We just returned home from our fifth annual stay in Unit 1805 at Seychelles Beach Resort in Panama City Beach. We have returned year after year for stays of two months or more to escape the snow and ice in Wisconsin. We have found that this beautiful condo meets our needs and provides a wonderful winter escape for us. The condo is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The owners have always made the comfort of their guests a priority, and have continued to update and make improvements as needed over the years, and we have always felt comfortable and safe. They have also been very responsive and helpful if we had any questions or concerns, and during the reservation process. Even though we had no guests during our stay this year due to Covid concerns, this unit can accommodate six people, with the second bedroom, the sleeper sofa and two full baths. We love the gorgeous views from the large balcony, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Seychelles Beach Resort is located on the east end of Panama City Beach, with lots of great dining options and St. Andrews State Park within a short walk. The building is well-maintained, the grounds are well-kept and the two pools and outdoor hot tub are just steps away from the white sandy beach. The parking ramp provides three levels, and you can choose where to park, opting for covered parking if you wish. A covered walking bridge connects the parking ramp, where the well-equipped fitness center is located, with the condo building, where three high speed elevators are available. We look forward to our stays in #1805 Seychelles each year. It is definitely our home away from home.

We had an amazing stay at 1805 Seychelles! The owners are very attentive and helpful. The condo is fully stocked, came with extras we didn't anticipate. Balcony was wonderful as you could go out on it from bedroom or living room, it was updated and the furniture was super comfy (Give the masterbedroom bed an A+ rating...slept like a baby). We hope to stay there again some day.

We stayed at this condo this past weekend for my high school reunion and absolutely loved it! Very cute condo with wonderful views! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the king size bed was fabulous! Very well decorated and awesome balcony! Highly recommed this unit to anyone that loves great views, easy parking and comfortable beds! We will be back very soon!

Seychelles 1805, Paradise at Latitude 30
This premium floor plan is unique in that the master bedroom and the living room are both located on the oversized 25 foot balcony. The master bedroom faces the beach which is much quieter. There are only 21 of these units in Seychelles and only a handful of other complexes in PCB offer this unique floor plan. The layout also allows for a separate bedroom/bunkroom at the condo entrance instead of the traditional bunks in the hallway, allowing privacy for all. Come stay in unit 1805 and awake viewing the Gulf of Mexico each morning.
The condo has three flat screen televisions with over 100 stations, free high speed wireless internet and free local phone calls. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and Corian counter tops. Newer full size washer/dryer and sofa. Master bedroom features a walk in shower with custom turtle mosaic and has a double vanity. Second bath is a full tub/shower. Seychelles features two swimming pools, one hot tub and a fitness room.
Seychelles is located in the quite east side of Panama City Beach less than one mile from Saint Andrews Park and the marina where you can catch the shuttle to fabulous Shell Island. Pier Park is a short drive away. For dining, the famous Schooners restaurant with nightly entertainment is adjacent to the condominium and Captain Andersons, J Michaels, Patches and The Grand Marlin are all located within one mile.
Please note parking is restricted to one car per condo from Thursday of Memorial Day Weekend till last Saturday in July and Thursday of Labor Day Weekend till Monday of that weekend. Parking restrictions also apply during events held next door at Schooners.
Come watch dolphins, sea turtles and stingrays swim in the clear water from your 158 square foot, 18th floor balcony and watch the fishing boats return to Saint Andrews Bay at sunset. The perfect vacation spot!
