We loved the house, it was a 3 minute walk to the beach and the house was beautiful, just as the pictures show. We would definitely recommend for anyone to stay in this house! They were also so responsive and we appreciated them reaching out to let us know they were there if we had any questions.

Great house in a perfect location. There are a few restraunts and a grocery store less than half a mile walk. The beach was 100 yards from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and in a perfect area because all of the larger Resorts and hotels were far from us. Even with other people on the beach it felt like a private beach. We could easily find a spot near the water everyday to set up our stuff. The house was beautiful and clean and had plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen for us to use. Jilenna was very responsive anytime we had a question. We are looking forward to staying there again next year and hopefully in future years to come!

The house was very roomy and accomidated our entire group. The layout was very open and roomy! Nice double porched on the front of the house and a fenced in area off the back with a grill. Kitchen and living area were very spacious. Very close to Carousel grocery and Thomas donuts . I would definatly recommend this property!

This house was perfect for our 10 adults and 2 kiddos. Beds are super comfy and easy walk to the beach. Hosts were available for any questions with quick responses. Close to PCB restaurants and activities without having to deal with much traffic. Beach access was beautiful and not too crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great week at this house. The house is set up very well. The rental agency was quick to reply back when we reached out to them. The beach was a short walk from the house and we enjoyed the community pool as well. The second floor patio is large and we spent lots of time out there. Had many places to hang things and drop items by the door coming in from the beach. Only thing I would mention is if you have larger vehicles like we do parking will be a little tight but we had 2 large trucks and an suv.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was extremely clean, very convenient to the beach and to visit surrounding areas, and was quiet and comfortable. We were able to walk to the Carousel Market for some groceries and to Thomas Donuts, as well as a 2 minute walk down the street to the beach. The property is an easy drive to surrounding areas, like PCB, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, etc. The property manager was very responsive before and during our trip.

Make your way to the beach, which is around 170 steps from the home, and you will enjoy the never-ending views of the pristine emerald coast waters, watch the sea oats swaying in the wind or exploring the white sandy beaches truly is the simple life. Happy Times at Laguna is loaded with great family gathering places including an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining room. You will also enjoy the balcony retreat while listening for the sound of ocean waves. With nearly 1900 square feet, cozy coastal décor, and comfortable furnishings this 4 bedrooms plus hall bunks offers plenty of space for family or group outings. The full-sized kitchen has been equipped with dishes, cookware, and utensils to ensure at-home convenience. This family vacation home will accommodate 11 guests comfortably when using the sofa sleeper and 4 standard size vehicles.

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
*With this growing area there may be some new home construction close by. Please feel free to ask us about this progress prior to booking.
*In an effort to protect the security of both our Homeowner and Guests, there is a Surveillance Camera Doorbell on the front of the home.
*Please note that due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit.
