We couldn’t have been happier with the check in process and communication with owners. The condo was as pictured with lots of space and on a part of the beach that wasn’t crowded at all. The ice maker at the wet bar and extra small refrigerator were very to have. We would definitely plan a return stay here.

Loved this condo! Super spacious for 2 families with teens. The condo was well stocked and we did not want for anything. The decor was super cute, check in and out was a breeze. Worst part of the stay was having to leave!! Beautiful beach and we loved having the owner’s/guest lounge with books and plenty of jigsaw puzzles to work on in the evening. We hope to stay here again! This was our first trip to PCB and VIP made it even more amazing!!

This is the best place. Has the most amazing views, within a short drive/Uber to anywhere you want to visit in PCB, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Plus the entire place was clean, beds were comfortable, and had lots of beach things for us to use. 10/10 recommend and hope to visit again someday!

This condo was perfect! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and furniture was all updated. Great view of the ocean. Entire condo complex was very clean and nice with 3 pools and a gym. Having beach chairs was an added bonus.

We spent 6 days here and so glad we chose this listing! The condo was immaculate! Its an end unit and the next condo is a little ways so it’s very quiet. The location of the unit is perfect! It’s away enough from the hustle and bustle of the other condos. Seems much more peaceful. We plan to stay here again and again each time we visit PCB.

VIP were great to work with and made the whole process so easy from walking right to room with no in- person or stressful check in (or checkout process) to a great rental property with awesome amenities!! The security of the property helped us relax even more. Three bedrooms all with king size beds (one with another twin and rollaway in the closet) and all with their private bathroom was an excellent set up for our group. Will be back for sure!!

“We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo was nice and spacious for our group. The layout was perfect! There was enough room for everyone to move around and feel comfortable. We enjoyed the added bar and ice maker on the side so much my husband is considering putting one in our own house! It kept everyone from clamoring in the kitchen when we were preparing meals! During these Covid times it was important for us not eat out much, so we ended up using the kitchen appliances and cookware daily. Her place was fully equipped with everything I needed! The cookware was nice, not the cheap kind you see at many airBnBs. Donna was a great host! She was attentive and fast! We had an issue with some of the lights not working & sink not draining properly, and she was over our place in 5 minutes to help resolve the issue!!! I would definitely come back!”

This was our first trip to PCB and our condo made it all the more wonderful. After driving several hours to get there, walking into this beautiful unit was refreshing. It had everything we needed and more. The under counter ice maker was such an added benefit as well. With 2020 being somewhat chaotic, the break was welcoming as was the condo. The owners have done an amazing job of decorating and supplying all our needs. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you for such attentiveness. We can’t wait to come back.

This unit is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with 1744 square feet of heated and cooled living space. You'll enter through your wide entry foyer leading directly to your open floor plan living/dining area. The living room opens directly to the spacious balcony and has a sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner and club chair. There is also a new 55 inch television and LG DVD player. The adjacent dining room has a new dining set that seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. There is also a wet bar with a giant ice maker for your convenience! The living area is truly elegant.
The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with all the amenities that you'll need for a truly memorable stay. Your sink faces the beach so you'll have a great view no matter where you are! There is also a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a separate large laundry sink for all you beach items. Their is also a mini fridge in the laundry room for additonal food storage.
The master bedroom is beachfront and boasts a king bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser and a 52 inch flat screen and a DVD player. The luxury master bath is huge! You'll enjoy his and her sinks, a makeup area and a whirlpool tub. There is a separate room that contains the toilet and extra large shower. On top of that, you'll have a walk in closet and a separate linen closet too.
The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. There is also a 32 inch television and DVD player for your use. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and a separate twin bed. There is also a memory foam twin rollaway bed. This room has a large bathroom accessible from the bedroom and also has a door to the hall. This room has a 40 inch television.
