Summer is a 5-night minimum stay. Long-term stays are welcomed (months to years)!!!
Booking instructions are emailed.
Payment options are Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or check. For a fee, cards are accepted but no Amex. Payment is due at the time of booking in the summer. Outside of summer, I can work with you.
The condo is not held until the rental agreement is accepted and at least partial payment is made!

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo was nice but the owner of the condo is really what earned the 5 stars. He was so quick to respond when we reached out with questions and bent over backwards to ensure that we were happy, even though it wasn't necessary. For example, we couldn't figure out how to use the living room television. I'm confident it was user error and was no big deal because we didn't plan to spend vacation watching TV AND every other room had televisions. In less the 45 minutes he had someone there to look at the TV and cable. (He's too nice to say that we just didn't know what we were doing but I'm pretty sure there was never anything actually wrong with the TV(-; ) He definitely goes above and beyond to make his renters a priority. I'm confident that we'll rent from him again in the future.

Condo was nice! Loved the space for my family. Definitely had a nice view. Loved the pool. Did not enjoy elevators or parking garage.

We had a very amazing week! The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was so amazing! We saw dolphins every day morning and afternoon just sitting there! The check in and out process was the easiest I e ever dealt with anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!!

We had an amazing time! The views from this condo are to die for and the location is amazing! We had everything we needed to make this condo feel like “home”. We enjoyed walking to pineapple Willy’s to fill up our cups for a day at the beach. The food at the pool deck was really good also! The dedicated parking spot was a huge perk also!

This condo is amazing! It is spacious, clean and has everything you need for that “home” feeling. This is the second year we have rented off Jim and he has been wonderful each time. The view is breaktaking, oceanfront. We love coming here and look forward every year now to coming back. The resort itself has tons of amenities and a dedicated parking spot. The kids (teen boys) love the pools and hot tub. They have a bar on site, serve nonalcoholic frozen smoothies in fresh pineapples, and sno-cones for a quick treat. Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to visit at PCB.
