Princess Condominiums Unit 1402, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This was our fourth stay at PCB and we went with Princess Condo’s (VIP) this stay. The room was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It was clean and had just about everything we needed. Communication with the manager’s was great and we had everything we needed before arrival. Getting a text that we could check into our room before was also a major plus! We would gladly stay here again.

We had a great experience. Family members have traveled to the PCB area for 20+ years and are now going back with the next generation. Princess condos have been a choice for many years after trying various locations due to being on the quiet end of the beach away from all of the traffic. A big seller for everyone is the indoor and outdoor pools being heated as this time of year is always questionable for weather. We struggled on this trip with the outdoor pools being unbearably cold for half the trip. This is an issue with the overall Princess property, but one that needs to be addressed by the condo owner as it was a main factor in us selecting this site and would prevent us from returning if not fixed. Things directly within the control of the owner and management property were great. Communication was clear, access was granted easily (even available early although we weren't in town early), and the information was readily available for codes and contact info. One thing that I have encountered at other properties but haven't seen called out here in reviews is that this unit is on the 14th floor of the 17 floor property. We never had any issues with elevators going up or down. There are 3 and they are quick. That was amazing for us in coming and going as well as having family staying on the 9th floor where we wanted to go between the units. No Vegas or Disney property style where you may end up waiting forever or it's too full when it arrives!

It was a wonderful condo! Spacious, clean, and has beautiful views of the beach! It was very quiet and peaceful. We had two people in our party that had a hard time with mobility, and they had very little trouble navigating the campus! All of the rooms are close to the elevators, there is a ramp that leads to the beach, and the pools are easy to enter and leave. The condo is adequately stocked with everything and anything you need. One of our favorite condos in PCB! If they’ll have us, we will definitely be back!

The hosts are so easy to work with! Very smooth check in and check out process. The Princess has the nicest and cleanest condos that we have stayed in at PCB by far! We love this place and will definitely return!

I can't say enough good things about the Princess! The condo was spacious and comfortable (there were 9 of us). Nicely decorated and clean. It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer. The beach was not crowded. We have already booked for next year.

We loved this location, so easy to drive no back up bumper to bumper traffic. Close to good restaurants. Very well maintained gated building. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, and my wife and I appreciated the updated and spacious walk-in shower in the master. The living room and master have beautiful views of the Gulf. We also loved having a separate laundry room to store our beach supplies. The outdoor patio is large and provides a great place to relax in the evenings. VIP Resort Properties provided us with 2 beach chairs with an umbrella for the week as well as numerous vouchers and coupons for activities in the area, which were very welcome. Check-in was a breeze - management texted us when the condo was ready, and we were able to go straight up. Communication was excellent, and everything was in order before our arrival. We had no need to contact maintenance for anything. The Princess is in a quiet spot that is close to many attractions and restaurants. It was so nice not having to wait long for an elevator at any time, even check-in and check-out, since there are 3 fast ones serving a relatively small building. We also enjoyed having the gated parking lot right in front of the building. The Princess has 2 small outdoor pools and a larger indoor pool that never seemed overly busy. We spent pretty much all of our time on the beautiful beach. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation and hope to stay in this condo again!

Excellent location and fantastic unit. Condo was clean and exactly as pictures showed. We all enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of ocean and we enjoyed all three pools. Will book again!

Super clean, spacious unit. Perfect for vacationing with my teenage son and daughter, who need their own space. The Princess complex is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend 1402 and The Princess to anyone.

Our stay in this unit was nothing but perfect! The view is spectacular. Everything was very clean and organized as well. The pictures don’t do it justice; the unit is so spacious. We would love to visit again.

Great condo! We have stayed in the Princess several times and this is our favorite condo! Clean and very comfortable. Felt like home!

We absolutely loved the Princess property. The area was well kept and the beach was quiet and not super crowded. Our condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return!

Condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. Staff extremely easy to work with. No fuss trip. Especially loved the separate laundry room and the amazing shower in the master bath. Will probably look into renting this unit again

Our family really enjoyed the LARGE, beautifully decorated, updated beach condo. The facilities at the Princess we're very nice also with the outdoor/indoor pools and bathrooms in the breezeway area. We especially liked the extra security with using gate codes for the elevators and beach access. Jennifer & Donna were fantastic to deal with while coordinating our stay. Will stay here again. Loved it!

It was a nice condo. It needed more cooking equipment ( baking & cooking). Master bathroom was awesome. Wonderful shower. Could have more hangers in each closet. I did miss not having an individual ice maker. Furniture in living room was pretty comfortable. Only thing I miss is not being able to bring my 10 lb Yorkie. I'd stay the entire month if she could come with me. I would request this room again. Thank you guys for all your help from beginning to end. Providing extra car passes, extra keys, and keeping me up to date with changes or things I needed to provide. I felt you walked me through all the steps required. Again thank you so much. Made our stay very pleasant & stress free. Hope I get the opportunity to use your company again.

We had a wonderful time. Unit 1402 of Princess Condominiums is just what we wanted. Everything was clean and comfortable. The communication with the owners was top notch. They responded immediately to the one question I had. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Donna with VIP Properties. You won't be disappointed. My family looks forward to next year!!

Condo has plenty of room. The master shower is awesome with 2 shower heads. Decor is simple but nice.

“This was a great place to stay for our family! The three bathrooms were key as we had my wife and I, two kids, and my parents staying and we all had our own bathrooms. The hosts left really great coupons that gave us huge discounts on area attractions. The pools were clean and well-maintained. There are two Weber Genesis grills next to one of the pools that are well maintained. I'd highly recommend!”

Top notch rental location! Top notch customer service and the view - WOW! We could not have selected a better rental. The space was perfect for us! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Just a few steps from the beach fun and sun! Donna and Jennifer were both awesome and attentive to our needs. Can't wait to see you guys again next year!

This property was everything we dreamed it would be and the property management representative, Jennifer, was amazing and very attentive to our needs. She made the check in seamless and our stay was incredible. The bedrooms are nice sized and everything was very clean and in good working order. We would definitely stay here again!

“This was just a perfect place. Communication was wonderful and lightning fast. Check in was super easy. The place was sparkling clean. The view was incredible! The beach here was literally squeaky clean. (We went down to Pineapple Willies-the beach there was full of litter; same thing with the beach down at Schooners.) It also had a lot fewer people on it. The master bed was excellent. The other beds weren’t as comfortable but they were fine overall. The towels were thick and absorbent. The showers were hot. We’ll certainly be back again!”

After having annual plans bashed by Sally, and yet determined to get to the Gulf, this was a prayer answered!!!! Could not ask for nicer people to work with and a Great property.

This rental was very nice, with great facilities, location, check in/out procedure, and owner management attentiveness. We had everything needed and no complaints at all. We would definitively stay here again next time. Thanks for a great experience!

This condo was a wonderful experience for our family. From the indoor pool, outdoor pool, the view, quick few steps to the beach, check in and out process, everything was amazing and well explained!
