We have visited the Princess Condos for 15 year now and find this unit to be among the best! The recent renovations are wonderful. This is a great unit! Clean, welcoming, awesome views, and super amenities. The Princess offers limited number of units, so unlike many condos to west near Pier Park, elevator access and beach access are not hindered as is the case with larger communities. This particular unit has an awesome master shower suite (renovations are excellent), comfortable beds, remote controlled ceiling fans, and spacious laundry room. The kitchen provides all the necessary items for preparing light meals. You really could not ask for a better outfitted condo. The owner is always very communicative. Thank you Wilson Family for sharing your second home with us!

My family of 6 adults stayed in this unit 10/8-10/15. We have been coming to PC Beach for many many years and this was in our top 2!! From the great location on the east end along with the ease of access to the unit due to size of complex. Thresa was super nice and easy to deal with. Beds were SUPER COMFY! Huge balcony to accomodate everyone for breakfast. 904 was super clean and my family is already talking about our next stay here.... Thank you Thresa for sharing this AWESOME unit with my family!!

This condo is large at almost 1750 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Parking is onsite (not across the street!). If you need more space we own the 2 bedroom right next door for a total of 5 bedrooms!
This condo is on the 9th floor and sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has two queen beds, third bedroom has another king size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The master has both a jetted whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower.
Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and a 50” flat screen in the living room. The master bedroom also has an electric fireplace for any chilly nights or you can just turn on the flames (with no heat) and enjoy the look.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops. The bar area seats 3 and the dining table has seating for 6. There is also room for dining on the balcony with a table sitting for 4 and 2 lounge chairs to relax in after your meal.
There is a large laundry room with sink and full size washer and dryer. This is a great area to store those sandy beach items too.
