Payment options are Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or check. For a fee cards are accepted but not Amex. Payment is due at time of booking in the summer. Outside of summer I can work with you.
The condo is not held until rental agreement accepted and at least partial payment is made.

Jim is a great host, communicates well. Have stayed in a couple of his units, never any issues. Space was clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

this place was awesome. The condo itself was super clean and very spacious. The view of the water is breathtaking. The owner is always around if anything is needed and very easy to communicate with. I stayed for quite a bit and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't wait to get back to 1019!! The resort itself is also amazing with a plethora of amenities. Security is great and staff members are very polite and helpful.

Always a great stay with this host! This is my families second trip (two different units) and I can say that the accommodations, host, furnishings, etc are all fantastic. The host is very accommodating and the units are all well decorated and supplied! 1019 is a great unit, great view, multiple bathrooms are a HUGE plus with teenagers and family. Dedicated parking on the 10th floor made loading/unloading a BREEZE!!

This is my second time staying in one on Jim's condos since June and definitely not my last! 1019 is so spacious and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay at the beach. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and a view to die for! Jim made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful 9 night stay! Loved having a designated parking spot too..no looking for an empty yellow space. Definitely can't wait for my next trip!

We stayed in 1019 and had the best trip! The condo felt beachy and was fully stocked for our needs. The three bathrooms and dedicated parking were fantastic! We had the best view from the balcony and easy access to the pool, beach, and dining. We were comfortable and had such a great trip. We will for sure be back to stay. Property owner communicated well and was great to work with. Can’t wait for the next trip!

If you don’t want to stay here, your missing out!!! The condo is fabulous, the view is breathtaking, and I promise you won’t want to go home!! The owner is an amazing person/businessman!! This vacation was a much needed one after loosing both of my parents. He was so considerate and worked with me on dates, etc!! We actually ended up extending our trip as he had the availability!! We would have stayed another week if we didn’t have to go back to work! I promise you won’t be disappointed with this condo!!
