My husband and I stayed in this home in September 2023. We loved it so much we went back and took our 10 year old granddaughter in July 2024. She loves the ocean, but she wanted to spend more time at the private pool. We loved the privacy and the short walk to the beach and Pier Park. The beach access was great and no big crowds to deal with. The owners are fantastic. This place is meticulously cared for, the house was spotless, the yard is manicured, and the pool was amazing. This place is an A++++ Thank you Terri and David for allowing us to enjoy you piece of paradise!

We rented this home for a family girl's trip in July. The home is even lovelier in person! Very clean, well maintained and the owners are so kind and responsive! I'm a bit of a germaphobe and this home was so clean, organized and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our group! Close to the beach and so many other shops and activities. The private pool was a must have for us.

We recently rented this comfortable, quiet home that is very close to the beach in Panama City Beach, Florida for a month from Feb 10-Mar10/24. The photos and description of the property was as described on the website and everything was in working order. The pretty backyard, patio and pool area made for a relaxing retreat for our winter getaway. There is lots to see and do in the area. The owners were helpful and very easy to get hold of.

My family and i have been coming to PCB every year and in the past had stayed at various places. Until we found this jewel of a home. Dave and Terri, the owners, are great people. The are just a phone call away and very attentive to your needs. The house is spacious and private. Tucked away but within easy walking distance to the beach, pier park, and many other places. We will not hesitate to rent again and if you or your family are planning a trip to PCB you shouldn’t either.

The house was great and the location was perfect. We only had to walk right across the road to the beach. The house had everything we needed for the beach and the pool. My kids loved the pool. It was a perfect size. We were within walking distance to Pier Park, where we spent a lot of time, especially when it rained. The house was nice and a perfect size for our family.

I don’t know where to begin…this is the perfect place for your beach vacation!!! First of all, the owners are great to work with! If you have any questions or concerns they are just a phone call/text away. My family consisted of 6 adults and we had plenty of room. It is so nice to have your own pool as well. The house has a large garage where they store beach chairs, beach cart, tent, umbrellas, washer and dryer, AND a nice big refrigerator/freezer among other things! It is like your own home away from home! Plus your walk to the beach is literally just crossing a road and you’re there! Shorter distance than staying in a high rise condo with thousands of other people! Also the beach is less crowded and much more relaxing! Not to mention Pier Park is within walking distance for restaurants and shopping! You never have to drive while you’re there unless you want to! We have gone 2 years in a row and can’t wait til the next time! My favorite place ever!!??

This house is an amazing home. Our family lives coming here year after year. This home is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, less Han a 5 minute walk to Pier Park, and you have your own private pool for the kids. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, plus a wagon to carry it down to the beac. Highly recommend and we are already planning to return again for our vacation.

What an amazing home for a family getaway! This home literally has it all. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Pier Park, a pool for the kids, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds/furniture. This is the perfect house to stay in with little ones. It was very clean, looks just like the pictures, and the decor gave the perfect beach vibe. Our favorite part was being able to pull in the garage and unload all of our luggage right into the house. Not having to worry about steps or dragging little ones around while unloading everything. It was a close to the beach and pier park. We loved being able to walk everywhere with the kids. I was nervous about crossing the street to get to the beach with a 1, 3, & 5 year old but we had no problems, cars would stop to let us cross. The pool was also perfect for the kids after a long day at the beach! Terri was great to work with and if we ever go back to PCB we will stay there again! This was our second year to stay in Terri and David’s house. They are Amazing to work with and the house is great! The private pool is our favorite part because we don’t have to fight others for poolside chairs. The walk to the beach is so much faster than we have had staying in a high rise condo beachside. The house is clean and they have all the beach chairs and umbrellas you could need and even have a beach cart to get it all across the road. We have already reserved our week for next Summer! I can’t say enough about this house and Terri and David! They provided everything and then some! The house is perfect for families! Spacious house, private pool. The beach is such an easy walk. Way quicker than elevators at condos! The beach is quiet and not crowded. You really feel relaxed, which is what a vacation is supposed for be! We will absolutely rent from then again! This has been the best experience!

This home is a literal gem! First, the house location is perfectly situated close to Pier Park, walking distance actually. Second, the house is so close to the beach. You can see the beach and water from the mailbox. Just cross the street and you are on the beach! The house is immaculate and clean and much larger than it looks in the photos. Very tastefully decorated as well. The pool is a full size pool, not a soaking pool. One can tell the owners take pride in this home and their communication is top notch. No steps, no elevators, no crowded beach. What else can I say but the house is perfect! We can't wait to stay here again after staying a month in Nov/Dec.

Loved this house so much! It is immaculate and has all new updates!! The one level floor plan works great for anybody! The beach access is very close and super easy to access!! Our whole family really enjoyed our week long here. We traveled with 3 kids, ages 2,10, and 16, and the grandparents. They all loved the private pool and fishing in the pond! Location is so close to everything. The hosts were extremely helpful with any questions I had while booking and through our stay. Would love to come back!

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of August. We couldn't have been happier with the place as it was so close to the beach--quite an easy walk. There were several restaurants close enough to walk and there weren't a lot of crowds this time of year. The house is spotless and the pool is welcome refreshment after a hot day on the beach!

We had an amazing time vacationing here! The house is awesome, very spacious, and clean. All equipment worked! Owners easily to reach and talk to if needed! The pool was great having to walk just out the door especially with 2 toddlers! The beach walk was less than you would walk from a condo and you have your own private area, get away from the crowds. This was a great place to stay & we would stay again!

This house was amazing! The house was across the street from the beach which made it convenient. The house also had a beautiful private salt water pool. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies you would’ve never thought to bring with you on a trip. The house was very clean and spacious! The house is well decorated, comfortable and ideally located across from the beach boardwalk and even has a great saltwater pool! A well stocked kitchen and strong Wi-Fi signal helped keep everyone entertained and allowed us to make meals at home. I’d highly recommend Dustys a block away but go early to get a seat. Will definitely stay here again; great value and exceptional home!

3 Bedrooms 2 Bath House with Pool and Lake in the backyard ~ less than 1 block from Pier Park and 100 feet to beach entrance.
Our home is single story with NO STAIRS and a private screen enclosed saltwater pool. Avoid large crowds and competing for a spot on the beach, there are NO high rise condos on our beach. New pool paver decking, outdoor furniture and resurfaced gunite pool (Dec 2021). 2 large bedrooms have King size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, also a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom (beds for 8). All linens are provided. Large fully equipped kitchen for eating in, table can extend to sit 8. Dependable wifi through out and 4 Roku tvs, so no fighting over what to watch. Ceiling fans in all rooms (also, cental air of course). Parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway, 1 car can park in garage if you like. Beach chairs and cart provided. Washer & Dryer & 2nd Full size Refrigerator in the Garage. Outside shower to wash off after a beach trip.
The house is a block to Pier Park. Pier Park is the #1 destination in Panama City Beach with over 900k square feet of shopping and entertainment. Pier Park has the perfect mix of local merchants and big box shopping including Target and Walmart. The restaurant selection includes local seafood, familiar favorites, sports bars and sweet treats. Entertainment options offered are an IMAX movie theater, Ferris wheel ,Ropes course, Mini Golf, Kiddie train rides and Dave & Busters. Frank Brown Park (1 mile away) offers tennis courts, pickle ball, swimming pools and basketball courts. It also hosts several festivals throughout the year including SandJam. Aaron Bessant Park (2 blocks away) with all it’s festivals, amphatheater and concerts year round.
