The initial payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). Final payments are due 30 days in advance and can be paid by credit card, cash, cashier's checks or personal check. All reservations include a $250 refundable Security Deposit. The condo was in a good location, and close to a lot of attractions. It was really clean , and everything was in good condition. The only complaint I have are the beds are really firm. Not a deal breaker, but just an FYI. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Everything and more. All of the amenities listed are a plus. The rooms are tastefully decorated and all of the beds are comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again. The view from the 16th floor balcony is the best.

This condo is great! Nice updated and clean with huge tiled balcony. Perfect sunset views. On the quieter side of the beach which we really enjoyed. 10th or so stay in PCB and this may have been the best. Donna and Jennifer at VIP were great as well with communication so check in/out was a breeze. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

There are so many fantastic elements of this property! It is very clean and spacious, the balcony has plenty of room and seating, beds were comfortable, the parking is close, elevators are fast and plentiful, the beach is pristine, chairs are easy to reserve, and it's a friendly, quiet facility. I liked that there were extra options like two pools, indoor gathering room, and game room. The location is far enough away from the craziness but easy to access everything. The included coupons were a bonus that we loved! Yay for a free pizza for the first night!

Condo was very nice, clean, and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Only had one issue the master bathroom sink next to the medicine cabinet drain was completely clogged with some Black gooy nasty stuff and alot of hair. I was able to unplug it but it was a mess. May want to put some drain cleaner in that sink. Other than that no other problems. Of course we ended cutting our stay short because of the rain, left a day early, after 3 days of rain, o well sey la vie. Thanks for letting us stay, would recommend it to any one who wanted to stay there. Have a great day!!!

Everything about this experience was perfect from booking online to checkout. The condo was exactly as it was described & everything went smoothly with no confusion. The condo was beautiful and clean with plenty of room for all 8 of us. The balcony was huge with amazing views of the gulf and a perfect place to watch the sunsets. It was also located in great spot close to activities and restaurants. We cannot wait to stay here again!!

We stayed here and loved it. Everything was clean and the condo is nicely furnished. It is very roomy, you do not feel like you are in close quarters at all. The kitchen is furnished with all you will need, plenty of bathroom linens also. Full size washer and dryer so everything was washed and dried before we returned home. I highly recommend this condo. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with, we will rent from her again.

The condo was clean, smelled great, had everything you could want as to furnishings. The beds are comfortable and the view of the ocean is stunning. Choice of 3 pools and hot tub and the beach is not over crowded. Great little game room and exercise room. Had a really great visit.

Updated two bedroom, two bath unit at the Princess Condominiums in Panama City Beach. Princess 1605 is a corner unit located on the 16th floor with amazing views of the gulf and sunsets. This beachfront unit has unobstructed views to the south and west. You can see for miles and miles! With almost 1600 square feet of living space and a 300 square foot balcony, there's room for all you family members to spread out and really enjoy their vacation.
Princess 1605 boasts a beachfront living area and master bedroom. The unit is fully stocked with full size appliances and a separate laundry room. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and an electric recliner. The oversized television is wifi ready so you can stream all your favorite shows. There is a separate dining room that seats 6 at the table plus 4 seats at the kitchen bar. The wet bar adjacent to the dining area has a mini fridge and separate sink for all your party needs. The kitchen has all full size appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There are both Keurig and regular coffee makers for all you coffee drinkers! The laundry room is attached to the kitchen with a washer and dryer and has a separate laundry sink for your use.
