If you’re staying at shores this condo is nice. It’s very large, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable. Honestly. The only complaint I have (which is minor) is the washing machine smells bad and has quite a bit of visible mildew. The owner is super informative, makes the check in process easy & having a parking spot on the level of your condo is a must. Also, being on the far side of the pool made our stay much more pleasant as it was very loud and at nights people would scream and howl off their balcony’s. The resort itself is not great. As other reviews said, elevators are awful (being on the 6th floor we took the stairs quite a bit), parking garage is a joke (would actually have to have someone come direct the in and out traffic bc it would be completely stopped for upwards of 10-15 minutes sometimes. The pool although very large is not big enough for 700+ rooms. It was ALWAYS packed, we were there 8 days and never got chairs, hot tub was always full and the beach is packed as well. The beach is public so although chairs and umbrellas are offered, people just pop up their huge tents and umbrellas in front of them and no body says anything about it (even though signs state personal tents must be behind beach set ups. Overall this place is just way too big for the amenities, and I would not consider it family friendly at all. The place constantly smells like weed, there was “fight club” on the beach every night (actually boys in a circle fighting, every night) and one night kids decided to play football with morter fireworks. It went on for over an hour from just after midnight until almost 2am. It was impossible to sleep through, we called security who said they have no control over the beach bc it’s public, so we called the police who said they would be out but never came. Oh yeah, and there was a woman shot a few buildings down from us on our last day. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Absolutely perfect vacation! This condo is beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of 10 (7 adults, 3 babies). The condo itself was extremely roomy and well-maintained. The balcony was beautiful with great views. The resort itself is the nicest one I’ve visited in PCB. Such a fun atmosphere! We walked to Pineapple Willy’s for refills in the tumblers that were in the condo. Everything you could imagine was included. We will definitely go back to this condo!!!
Alicia, thank you for your kind words. We love spending time on the balcony watching the sun set as well.

SPRING BREAK 2023
Our condo is a 3 bedroom/3 bath on the west end of the complex with great views up and down the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony as you watch the people playing volleyball or just watch for dolphins. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom so no need to wait to take a shower. The master bedroom has a king bed; the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed; the large 3rd bedroom has a queen and bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal or even a full blown turkey dinner. Enjoy the 60" flat screen TV in the living room and everyone can see their favorite show or sports team.
The reserved parking space is also on the 6th floor west end so getting your luggage and groceries to the condo is very easy.
