My husband and I just got back from Kelly’s unit. We absolutely loved the condo and the location of the condo. Kelly was very easy to work with throughout the booking and rental process. We will be planning another trip in 2024.

A last minute spring break trip turned out to be a perfect getaway with Kelly’s help!! I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!! Kelly was great to communicate with- quick responses and made it a very welcoming experience:) Highly recommended!!

Wow! What an amazing condo at Seychelles. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished. Kelly is highly responsive and very helpful. Just bring your beach towels and come ready for lots of sun and fun!

Kelly made our first ever family trip so easy and amazing! The condo was beautiful, super clean and homey! The view from the balcony was spectacular! The recommendations she gave were helpful and appreciated. I loved so much it’s hard to list it all. The bed was so comfy i slept better than i even do at home! We loved the pool and how close the beach was. We loved looking for shells and walking the beach at night. Everyone was so friendly we encountered and we just had the most amazing time. This is a memory that myself, my mom and my kids will never forget and I’m so grateful! We didn’t want to leave we loved it so much! I absolutely cannot wait to book with Kelly again for our next trip!

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip thanks to Kelly at Emerald Coast by Owner! We had a great condo with a great view and with a family friendly atmosphere! Will be out go-to rental person for our next trip to the gulf!

Kelly made the process of finding a condo for my son and his friends extremely easy. We needed a condo for 5 responsible high school graduates (boys) to stay on their senior trip. They said the condo was perfect for them. Not only did Kelly make sure they were taken care of when they arrived, she also messaged me to let me know they made it safely and checked in. Here we are again in 2007! We love this floor, the views are amazing! Kelly is a fabulous host and very accommodating! The condo is always so clean and we don’t have to worry about a thing when we stay here! From the parking to the staff, we have found that Seychelles is a much more friendly place to stay and less stressful than some of the other condos. We love it! You can’t beat this part of the beach. I love walking to St. Andrews Park from the beach here, it’s not far! Perfect in all ways!!

We absolutely loved staying in #2007! The view was amazing! We saw a sea turtle, dolphins, and sharks. The room had everything we needed and more. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and spent my days on the beach. The unit was clean and decorated very nice! We'll definitely be back next year if not sooner!

This condo was exceptional! The views were second to none! It was super clean and homey. Kelly was an amazing hostess! She was quick to respond and willing to help in any way she could. She also has other condos, that would suit your every need. I would give it 100 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This was by far the nicest condo I have ever stayed in. The view was second to none! It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. I stayed there for four and a half months and enjoyed every single second. Kelly was the best hostess, always quick to respond and more than willing to help with any questions that I had. I will definitely be back very soon!

We’ve stayed in this property multiple times and we can’t say enough good things about this property, it’s always clean, welcoming and has the best view on the beach. Kelly is the most amazing host, she provides the best service. We love staying here so much, it’s our first choice out of the many times we come to PCB each year. I would totally recommend this condo 100/100, it feels like home to us. It’s also so convenient being next door to Schooner’s, you can walk up from the beach and eat lunch or dinner or just go over and grab a drink from the bar!

This is the one vacation we look forward to now for at least 5 years. We have met great vacationers that we meet up with every year. This year we made friends with another couple who we plan to see in 2023. Our 20th floor Condo is everything we need; the decor is bright and cheery, the view is unbeatable, in a quiet part of PCB. The provided beach lounges and umbrellas save a lot of carrying back and forth and is such a benefit. Restaurants everywhere/every kind and we have tried new ones every year. We have seen sting rays, dolphins, and schools of fish from our balcony. We come in tired and stressed and leave rested and refreshed. Looking forward to 2023. Kelly does take really good care of us and our needs, and has great taste in taking care of her condos.

The condo was clean and had everything needed our vacation. It was quiet and the beach was very accessible! Kelly is the greatest... she guided us from booking to check out and was the BEST!! I’ve been coming to PCB for years and I’ve never had a better experience. The Condo itself is Spotless with everything you need and then some! The View Breathtaking! Location of Seychelles is perfect, elevators move so fast your never waiting, parking is the best I’ve every had in all my years coming here and it’s just perfect for all ages! Kelly made this booking the easiest and most enjoyable booking in all my times here, from now on I will Always book with her! Kelly we can’t thank you enough for helping us have the best week ever! 100/100 will always recommend!

I’ve been going to PCB since I was a little girl with my family. This was the first time I booked my own condo for me and my bestfriend, and Kelly made the process super simple and helped in every way! The view was perfect, location is great if your looking for a more less crowded relaxing part of the beach! Schooner’s is definitely a plus being right next door. I would highly recommend this condo, and working with Kelly! The condo was clean, beautiful, and equipped with the basic needs! Thanks again Kelly for everything!

Kelly made the whole process so simple. We loved the communication and overall welcomeness. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The most amazing part in my opinion was the breathtaking view. We appreciated having Schooner’s next-door when we were too tired to go far for dinner after a long day at the beach. We really loved staying on the east end of PCB it was quiet and relaxing. We hope to come back to one of Kelly’s condo soon.

I highly recommend this condo! It is absolutely beautiful. The condo was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. It is right next door to Schooners. I have been renting condos in Panama City for 25 years and have never rented from someone as nice and laid back as Kelly. ?? % will be renting from Kelly again.
