My daughters, their friends and myself had a wonderful experience using this condo. Everything was easy and clear on the check-in and check-out instructions. The condo was in great shape with a beautiful view of the gulf. The owners were prompt and clear with

Great Condo , beautifully decorated and everything you could ask for . We have been going to splash for 5 years now and this is definitely our best stay yet. The room has everything you could need , my wife is a clean freak (packs cleaning supplies just in case ) and she was amazed by how clean it was when we arrived. The unit had plenty of room for my family , including three small children . They even had dvds there to watch and some books to read . The beach chairs that come with the room were great and gave us a break from the sun while at the beach. I would recommend this Condo to anyone knowing they would have a perfect place to stay.
Travel Bugs
The condo was very nice & clean & it is beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful trip and there were a few days we didn't even leave the resort. Our girls love all the pools and the splash pad. We also love the location of the resort its self. We hope to come back in the future.

Gulf front Splash Resort Condo, 3rd Floor, Beachfront, Free Beach Service
It is beautifully furnished with many conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a 55" Samsung Smart TV, sound bar. and DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Sterns and Foster mattress, and a 50" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The adjoining bath has a garden tub and separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. There is a separate bunk room with three twin beds. The third twin bed is in the drawer below the bottom bunk. Please note that the bunk room, does not have a door. The guest bath has a tub shower combination.
The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything, including a new french door refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher and a new slide in electric range and all the small appliances you need. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
The balcony spans both the living room and the master bedroom with access from both, and has comfortable furniture including two cushioned chairs and table and two chaise lounges with 8' cushions and tables.
Beach service is included in season.
