I have nothing but great things to say about Kelly and the condo. She helped us moms with booking our sons senior trip and it couldn’t have gone better. The boys loved the condo and the area it was in. They were close to everything. My son said the condo looked great in pictures but in person it was even better. This is my 10th time to PCB and the 2nd Time with my whole family. This condo held my family of 10 comfortably and no one complained about having to sleep on the transformer bed(my son calls the pull out bed). Condo was nice and clean and Kelly and her husband were great to work with. Thankfully, Kelly’s husband was waiting to clean and the one time I was grateful for the elevator taking forever, he brought me the things my mom and I overlooked several times. See you next year!

We had a great vacation at the beach! Driving 10 hours and arriving at a very clean condo starts the week off great! It was decorated beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The mattresses were so comfortable. Best thing was working with Kelly! She answered all of our questions very quickly and she made the planning process easy. Looking forward to booking with her in the future. The only bad thing was the elevators at the resort. They were super slow but that is nothing that Kelly could help. Looking forward to going back already!

Our family has been going to PCB for 32.5 years. This is the absolute cleanest condo we have stayed at!! Kelly and her husband were the most awesome to work with. When it says “Kelly Best” they are not lying, she is the BEST!!!!!! The condo has everything you would need, as well as extremely roomy. Can’t wait to visit again! We had a BAD experience a few years ago at Shores of Panama and we were Leary of trying it again, we were shocked as to this experience - it was like night and day. Kelly, thank you for letting us come for the best memories with our kiddos, and family! We had a fantastic time! We will definitely stay with you again!

This is a beautiful large condo with beach & sunset Views. The unit is on the 17th floor and has up to two parking passes.
Starters - The condo will come with starters of the following items toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
The kitchen features white cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the island bar and a dining room table with seating for six. In addition, the kitchen will have a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, and a pizza pan.
