It always is a treat to stay at one of the properties kelly manages. She is always great about keeping the place clean and stocked for your starting essentials…the view from the balcony is breath taking looking upon the Gulf. We thought it would be too cold but the bigger pool was warmed by the hot tub. Great 2 day stay with my family. Would definitely 100% recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. We went during Lobster Fest and could listen to the music (at Schooners) on our balcony.

When I originally booked with Kelly, it was just for my husband and I. In the end, it was a family vacation with our son/daughter-in-law and twin grandsons. Kelly made it easy to add the rest of our family. The condo was perfect and we had alot of fun. The twins loved the beach and water. Before we arrived, a situation came up and I reached out to Kelly with our concerns. She bent over backwards to ensure that we were all put at ease and had a wonderful vacation. Thank You Kelly for going above and beyond! I was glad to finally meet you and to chat with you. Can't wait for our next PCB vacation.

The condo was very cozy and very clean with comfortable beds including the bunk beds. The view from our balcony was amazing!! I love that it’s located right next to Schooners! Also never any long waits for elevators! I had given up in finding a unit available here as all other sites said they were booked. I happen to stumble across Emerald Coast by Owner and had the best experience with Kelly! She answered all my questions in a timely manner and made the whole process super easy!! We will definitely book through Kelly again!!!

We booked through Kelly and it was an awesome experience! She answered any and all questions in a timely manner and made checking in and out a breeze! The condo was very nice and clean with comfy beds and an amazing view of the gulf! No long waits for the elevators the entire time we were there. Seychelles is located right next to Schooner’s which was a huge plus for me!!! We will definitely book through Kelly and stay here again!

Kelly was so awesome to work with. We were in a crunch when original honeymoon plans fell through. We saw her ad on Facebook and she was able to accommodate us on a very short notice. The condo was amazing. It was right on the beach the views during the day and at night were gorgeous and the added surprise of the beach chair service with our stay was outstanding. Kelly is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great tips on where to go and eat and they were spot on recommendations. We decided to book a last minute long weekend at the beach. Pickings were slim and we were thrilled to connect with Kelly. We stayed in Seychelles and the view from the balcony was amazing- gulf front and we loved spending time out there. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and my family of 5 had plenty of space. Kelly is an amazing person and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. We can’t wait to visit again!

This unit was very nice and had a great view of the ocean. The property is not overly crowded and easy access to the beach. Kelly was a great host, she was very kind and great to talk with. She responded immediately to any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay and your awesome hospitality!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Kelly was to work with. We checked out on Saturday and our security deposit was returned on Monday. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property and their management.

Kelly is by far the best host in PCB! We stay with her a lot and all of her condos are clean, well stocked and have the best views! Plus you can’t complain about the beach service, Schooners next door and the best location on the east end!

Hidden gem on the far East end. 7th floor is the perfect elevation for views but keeps elevator rides quick. Very nice unit with great responsive owner. 2 pools and hot tub and very easy access to beach. Have stayed 2 years in a row and will be back!

My family and I have been renting Condo’s in the Panhandle for over 15 years, and I have to say that Kelly made this experience the best ever! The condo was perfect, clean and stocked with extra’s! I’ve booked from Best In PCB/Kelly several times over the last few years and it doesn’t get any better or easier than this. The room was perfectly stocked and clean, it’s in the perfect location, and the beach service is an added bonus. Condo was without a doubt the cleanest place we've ever stayed at while visiting PCB. The view of the Gulf was amazing and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. Communication with owners was fast and easy as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary. The condo was excellent as was the host. Everything was clean and just as described. We will be staying here again.

We have stayed twice with Kelly. They are great to work with. So nice to not have to go through multiple people to book your vacation. Check-in is very easy and convenient. The condo has everything you need and is right next door to Schooners. The chairs included is especially nice.

This is our second time renting from Kelly and at least the 10th time we’ve stayed at Seychelles.This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our tv wasn’t working well and she had a brand new one delivered and hung on the wall in the living room the same night. Her condos are so clean! Kelly is so easy to work with and we look forward to staying with her again! A+ service!

This condo was amazing! Nestled right beside Schooners Restaurant. We walked next door to eat. If you really don’t want to leave the property you don’t have to. The owners of this condo were very accommodating and so nice. The condo itself is very clean and nice. Would definitely book again.
