I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Paul/Julie and their 407 West unit. The day we departed, our oldest daughter was very sad to leave her "beach home." It was a great family vacation for me and my wife and our 2 kids both under 3 years old. The place looks beautiful and the furniture/appliances are good quality. When we arrived everything was very clean. Paul/Julie helped to accommodate the difficulties of traveling with 2 little ones and we were very appreciative of this. Paul/Julie were very responsive as we planned the trip and then during our stay, they had just the right amount of communication to ensure everything was great. My wife's parents visited us for a day and said they would be booking a trip of their own at this unit because they were so impressed. Overall, we couldn't have picked a better spot. Thank you Julie and Paul.

We had a wonderful stay at Splash 407 West! The unit was furnished and decorated beautifully! The beds were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the large balcony in the early mornings and evenings. We hated to leave!

This is a beautiful corner balcony unit with panoramic views of the Gulf and the beach. It has been newly redecorated. Both king bedroom suites and the living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The unit sleeps up to 8. It has two King mattresses, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk area with two twin size mattresses. We are now accepting bookings!
