Our group of 11 had a wonderful stay here. The condo is tastefully decorated and well stocked. I do not have a single complaint. The owner is very responsive. We are ready to go back next year

This condo did not disappoint! We had a group of 11 family members who stayed at Mr. Rogers Condo. We all had enough space! Parking was nice and easy! The Condo has a beautiful view of the resort and the gulf! It was so clean! Mr. Roger made sure all of our wristbands and parking passes were in our room upon arrival! Made to call or text to make sure everything was going smoothly! He was a pleasure to work! Highly recommended! Hopefully we will be back to this same condo next summer!

From the start Roger was super easy to work with. It was so much easier than going through a company or the resort itself. The condo is very nice. Check in was super easy. The room was clean upon arrival. The beds are the MOST COMFORTABLE beds ive slept in in a condo. The rooms have plenty of space. The dressing area was really nice and convenient to have with 4 females getting ready. I would definitely recommend this condo!

We just left and there isn�t enough words to describe how amazing this condo is. But what made it even better was the communication also. I was always kept up to date on anything that was going on from the moment I booked. By the conversation I had with them you could tell the love they have put into this condo. There was 12 of us all week and enough room for everyone. The only negative thing about the whole stay was the parking deck itself but that is not anything they could change. I can promise you this will be an annual trip we take from now on and stay in the same place. You want to get an amazing view and an easy check in and out I highly recommend this condo.

Sent an inquiry about renting the condo for a week during the summer. Owner responded with quote and wanting to know the ages of everyone. I sent the ages. No response. Sent another email again no response. I got my friend who was staying with me to send an inquiry to see if they would respond and they did with an increase of $1100!! And was told they do not rent for parties. She responded back with the original quote and the fact I had already sent the ages and no response. Apparently they assumed since it was 2 adults and 8 children we were coming to party! However, it was 2 adults who are best friends with their children going because husbands have to work! Luckily, we found another condo that is accommodating us. Good luck renting this condo!

Paradise with Convenience
The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. You have everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or enjoy one of the many take out options PCB offers. There is a pantry for you to store away your groceries. The bar has seating for four and a table setting for three. Right around the corner at the beginning of the hallway, is the laundry closet. It has a full size, stackable washer and dryer so you never run out of clean clothes or linens.

The first master suite has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa loveseat. It serves as a quiet spot for an afternoon nap, reading a great book or a restful night's sleep. With its own full bath, you'll have a private spot all of your own. The second master suite has a queen size bed and is just as inviting as the first. It also has its own full bath and is where you will find the iron and ironing board tucked away in the closet. Both of these rooms are furnished with smart TVs, dressers and have closets for your belongings so you can have that at home feeling.
The bunk room is the ideal hangout for your teens or can be a shared family space if more than one family is traveling together. It has two queen size bunk beds (four queen size beds) and has a hangout spot with its own sleeper sofa and smart tv. This space also has a dresser for storing your things in. Next to the sofa, you will find all the fun beach accessories. Be sure to check this spot out before you go and purchase anything. We have chairs, floats, boogie boards, sand toys and a buggy to carry it all out on the beach with.
The living room has a couch and a love seat. Both of these recline and offer a sweet spot for an afternoon nap or enjoying your favorite show on the big screen tv. You can enjoy views of the beautiful pool and the stunning Gulf of Mexico through the three large glass sliding windows. Enjoy the many board games that are out of sight under the tv or cozy up with one of the soft blankets. There are extra chairs throughout the condo that can be used for extra seating if needed.
Step through the sliding glass doors out onto the balcony and see views that will take your breath away. The balcony is a corner balcony that gives plenty of privacy. It is furnished with a full size sofa bed/couch and a love seat. It also has two table and chair sets that can be utilized for more seating. This spot is so serene, it will make you want to spend the night outside listening to the waves under the stars....or the sun. This may just be the best spot in the condo.
The biggest perk of our condo is the 10th floor reserved parking space right outside the entrance to the parking garage. The unit comes with two parking spaces, one reserved spot and one general parking spot. With a buggy right inside the condo door, getting all your belongings into the condo is no hassle at all. No elevators needed because you get out of your vehicle and walk straight to your vacation oasis!!
The Shores of Panama resort is spectacular in itself. From the beachfront deck with a zero-entry, lagoon-style pool, a kids’ play area, and a Jacuzzi to the heated indoor pool and accompanying indoor Jacuzzi, there are plenty of opportunities to make a splash at the Shores of Panama. There is also a pool side cafe, a coffee shop with something for that sweet tooth and a weight room. There is a grilling area and beach amenities that are sure to be helpful during your stay. Across the street from Wal-Mart and next door to Pineapple Willy's, you will not find a better location directly on the beach!!
