Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:
A $500 Refundable Security Deposit is required to reserve the condo. The Grand Total Reservation Amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Personal Checks, Paypal, and Venmo.
Weekly Rates include the Cleaning Fee and Sales Tax.
For Nightly Rates, add a $225 Cleaning Fee plus 13.12% Sales Tax.
There is an addition $35 per vehicle registration fee paid when you register upon arrival.

This room was perfect, especially if you have parents, or another couple going with you. Both bedrooms have king beds and both have master bathrooms. The owner of the property was always fast to respond with any questions or needs during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. April 1st week (Spring Break). Elevators were not as bad as reviews indicated. Parking was easy, checkin was easy. The owner even purchased a blender for us upon request and had it delivered. Excellent stay and would go back.

We loved our stay at 1907E! We have stayed at Splash many times. This is probably our favorite condo. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there again!

This condo was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of room and nice size balcony. Only regret is that they don’t have the arcade room anymore but with so much to do, it wasn’t really missed.

I would highly recommend this property. It's clean, well equipped (except the can opener didn't work), and the view is amazing. I loved being on the 19th floor. The pools were great. 2 of the reclining beach chairs come with the rental, which is awesome. We didn't have to lug chairs down to the beach. Very comfortable.

We had enough room for my family (3 different households) and privacy for all! Awesome large balcony that gives a view of the beach, and the street. We were actually able to see the Sunrise from the balcony! The corner apartment gives you the best of both worlds. Great time we will use this rental again!!

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Owner was easy to work with. Its about 2.5 miles west of Pier Park so not the busyness and traffic issues that are down there. We will definitely go back. Splash resort just looks beachy.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo 2 Master Suites, Huge Balcony, Free Beach Chair Set
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops with large breakfast bar and all modern appliances. The unit also features washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and microwave.
There are 3 TV's for everyone's enjoyment. Wifi is also provided in this unit.
Resort Amenities
Splash is Panama City Beach's only amusement water park and luxury condo/hotel all in one. Enjoy the many water areas:
- Daily Beach Service (2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella) included with all rentals from March 1 to Oct 31.
- The lazy river with its running current in the water
-The Jungle Gym Water Park with its HUGE Splashing water bucket
-The heated pool and heated hot tub
-The fully open sunshine pool, great for sunbathers and swimmers alike

•The maximum number of guests for this condo is 8.
•We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older.
