This is a super condo. We have stayed in maybe a dozen condos in PCB and this is certainly at the top. It is well stocked with everything you could imagine,cooking utensils, comfortable beds and chairs, plenty of room and I cant imagine anything that needs to be added. I think this place will be putting up with us again and again.

There aren’t enough words to describe this condo and her owners. It is just like the pics.. staying here is like staying with old friends who know what you like. Every need was met and every wish was just a text away. The condo is spacious and beautiful. The beds are super comfortable. The balcony is huge and my personal favorite. I kept switch between the lounger and the glider and could never get enough. It is a perfect space for my Bible study and prayer time each morning. Vince was very helpful and accommodating even in the days that were leading up to our arrival and checked on us often to make sure he wanted for nothing! I am already looking at my calendar to see when we can book this room again!!! I’m afraid that they Mickeys are stuck with us now! Thank you for sharing your home and hospitality with us. We were all blown away!

This condo is very well maintained. It is spacious and pretty. You walk out of the complex and you’re right at the beach. We enjoyed having beach chairs with our rental. The owner was great to work with. We plan to return!

Very serene! This is a beautiful condo! The furnishings are lovely and it has everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. The owners are very nice people and available to take care of any questions or concerns you might have. I am looking forward to our next visit!

This condo is amazing! It has incredibly views of the beach. Mr. Mickey is very friendly and always available. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care.

This condo is one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed in. Ocean front view every morning is my HAPPY PLACE!! This home away from home is equipped with everything you will need to make your week very comfortable. The large balcony is a place to be on in the mornings to watch the sun come up to the evenings to watch it set. I give it a big 5 star.

This rental exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and very spacious for our family of four. The views from the balcony were amazing. The owners provided everything we could've needed from cooking items to beach items. Vince was always quick to respond to our questions. We are already planning a return trip next year!

This condo is even better than the pictures! Nicest condo we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at a lot). Condo is huge, very nice, and well maintained! Anything you could ever need and more this condo has to offer. Leave everything at home and you will find what you need here! Beach service and attendent were fabulous as well! Owner is very responsive to any questions you might have as well! We will definitely be back to this amazing condo!

This is a very nice, and seriously well-equipped unit. There's plenty of bed space for up to six, and there's even a garage! The owners are very accommodating and live locally, so they're always available if needed. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future!

This property (Unit 1001 Princess Condominiums) has become our yearly wonderful escape to sunshine, beaches, and an incredibly comfortable place to stay. The view from this end unit on the 10th floor are great, noise is minimal, and everything you might need is already in place. Spices, things like foil and olive oil, and even a printer to print out boarding passes are there ready for use. The reserved beach chair makes life easy at the beach. The owner is responsive to requests and full of recommendations as to where to eat and what to do - he's a Panama City Beach local so his recommendations are up to date! You can't go wrong staying here!

This condo is roomy, beautiful, and well equipped. The one thing better than the condo itself is the owner. No detail overlooked, and great communication. This is our favorite place we have ever stayed. Will be back and would recommend to anyone

Great location. East side of PCB is more our style....not as crazy, but still plenty of restaurants and places to shop in close proximity. I had never been on the 10th floor and had reservations, but have stayed in resorts and houses that took longer on the elevator and to get to the beach. Was not disappointed at all....pleasantly surprised. The condo has everything from tons of beach towels to a crockpot and wok. The garage (only 1/2 the units have) is so handy and well stocked. Coolers, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, balls, nice carts....a freezer and ice. Nice keeping the sandy stuff out of the room. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Vince and Alicia!

We had a great week staying in your condo at PCB! You have a beautiful place and have thought of everything that is needed while staying. The area is quiet, secure, and the beach view is beautiful!

The Princess and condo 1001 is amazing. Vince is so easy to get in touch with and sincerely wants your stay to be perfect. Everything you need is provided from a completely supplied kitchen to a garage full of beach necessities. There’s literally nothing you need expect a change of clothes and a swim suit! The Mickey family welcomes you with a goodie basket and a sweet card to welcome you during your stay. Vince is available if you need anything at all. We arrived about 30 minutes early and he made sure everything was ready for us. He’s literally a text or phone call away and has lots of ideas and suggestions to eat, play, and explore. The stunning details and gorgeous views make this condo the perfect get away. There were no crowds during our stay, very family oriented, free beach service, and only minutes away from the heart of PCB. We have found our forever rental and hope to return as often as we can. Don’t hesitate on booking this condo! You will not regret it!

We've been coming to Panama City for about 6 years and by far, this was the best place we have stayed. First, the owner, Vince is first class. He was accessible and does everything to make you feel at home in his home. The condo itself is extremely nice and spacious and has everything you need - kitchen utensils, beach accessories, cable, great view, etc. The master bathtub is like the size of the ocean. The thing I like about the property itself is that it's small. You don't have to deal with parking in parking decks, waiting 30 minutes for an elevator, 300 people at the pool, waiting 2 hours to check in, etc. In the future, I hope to be able to stay at Vince's condo. We loved it and had such a good time there. I can't say enough good things about the owners. What kind and wonderful people.

We stayed at Vince Mickey’s condo the second week of July. We had a fantastic time. The condo was stocked with everything you can imagine. The beach toys, chairs, umbrella,wagon etc. already being there made packing so much easier. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Princess condo is in a great location. The beach wasn’t crowded, and it was near restaurants and grocery stores. We hope to go back soon! This condo offered us everything we were looking for to have a relaxing vacation on the beach.

Y'all.....this condo is the nicest on PCB! The owners are so accommodating and helpful. I was shocked to see the kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need, if you are planning on cooking. The bathrooms have plenty of towels. This may sound crazy, but I've stayed at several other places that aren't equipped like this one. Also, the owner keeps beach items in a garage on the premises, if you need chairs, buckets, shovels, etc! We enjoyed our trip so much, I tried to stay one more night but the unit was booked! Thank you Vince for making our vacation a very enjoyable and memorable for my family! Hope to see you next year!

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed, and cannot wait to return. From the moment we arrived until we, reluctantly, left, everything exceeded our expectations.

The view from the balcony of the beach and Gulf of Mexico was gorgeous!! The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. Not to mention beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stalked with items one might need. The pool was excellent and plenty of chairs were available. The Mickey's also provide beach chairs that were taken care of daily. It is located close to the amazing restaurants in the area as well. But if you feel like cooking, no problem the kitchen had you covered. We never heard neighbors and did not have to wait on the elevators. The trash is conveniently located. While we didn't use it, the Princess offers a game room and gym. Direct access to the beach was awesome as well. I forgot to mention that the balcony had plenty of seating as well and a table. By the pool, available were grills if you enjoy a cookout. I'm not sure there was anything one might think, I wonder why the don't have this?? It's as close to perfection as it comes. Obviously no one can control the weather, however the weather was amazing and the breeze off of the gulf was perfect!! I would highly recommend this unit and hope someday I can visit again and enjoy the Mickey's Retreat!!! It was like a home away from home but next to a little piece of paradise!!

We had a great time in PCB this summer the Mickey's condo was perfect.It is an end unit condo and very private.This unit is close to everything you need and away from the bumper to bumper traffic.The views were awesome and serene.I hope to stay in their condo again Thank you for sharing your home Vince and it was so nice to meet you.God bless you and your family.

The condo was excellent. Clean, very spacious, nice layout. This Facility is located in an ideal location within the Panama City Beach Area. Close enough to enjoy all the activities Panama City Beach offers, but just outside of the heavy traffic congestion. The view of the Ocean is excellent. We will definitely consider staying here again. The condo itself is very spacious and updated in all aspects. The Princess Condominium Facility is very nice and well kept. The beach access is great as it is very close and not overly crowded. The Owner of unit contacted us several times during our stay via text, just to make sure we had everything we needed or needed any information concerning the local attractions. We were very satisfied with our vacation.

We had the BEST week in this condo! Everything you could possibly need is there and the garage is such a great perk. I've stayed at MANY condos in PCB and this was definitely my favorite by far. The room is a great size, the beds are SO comfy, the kitchen has everything you could need, the view is perfect, but my favorite room was definitely the master bathroom. Not only is the room beautiful, but the Princess is just a great place to stay. The pools are never crowded. I never waited on an elevator (which is a HUGE issue other places). We were there during a tropical storm so the indoor pool was AWESOME. We seriously had the best week, and we will for SURE be back! Thanks for everything!

From the beginning when I messaged about this condo vince the owner responded quickly and was very helpful. .this was our first VRBO rental and let me tell you we were not dissapointed! It was just as beautiful as the pictures ! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and we loved that we could just slide the curtains from the master brm and see the ocean ..it was so relaxing! This place was spotless! The livingroom furniture was very comfy and we loved the huge patio with the table and loungers. We ate out a couple of nights but also we cooked a few nights and the kitchen had everything we needed for that as well! I also liked that as soon as you get off the elevator on the first floor ..it's just a few steps from the beach! There's also 3 pools (2 outdoor )and they have gas grills in the pool area as well and we grilled bbq ribs one night ..our overall experience was top notch..thanks for sharing this beautiful condo with us ! We will definitely be planning a trip to come back! The New Family

The breathtaking views from this condo are enough to make me want to come back, but there's so much more! We stayed here recently with another couple and couldn't have been more pleased. From the beginning, Vince, the owner, was so accommodating—probably more so than any VRBO owner I've ever dealt with. He texted me the first day to make sure we had found the condo and ask if we needed anything, and he kept in touch through the remainder of our stay. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay as perfect and memorable as possible. The location was excellent for us as we were trying to avoid the "younger crowd." There were plenty of restaurants/bars/entertainment venues where we were and while we were four adults with no children, this is a perfect condo and location for families with children as well. And did I mention the view? You sit on the large balcony and look straight out to miles of unfettered beautiful blue ocean views. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

This was our second year staying at the condo and were happy with everything. Vince is great to work with and is so helpful. The condo is very nice and is a home away from home... The view is amazing and we love sitting on the deck listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. We highly recommend booking this condo. They have everything you need and you don't have to pack everything - makes your load a lot smaller... We learned that from the previous year and this year we were able to leave so much behind because we knew Vince already had that to use. The pictures don't do it justice - no nicely decorated and the HUGE shower.... Nice washer and dryer - less to pack if you don't mind to wash a load of clothes while you sit on the beach! Thanks Vince and your family for opening up this condo so we could have more memories to share with our twins.

My husband and I stay at the Princess every May and we have stayed in several different rooms but Vince's condo is our favorite! This is our second year in a row staying in this condo and it is fabulous! The views from the 10th floor are amazing and Vince supplies everything you need including beach chairs and towels. We enjoyed our gift basket filled with snacks and the condo is decorated beautifully! Straight A's once again and we will definitely return next year!

This is our FAVORITE condo at the Princess! The owners are super friendly and always quick to respond! We have rented several units over the years but this one has EVERYTHING you could possibly need while visiting. They even had a welcome basket, filled with goodies, waiting on us upon arrival! We'll definitely be back again next Spring Break!

My wife is still raving about how beautiful this condo is, completely updated with the nicest finishes, spacious bedrooms and very nice pool amenities (heated pool!) As if that weren't enough, the hospitality was even better. We were greeted by a welcome basket and text message from the owner ensuring a safe arrival and that everything was in order. And the condo is just close enough to restaurants, but just far enough from the crazy spring breaker crowd. This condo and the hospitality made this stay top notch. So thanks and kudos!

This was our first time vacationing on the beach! It was a great experience. The condo was beautiful.. Very spacious, clean and up to date with all the amenities you could need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The boys loved all the beach accessories that were provided. It was overall a great week. Will definitely be returning in the future!! We enjoyed our stay at #1001 Princess! The 10th floor end unit afforded us gorgeous views. The condo was well appointed, tastefully updated, and just plain comfortable. We could not have picked a better place to stay and play. The location at PCB is away from the maddening crowds, yet close enough to excellent seafood offerings. The "extra steps" (welcoming basket, beach service, well stocked supplies, etc.) taken by the Mickeys to make our stay special was noted and appreciated. Very highly recommend renting this property, but not in September.....that is OUR month!

After a small hiccup when we arrived ( which Vince bent over backwards to correct) it was by far the best condo and complex we have stayed at in PCB. The condo is even nicer in person than what you see in the pictures. It was clean, spacious and comfortable - along with a large balcony with a gorgeous view. This is a place you will want to come back to year after year - I know I will. Rent this unit - you will not be disappointed!

This was our third stay in this wonderful condo, and each time we have visited, it has so far exceeded our expectations that we now time our vacations around its availability! We have been summering in Panama City Beach for over 20 years, during which time we have stayed in many types, sizes, and locations of rentals. This one is so far superior to the others, it is in a class by itself. The owners are cordial, accessible, and responsive, and the facility is always in perfect condition. There was even a goodie basket and a welcoming note waiting for us. In my family's opinion, this is definitely the best on the beach!

Very spacious and beautiful. My wife and I have stayed in several units in Panama City Beach and Fort Walton plus cabins and condos in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This was by far the best equipped kitchen of anywhere that we have stayed In. . The 2nd bedroom and bath is very spacious for a 2nd bedroom and bath. I highly recommend this condo for your getaway.Vince is very sincere about you enjoying you stay. We plan on staying there next year.

This condo is the best one I have stayed at in all my years of vacation. It's in a great location with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The condo is updated and decorated beautifully and is so comfortable. It's a home away from home with a better view. The 10th floor view is spectacular, overlooking thr ocean and being a corner unit you have a beautiful view from the front bedroom also with no walkway blocking it. The master bedroom is beachside and the master bath feels like a spa. The kitchen, living room and laundry room is spacious and very comfortable. The condo has everything you need plus more! Last but not least, Vince is wonderful to rent from and very helpful and he makes it stress free. This was our second stay here and we will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Princess condo at PCB. The reservation process was seamless and corresponding with Vince was swift, efficient, and easy. The unit is on the 10th floor so you get a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from your well-appointed balcony - comfortable seating and ample space for everyone to spread out. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the wonderful ocean sounds. We arrived to a clean and spacious living area for our week-long vacation with all the comforts of home (i.e. wifi, cable TV, very comfortable couch). We also enjoyed the beach chairs/umbrella included with the rental along with the books and other reading material. A full size washer/dryer is always a plus. We can't wait to come back next year. My family recently stayed and must say this condo was excellent. Decorations were very nice, beds comfortable, place updated and very clean. We will definitely look to return. Princess is a fantastic condo due to secured entrances, 24/7 security, very clean, easy to access, all staff very helpful.
