Paul was so amazing to work with. He was so attentive to any questions we had. We arrived early, and within minutes he responded to my request to utilize the condo earlier than our check in time.
I fell in love with the condo. It is decorated meticulously and definitely gives you a beach feel. The beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing. I will definitely be staying again.

Splash 1604, One Bedroom, Two Bath Condo with Bunks, Sleeps Six
This is a one bedroom, with bunks and two bath. It is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable.
The family room has lots of comfortable seating. The entertainment Armoire stores a 42 inch TV, with Stereo Surround Sound and DVD/CD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a chest of drawers with a 32" TV/DVD combo. The adjoining bath has a marble garden tub with shower and granite vanity. Two hall bunks will be a hit with the kids and a queen size sofa sleeper allows this unit to accommodate six guests. The hall bath has a shower and of course granite vanity and plenty of storage space.
The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range and microwave. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The sidebar provides additional storage dishes.
A large balcony with a table and four chairs and a chase lounge are directly over the beach and invites you to enjoy the beautiful view and warm Gulf breeze.
