My husband and I brought our 16-year-old daughter and her friend for a five nights stay. The bunkbeds were absolutely perfect for the teens! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Kelly was a great host and was very quick on answering any questions! The views were amazing!!!

We’ve booked with Kelly multiple times and will continue to do so. Her condos are loaded with everything you could possibly need and are clean and homey. We’ve been down to PCB 10+ times and Kelly is the most accommodating and easiest to work with of all our rental experiences. Our stay at Seychelles was fantastic! Our condo was clean, comfortable, and had great oceanfront views. Kelly was wonderful to work with. She even took the time to send us links to all the fun stuff to do in PCB. We will definitely be staying here again!

Kelly is always able to coordinate even at the last minute! Her place is one of the only condos in FL that’s felt as clean as home. We stay next door to Schooners and you really can’t ask for better!

We have stayed at Seychelles before and loved the location, the fact there’s a small fitness center, and the free beach service chairs and umbrella, so we knew we wanted to stay there again this year. I found Kelly and she made everything work last minute for us, helping us find something in our budget and making the whole booking process super easy. The condo was spotless upon our arrival. Beds comfortable. View incredible! The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils, which is important to us as we cook most of our meals at home while on vacation. The location is on the quieter side of PCB, away from most of the crowds and traffic, which is nice (but still only about 10 min from arcade, restaurants, ice cream, etc.). We had one problem while we were there with the stove/oven not working. Within MINUTES of me texting Kelly, we had the maintenance guy knocking on our door and it was fixed within an hour. Kelly goes above and beyond for her guests and clearly has something for every budget. You’d be making a mistake not booking through her! We definitely will be returning and using Kelly’s services! Thank you for the wonderful family memories!

Beautiful condo! And loved the views from 17th floor! Building as a whole was great! Very clean and well maintained. Was worried about elevators being slower with being so many floors but wasn’t too bad. Just saturday during check in was a little slow. Would definitely recommend!

My Family and I enjoyed our stay in PCB. Kelly was great to work with. Condo as exactly as described, clean, air worked great, and loved that chairs came with the rental. Location was great and the elevators were quick, No long lines waiting on elevators. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our 3rd time to stay in Seychelles 1707. We love everything about this condo. It was, like always, beautiful and spotless. The view of the beautiful Gulf from the 17th floor is awesome. Kelly makes the entire rental process so easy. A bonus is I get to visit wth PCB's greatest and sweetest ambassador. We hope to stay in Seychelles 1707 many more times.

My husband and I recently stayed in unit 1707 and it was wonderful. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The entire process of booking and paying for the condo was seamless. Kelly was great to work with. We had a family situation come up and Kelly was so understanding. It was our first time staying at Seychelles and it quickly became our favorite place to stay. We love the location as it is close to all of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely plan to stay in one of Kelly's units at Seychelles again as everything about our vacation there was awesome.

First time visiting PCB and could not have asked for a better condo! It was perfect! Everything you need and so convenient. Closer to St Andrews Park and on the quieter side of the city. The balcony view was great and the water was amazing!! Kelly is the best host! We will definitely be back next year!!

Kelly was great from the first email I sent. The condo was great for our trip and very clean. The beach chairs included were very nice too. Tip: go down at 9 am when the chair place opens and reserve the one you want for the rest of your stay. We will definitely be staying again.

Kelly’s condo at Seychelles was perfect for our recent trip to PCB. Neat and clean, new sofas, comfortable beds and pillows and large bathrooms. Gorgeous ocean view from our balcony. This unit was amazing! Kelly, from PC BEACH BEST, was really easy to work with and very accessible when we had questions. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach wasn’t too crowded and was an easy walk from the pool to the sand. Will definitely stay here again!

We rented this unit from Kelly and loved it! The views are amazing from the balcony, we even watched a tropical storm come in! The host Kelly was So easy to work with. I live being right next to Schooners to grab lunch or dinner! This condo was spotless and the bed was super comfy! Can’t wait to come back!

Place is clean and views are amazing. You can walk to several places from here and if you like doing things in St. Andrews Park (we are scuba divers) or doing things out of the Marina, this place is super convenient!

For a family of 4, this was the perfect place! Elevators had air flow, they operated quicker than any I’ve ever had at the beach, and they even had music! The condo has everything you need and is conveniently located. Schooners is best door so you have food & drinks a few steps away. Well definitely stay here again!!
