Seychelles #807 with Beach Service, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

The condo was very clean. The pictures do not do it justice, much more spacious than it appears I loved the ease of check in. The parking pass and arm bands were in the room on arrival. No need to go to the office etc…. Great stay over all.

I have stayed in this condo several times. Always clean and everything in the kitchen you need. The view is fantastic.we love having two bathrooms. Brand new TV and new refrigerator and ice maker. Convenient for shopping and good restaurants. Having beach chairs on the beach reserved for us is a fabulous convenience.

Beach front, clean, well appointed, comfortable, reasonable price.

This condo was one of the cleanest ones we have stayed in. The bed was great not to hard not too soft. The view from the room was great and was nice to be next to Schooners. The parking garage was tall enough you didn't have to worry about clearance The owner was great to work with good chance we will rent from him again . The Vacasa group was easy to work with and kept us informed as to work going on at condo and getting us the codes in a timely manner .

My best friend and I found #807 for a last-minute girls' weekend thinking we'd settle for any room as long as we could get to the beach. Seychelles and #807 were SO much more! The complex itself is very well maintained and check-in was quick.  The pools are great as well. As for Unit 807, we couldn't have asked for a better place! We had plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and the space was super clean and comfortable. Overall, our experience was incredible and we'd definitely book again!

We had a great room. The staff was really nice and helpful. Beautiful view!! We did have wait time for the elevator at times but overall stay was great

Everything was amazing and location perfect!!! No complaints will definitely stay here again!!!

The owner of this condo is very good and on top of every

Clean, well decorated, comfortable, ocean view, one bedroom with a king size bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 bunk beds, balcony with chairs and 1 table. Everything you need in the kitchen.

We had a great time!!! The condo was very nice and very clean!!! Right on the beach!!! It has 2 really nice pools!!! Would highly recommend this place!!!

Condo was super clean and had what we needed. Loved the table and chairs on the balcony for early mornings and late evenings. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen stocked with essential utility needs. Never a wait for elevators. Pools are spotless. Included beach service was a welcome plus. We liked the code system for entering the property - especially with Schooners next door. Having Schooners next door, though, was great for a quick bite or a drink. Excellent all around.

Great place! The unit was very nice, great view. Loved the heated pool! Will definitely come back!!

Our condo was clean and in a very good area. And also
it was on the eighth floor which is great. The owner is so
pleasant to work with and always on top of everything.
We will be back next year.

The room was exactly as described. Very clean and well organized. Everything you need is there. Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with and the location was great.

My husband and I really enjoyed celebrating our 31 year anniversary at Seychelles. The unit we stayed in was very nice and well equipped. We look forward to visiting Seychelles again. 
 

This has to be the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in. Working with Randy was a breeze. He was very helpful and prompt with communication. I wouldn't hesitate to rent his condo again.

Thanks for sharing your little bit of heaven condo with us. We really enjoyed our week there.  All so clean, neat, and decorated so pretty....we had a great time. Really enjoyed a movie every day, that was a real plus. 
Weather was good, wished the ocean had been a little warmer, but just being at the beach makes us all feel better.
Hopefully we can come back to your place again in the future.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! I can't say enough good things about this condo! Our check in was easy and the staff was very nice. The owner Randy was also very nice and easy to work with and he made making reservations simple! When we got to our room, as soon as we walked in it smelled so nice and clean! We loved everything about it and the view from the 8th floor balcony was awesome. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone that wants to have a great family vacation! We also enjoyed having the free beach service, free daily movie rentals and having a covered parking garage! I guess you could say all that was just an added bonus to this wonderful condo!!

I stayed here with my wife and invite son over the New Year's week and it was an great stay. First off, we have stayed at a number of condo units, and we must say that this condo unit was the cleanest of all units. The size of the unit was perfect for us. Although we liked the king-sized bed, we spend the most of our time on the pull-out sofa bed, so that we could have the balcony door open and hear the waves.

Pros:

-Extremely clean unit

-Spacious

-Full kitchen

-Nice sized balcony

-8th floor is perfect level to be above the beach and still easily see the water and sand

-Schooners next door with a great staff and a full menu (we ordered food to go one night and then went there to watch one of the football bowl games)

-free DVD rentals

-friendly property staff at check-in and check-out

-responsive and friendly unit owner

If we return this end of Panama City Beach, we will definitely choose this unit!

We have stayed in this condo for the last 3 years.. It is a great view and everything you need is right at your fingertips. We would highly recomend this condo to anyone....

This condo was beautiful! Easy check in and the staff was wonderful. We loved the balcony and the view where we spent most of our time. Owners were very easy to work with. We can't wait to return. thanks for sharing your home with us.

Love this condo! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and beds, fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely rent again.

Vacation has just ended and can't wait to return! What a wonderful condo this was and right from the beginning what great service at the checkin. So organized and helpful for first time visitors. Parking convenient and ever so safe with the coded entrance to the parking deck. Three elevators and carts readily available to help with the one and only trip you need to make from the car to the condo door service. This is cozy and cute condo located on the 8th floor and not too high for those scared of heights. Loved the bright red and green decor throughout. Kitchen had everything you need and many extras too. We loved having breakfast in the morning and glass of wine in the evening from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful. It was my husbands birthday and all he had on his mind to eat was crab legs so we chose Captain Jacks just two miles from here. Schooners was right next door for music and some dancing. Can't say enough about your nice piece of paradise and we'll definitely be back!

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway and got lucky by finding this property available at the last minute. We loved everything about it. The location is ideal. The property and this rental in particular is very well-maintained with well above average furnishings. The balcony is shaded for the better part of the day (until early afternoon) and then partial shade returns late in the afternoon which is a HUGE bonus to me. The table and balcony-height chairs are perfect for breakfast with a view and what a view! Beach service was splendid and the staff did a good job of keeping me in the shade. Another bonus was the owner: he made this so easy. He was quickly responsive and provided clear, concise instructions; all we had to do was show up. We were lucky to find this rental at the last minute.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My hubby and I stayed during 4th of July week and had a fantastic time! This condo has a fabulous view of the gulf from the balcony and contains everything you would need to make your stay the best. The owner answered all of our questions and provided all the necessary information needed for our stay. Honestly, we never needed to contact him for anything because the place was perfect.  After check-in, everything else a dream! The beach service came is great, but make sure to go down early as the chairs can go fast! The beach was busy around the weekend and holiday but the other days were less crowded.  I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this particular unit to anyone.

We had an absolute blast on our vacation. The condo was everything it was advertised as and more. Clean, attractive, comfortable - you couldn't ask for a better vacation stay. We were talking to one guy in the elevator, he said he'd been coming to Panama City for 6 years, this was his first in Seychelles and it was by far the best he'd stayed in. The beach is incredible! Have a 14 yr old daughter and a 12 yr old son - we had a ball boogie boarding. Swan with the dolphins in 60 foot of water and actually ran my hand down the side of one. I kept worrying kids may get bored but all they wanted to do was go back to the beach during the day and the hot tub at night. This was our first time to town, but definitely not our last. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in staying in Panama City.

Had a wonderful time at our stay here. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the luxuries of home. Beautiful view and wonderful addition of having beach chairs available. The location of the condo is fantastic in that it is away from all of the hustle and bustle of the PCB strip. Looking forward to a return trip soon. Many thanks!!
