Saturday Check-in/out required for early bookings with a minimum stay of 7 nights. These restrictions will be relaxed within 21 days of any available dates.
Guests must be 25 years or older. All guests under age 25 must have in-room adult supervision. FAILURE to do so will result in EVICTION and FORFEITURE of rents and deposits. A picture of their primary lease holder driver's license is required to be on file.
Guest will be required to fill out an electronic lease provided through DocuSign.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit. We love the location. So many great restaurants within a short drive or just walk next door to Schooners. We appreciated the beach service, boy that spoiled us. Gerry the owner is prompt and courteous with any questions.
The Condo was very clean! Nicely decorated and made you feel at home. Great view of the beach. Great access to parking and the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
We have rented this condo a few times now. I absolutely LOVE this condo. The owners respond very quickly. They left us a clear ornament to fill with sand and shells, which was awesome. We enjoyed looking for the perfect shells. The condo definitely feels like home away from home.
Beautiful sunset views,and ocean views on the nice sized balcony.Easy access from parking to rental.The unit is by the elevators,which could be very noisy, only downside. We had everything we needed,loved the walk-in shower,and Gerry was very polite and responsive to work with.

Wonderful condo with beautiful ocean view. Centrally located to many amenities. Parking was great with walk straight into condo from 3rd floor parking deck. Nice swimming pools with great ocean views.

Really enjoyed our stay, room is on the third floor which makes loading and unloading easy. Main bedroom and bath are very spacious with sliding doors to the balcony. Would highly recommend, can't wait to book again.

When we arrived and found out that our condo was right beside the elevator bank, we were worried that it would be noisy, but we did not hear a bit of outside noise. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable! All the comforts of home. The balcony overlooks the pools and view of the beach is amazing. The beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed). The owner responded immediately when we contacted him about an issue and went above and beyond to resolve the issue on the spot. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

GOING COASTAL! Beachfront, low floor, professionally decorated. Unique to Seychelles.
2 bedroom; king in master suite, converted bunk room w/queen. Offers two bathrooms with a walkin in shower in the master. The unit offers approximately 900 sq. ft. of living space and is perfect for 2 to 4 adults or a family of 6 with small children. There is bedding for 6 persons including the pull out sleeper sofa. If you need larger accomodations please check with us as about our other units at Treasure Island or Gulf Crest.
Our unit is on the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view of the gulf. Did you know that the master bedrooms in the majority of Seychelles units other than the end caps DO NOT offer a direct view of the gulf? NOT OURS! Wouldn’t you rather walk directly out onto the balcony from the master suite and enjoy your favorite morning or evening beverage?
The master suite offers a dreamy king size bed and 40' flat panel TV. Room darkening curtains are installed so you you can sleep in late, you won't know what time it is nor should you care, THIS IS YOUR VACATION! Sleep with the curtains open and it is like you are sleeping directly on the beach under the stars.
This unit accommodates 4-6 people with bedding available for six (6). The bunk room has been converted into a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and flat panel TV. Sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two more. Cozy kitchen provides all the amenities of home; microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the utility room for your convenience. If you are looking for a beach get-a-way this is the unit for you!
BEACH SERVICE is included from early March to the end of October. This includes two lounge chairs and umbrella laid out daily on the beach. This is a $150 value free with your rental of this unit.
WI-FI is available throughout the complex at no extra cost.
Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach which is right next door. Order a pizza from Vinny's, walk to Patches Pub for local color or visit Scampy's Seafood and Steak right next to the parking garage at Treasure Island.
