equipped with grab bars and a seat for us Seniors & those with Disabilities.

All 4 couples loved the condo and felt it offered excellent common space and bedroom suites for privacy. The kitchen was large enough for several people to help with cooking and we had everything we needed. The balcony is excellent and large. A great place for lunch and evening cocktails. The heated pools and hot tub were a great addition. Cannot wait to return!
