Princess Condominium Unit 505, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

The condo was spacious, very clean, and had a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. We loved the huge porch. Jennifer and Donna from VIP Resort Properties were very responsive and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay there and would highly recommend!

We had a 5 star plus experience at Princess 505. As soon as you entered it smelled so clean and fresh. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, a large laundry room and washer/dryer worked great.The livingroom was very nice with a huge 65 " tv, the master and guest bedrooms had great tv's and comfortable beds plus the rooms are large and so are the bathrooms. The unit is close to the elevator and on the end so very quiet. The balcony was large and had a nice table and chairs for dining and clean patio furniture. We loved staying at the quiet end of the beach. Nice to see the dolphins too. Our hosts, Donna and Jennifer were the best. Stayed in communication the entire time PLUS left us some nice freebies to enjoy like tickets to Sea Screamer, golf, spa, and pizza. We will definite book again!

We had a great stay at the Princess. The condo was very spacious and the amenities within the complex were great for our kids! We would definitely go back!

Princess Condo offers a well designed, quality built boutique property offering wonderful beachfront views and great proximity to good restaurants, pubs and shopping. All in all we experienced a comfortable accommodating stay.

We were incredibly happy with our choice to book this condo for our family vacation. The management company called before our stay to go over the check in. She was so friendly and also make it clear that they would be on call our entire trip if we needed anything. -We didn’t need anything but it was nice to know that we were able to contact them so easily. I can’t say enough about the location of the condo! It’s located away from the busy party area but there was still plenty to do within a couple minutes driving distance. With it being a smaller condo, it made for more room to enjoy the beach without everyone being right next to each other. We went to the pool two nights and had the pool completely to ourselves both times! We were so happy that I’m already looking into our trip for next summer!

This was our second stay at this very property. We had very much enjoyed our first stay so booked this without looking further. The property is perfect and the location on the beach cannot be surpassed. It is one of the most spectacular beaches we have ever been to. The only improvement I can think of would be to include some very basic items such as salt and pepper, coffee filters, aluminum foil, and beach towels. Other than that the condo is very well equipped and extremely clean.

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! It had everything we needed and we would definitely love to rent this condo again!! There was a large deck with a amazing view! No wait for elevator which has been a problem for us when staying in larger facility!! Loved the Princess!!!

The check in process / communication with the management company was timely and informative and exceeded my expectations. The condo was impeccably clean. It is an end unit, which is phenomenal because there is no access to the condo from the “outside hallway” / foot traffic aside from the entry door to the condo. The views are breathtaking, and the elevators are super fast. The condo itself is not overcrowded. I could not recommend this property more and look forward to staying here again!

The Ladies at VIP made the rental process smooth. During our 5 week trip, we stayed at two other beach condos and VIP handled the rental much better than the other two. Being our first time at PCB we didn’t know what to expect. We found the water and the beach exceeded our expectations. The two bedroom unit we rented was spacious and laid out well. It was clean and quite comfortable The building had what appeared to be a full time maintenance man who kept the facility in good condition. When we plan a return trip, we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook here or for that matter, recommend both VIP and the unit

This was a great spot. Only issue was the back door sticking a bit when opening/closing. But not a major issue. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the view.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfy bed, right on the beach. Jennifer was a great help. Weather was great. Will be back!

We loved this condo! My family of 4 stayed comfortably. Easy access to the beach, great family atmosphere (our kids made several friends during the week), convienently located to everything. The agency made sure we had everything we needed.

This condo is spotless, it's right on the beach. We see dolphins from the balcony everyday, it was amazing. The furniture are fairly new and in good condition. We will definitely come back again with kids and friends

My husband and I came down for a long weekend, and we fell in love with this little condo. It was the perfect size for the two of us. While the bed was not very comfortable, everything was made better by the amazing view. We ate every meal at the table on the balcony, we even decided to not go out for dinners because we had the best view at our condo! I highly recommend this place for a couple, or a family with a small child.

This condo was very clean and comfy! The view was simply amazing. The only thing I would recommend is more towels and washcloths. We had brought extra just in case and we used the washer and dryer. Overall great stay and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

My wife and I stayed August 5-12. The condo was great. Jennifer/Donna thought of everything at the condo. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap for the HE washer. It was very nicely decorated. Everything was clean. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. I think one of the best things was the view of the ocean from the balcony. This condo has central air conditioning which means there is not a hotel style A/C unit blowing hot air on the balcony. That makes the balcony very nice and noise free. A VIP package came with the condo. That was a awesome bonus. I will definitely be looking forward to renting this condo again. This condo is going to be my go to vacation spot. Other people mentioned seeing dolphins from the balcony, I thought they were full of it. I did see 2 dolphins about mid week. They weren't jumpout of the water. All I saw was the dorsal fin come out of the water. If you want to see more dolphins take the sea screamer boat tour.

Very cute apartment, very clean with a wonderful view. Kitchen has everything you need if you desire to cook but there's a lot of restaurants close by. Bring your beach towels and chairs too if you want to save money, there's a stand at the beach that rent you the umbrella and 2 chairs for $30. a day. Best beach in all Florida. Property management take good care of the property and your paperwork . Definitely a great experience and wonderful time.

This condo totally lived up to our expectations. The communication leading up to the rental made the check in process very easy. We were even allowed an early check in which was very much appreciated after a long car trip. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. As beach lovers, we could not have been happier. We would definitely stay there again if we make it pack to the area!!!

Easiest rental I’ve had so far. Jennifer was excellent to work with and everything was exactly as she explained.

“We've been coming to PCB for several years now with the family and this stay was by far the best. The location was perfect- not too crowded, less traffic in the area. We normally stay closer to the "action" and with 5 kids that can be stressful. This was a perfect spot. The condo was laid out perfectly so that we had our privacy and the kids could do their thing without being right on top of us the whole time. We arrived Sunday and Monday morning (early!) we realized the coffee maker wasn't working. We reached out to Donna and Jennifer about it and had a brand new replacement within 25 minutes. We didn't expect that, but were extremely pleased as you can imagine! They handled everything for us, including check-in, getting parking passes, etc. We will definitely be staying with them on our next trip without a doubt. We highly recommend using Donna and Jennifer's services.”

Overall the stay and property were awesome! The condo was very clean, large and from the craziness of PCB. On the 5th floor, you could clearly hear the waves crashing,. I try to give a positive and negative for every review. For this stay the only negative was probably the lack of 'beach' type stuff (beach towels, floats, etc). That really is the only complaint. It was a A rated stay in our opinion. Would stay here again!

Perfect condo, very nice , clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the balcony. Being on 5th floor was a perfect view of the beach. Enjoyed morning coffee while watching the dolphins. Resort very clean and maintain. Looking forward to our return trip next yr.

This was great property for our family. Plenty of space for the six of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the condo was clean and the views were breathtaking! We will definitely visit again!
