Princess Condominiums Unit 1102, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Time spent with family was great. Weather was beautiful.

We decided on a last minute trip . We booked the condo and stayed four days. The view was awesome! We enjoyed our stay at The Princess!

This was our second trip to PCB. This was a very nice unit for a group our size. Had everything we needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. My family of 10 consisted of ages ranged from 1-74. We felt safe enough to allow our 16 year old to take her younger siblings to the beach alone the entire time we were there. Loved the fact that you can see the 2 beach chairs, that are provided, right from the balcony! We were able to keep an eye on the kids while they played in the sand or splashed in the water. My mother didn't even complain or fuss about the kids going out on their own in the gated community! Wonderful views of the beach and wildlife! Only thing I'd warn against is the hot water.... it is HOT! Not complaining at all...I love very hot water. But I'd monitor younger kids while using it.

The condo was very spacious and clean. The management staff was very helpful and accommodating and check in was easy.

We have never stayed at the Princess but we certainly again. The condo was magnificent and the property managers got back with as in a very timely manner. We love that area because it is not as busy and other complexes.

The property was clean and was in a nice location. The property managers made sure we knew how to get in touch with them if needed and they were very friendly.

First, check in was a breeze. The condo was very spacious, clean, and it had everything we needed. Everything worked as it should and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed being able to choose between the 3 pools. The location is perfect and right on the beach! We had access to beach chairs and umbrellas for our entire stay. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic stay and would love to book again in the future.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have stayed at many condos, but the Princess has been the best! This was our 1st time staying there. I have found my favorite place now. I won't stay anywhere else. The condo was beautiful! Jennifer and Donna are good, down to earth people, and they made me feel like family! I have been referring Jennifer and Donna to everyone. Hugs to you both. I'll be back as soon as I can!

The whole process was seamless. . .from booking to checking out. Jennifer and Donna we fabulous. The condo was larger than I had expected and cleaner than any other I have stayed in! It's true about the elevators, too. Absolutely no wait time. The beach wasn't overcrowded either. Our family had a wonderful time, and I would recommend this property to anyone interested in the perfect place for a safe, refreshing vacation.

We have visited PCB a few times and have always stayed at the Majestic. This place is so much nicer!! The condo was huge and very clean! We loved that it was in a quieter area on the beach with less people and traffic. Jen was awesome and very informative. The 2 free beach chairs for the week were awesome! We also took advantage of the 2 free games of mini golf and the free large pizza and 2 liter from Domino's coupons. The only thing that I would suggest is fluffier pillows for the beds, but that is a personal preference. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we will definitely stay again in the future!

We had a great experience staying at the princess with VIP. Jen and Donna we're very nice and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any of our concerns. The condo was very large and more than suited our needs with many amenities. Very easy access to the beach with a beautiful ocean view from our balcony! Will definitely stay again when in Panama City!

Great location, beach traffic was very light, and VIP Properties did a great job of communicating and making the check in process a breeze! The condo was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We had a great vacation here.

The managers, Jennifer and Donna, were super to work with. Sweet southern hospitality. Our stay was perfect with the beautiful accommodations. The condo was elegant and they offered tons of things to do for all ages. We loved the security aspect and felt safe. The pools were awesome, but could have been cleaned a bit more often. Other than that little blip, the stay was awesome. We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The 6 kiddos (ages 8 months to 15) had a blast, rain and all, and we stayed at Princess 4 of the 5 days all day. The other day we went to St ANDREWS State Park to kayak. We all lived Princess. Many thanks.

Condo was very clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Beach was perfect. Shell island is a must do when visiting here. VIP did a great job keeping me informed and we were able to get into the condo as soon as it was ready.(about 2 hours early.) Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Views from the huge balcony were awesome. Pools and hot tub closed at 10:00 which was kind of a bummer for the teenagers but not a big deal. I'll definitely be back next year if not sooner.

We had a really good time here. There were only 4 of us so each adult had their own bedroom and the 2 kids shared a room. The view is awesome! No issues. Wi-Fi is pretty bad but we made do.

great place to stay and not crowded, but close to different attractions. Jennifer made it a special time also. Hope to go back next year.

Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Everything seemed well kept. Jennifer and Donna provided us with all the information we needed which made us feel at home. We really liked that it was located in less busy area. Loved our stay there and would enjoy coming back again.

Would definitely consider coming back to the Princess. The only downfall was the poor WiFi but fortunately, I was there for vacation and it wasn’t a necessity.

Square footage is the star of this show! The balcony was large enough to enjoy even in the rain, only the edge was wet from the wind but there is plenty of room to still sit and enjoy the rain without getting wet. Our family of 7 had plenty of room inside the unit also, we never felt crowded up, it was especially nice to have our own bathrooms. Speaking of bathrooms, that master shower is amazing, you can get ready to go have a nice dinner twice as fast and the large walk in closet made a nice dressing room! Another space advantage is the huge laundry room, we were able to store all of our beach equipment inside there, out of our way. The beds were firmer than we're used to but we slept like babies! I liked the fact that we could text the owner if we needed anything. I hope to be back soon!

Nice location away from the crowds. Check in was easy and communication was very good. Condo is clean and accurately reflected in the online photos. Enjoyed the large balcony. Would stay again.

This was a great place for our family! We enjoyed being in the quieter area of PCB, but close to great restaurants and other activities. We loved having access to the large balcony from the master and living room...the view was stunning! We enjoyed watching dolphins, manatee, and the boats in the water. I was surprised at the size of the rooms, bathrooms, and laundry room. The pictures don't show the scale. The extra touches of pool floats and boogie boards were so great. We didn't have to bring anything for the kitchen except food and spices. The only thing we didn't like was leaving!! Donna and Jennifer do a wonderful job, we are excited to plan another vacation here in the future.

I was extremely pleased with our stay. The pictures do not do this property justice. The condo was spacious and the views were breathtaking. Check in and check out procedures were very clear and concise. Property managers Donna and Jennifer were never more than an email or phone call away. Emails were answered quickly and timely. I will definitely be booking this property again with a longer stay!!

This Condo was beautiful and the view was even better.The house was so clean and the host was very attentive.
