This beautiful condo is a one-bedroom, built-in bunk bed, sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms, kitchen, dinette, living room, and a balcony with a full gulf view. This condo sleeps six comfortably.
The gorgeous high-rise Seychelles resort rises 22 stories above the sparkling, sugary-white sands and emerald green waters. Seychelles is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and only moments from the marina, where you can enjoy excursions to Shell Island. Seychelles is also convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, and other area attractions. This beautiful, family-friendly complex is the perfect spot for your next vacation.
Resort amenities include 100% beachfront views from the balconies, two pools, one hot tub, fitness room, covered garage parking. Rental beach activities and chair rentals are available at the beach. Building is located on the beach.

Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods (with some exceptions - ask):

o Labor Day Weekend
